Anyone else having continual issues with the #VodafoneAu app? Haven't been able to check my bills for 7 months now and they keep making excuses about 'it taking us longer than expected' to sort it out. 7 months!!! For a telecommunications company to fix an app? LOL @VodafoneAU

@timrosen35 @Optus I disagree. Optus Mobile customer service is better than @VodafoneAU customer service 👍

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I have been with Optus nearly 30 years with no problem, I also ran a Telstra mobile and internet for a while through a business at the same time that was ok but preferred Optus

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I'd move on but via the Ombudsman. Raise a complaint and get some real compensation for the inconvenience (not more data you can't use etc).

. @VodafoneAU Due to your maintenance in my area I have no phone service in the location that is my apartment and my mobile internet is ludicrously slow, for ten days. Do you think this is a good time to text me promo for a loyalty deal?

@VodafoneAU Yet again I have to get out of my suburb in order to get voicemails. I was told after upgrades in my area ending on 4/8 this problem would stop. It hasn’t. Look forward to hearing from you.
