@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU Outsourcing and offshoring means transferring between different companies / organisations. They don't have or are not allowed to access the same systems hence needing to reidentify yourself. Each time new SLA / support clock too.

@derickr @VodafoneAU I totally agree, and have been intrigued to hear non-tech friends love email-link-login mechanisms. Perhaps Vodafone found that a sample of customers finds it easier? But to call it more secure is one hell of a stretch.

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I had issue with your NBN connection from day one.. I tried to resolve the problem through online chat support and by calling 1300 801 122, but problem is still not resolved..I have been told that typical evening speed will be 50 mbps but I’m getting less than 10mbps

@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.
