    @SNelaturi @VodafoneAU I totally agree. I used to be very happy until I got ripped off big time. Sales personnel avoid disclosing details until deal closed and customer stuck in unwanted plan and accessories. Never again Vodafone!

    Companies like @Telstra, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, banks, etc etc wouldn't have to fake a apology, if they investigate and fix up the issues that their own customers reported many times over years like the usual poor #CustomerService.

    @VodafoneAU Seem to be having issues since around 10:30pm here in Mango Hill QLD, internet went down, tried restarted modem/router with no fix, went to bed, woke up and internet is semi working but with random speed drops to around 1Mbps from my normal 88-100Mbps

    Hi @VodafoneAU I’ve been in contact with customer service a couple of times now regarding my number which has been with Vodafone for years (Postpaid). Recently my number wasn’t allowing me to log in on my Vodafone and wouldn’t let me do anything on my account
