@chitombo @VodafoneAU i basically got told that core providers can't compete with virtual networks why would i stay with a core provider then tho, when the service from a virtual network is just as good

@VodafoneAU Pro tip: Sending threatening text messages to loyal customers who have never been late with a payment is piss poor customer relations!!!

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.

@VodafoneAU great customer service idea of texting to see if you should call. Although it’s been six days since I responded and still no call. Is this the level of competence that I can expect in the future?

@VodafoneAU: Our network went down for hours, please accept free stuff you don’t want as a gesture of goodwill. Also @VodafoneAU: Bill overdue, we will threaten u with huge overdue fee if not paid in 24hrs.

@VodafoneAU What’s the point? You’re generally closed when I’m trying to get online and when I’ve called the last 3 times the problem keeps reoccurring. Plus the last time I called your staff member never called back the next day like they said they would. All around really shabby service.

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU I switched to Felix, which uses the Vodaphone network, but is only $35 a month for unlimited Aus calls, texts and data. Plus they plant trees!

@VodafoneAU the tech support told us to enable a wifi calling feature but this only can be done apparently on post paid. I tried to switch to postpaid and they want me to recharge the whole account again despite losing all our money which we loaded into prepay. #loser
