its ridiculous that I have to disconnect wifi & reload a webpage to make @VodafoneAU switch me from the 4g tower I dont have LoS or reception for to the 3g tower I have 5 bars for to make calls. Dedicating 3g for internet usage is a **** idea if not expanding number of towers.

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@K_Sheldrick Having thought about this recently: - No application I have requires 5G speeds - 5G networks are still in infancy, particularly @VodafoneAU - Unwilling to pay a premium for either handset or network access - Current 5G iPhones sold in Australia don’t support both network types

  • mwltash 💭Mitch Lawton💬 (@mwltash) reported

And now we have just gone full circle, the 3rd @VodafoneAU did not update the IMEI details properly after we changed the modem over and gave them the details. And we still have the initial issue.

  • cruelest ast waters (@cruelest) reported

@VodafoneAU why cant i even load a 480p on my 4g, your connection is absolute dog ****

  • Nashtendo Steve Nash (@Nashtendo) reported

@VodafoneAU If you’ve got no idea when it’s coming why suggest it’s 3 weeks? Am I able to cancel this?

  • vodafoneNZ Vodafone New Zealand (@vodafoneNZ) reported

@agrov8 @rox_taf @VodafoneAU In NZ we face a higher cost due to our more challenging geography and terrain which means we have to build way more towers to service a smaller, more spread out population, which drives up the cost to provide services. (1/2)

  • SamHassanAU Sam Hassan (@SamHassanAU) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply, I have raised this issue with your team several times and they said that there's nothing they can do. I will send you a DM anyway

  • redwoodguardian Redwood Guardian (@redwoodguardian) reported

@VodafoneAU I'm sorry I only see how to trouble shoot things, I do not see any of the specks for it

  • voidet Richard S (@voidet) reported

@VodafoneAU Coming up to a week since I requested to join Vodafone and receive a sim, however no email and tracking order stuck at waiting to do a credit history check. Not a good start. Any known issues with credit history checks holding up applications?

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@iB3nji @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU will be next year with 5G where it currently is with its 3G & 4G network now—way behind its competitors.
