    @VodafoneAU Over a week and issue is still not resolved. I’m being thrown around on the calls with no help at all. And I’ve been a VF customer for over ten years. Wtf!

    Also, @VodafoneAU can go **** themselves. Loyal customer for 23 years, and for no reason (and still noone knows how or why) my nbn account got closed. And again for no known reason, I can't set up a new account because I'm not passing credit check.Never been late with a bill ever

    @VodafoneAU May I have an issue escalated? It has been 16 days since my phone was ordered, still not delivered to the relevant Melbourne store. I do not have a working phone so cannot call. Complaint 05921590
