@VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

@VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

Thanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬

Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

@VodafoneAU I'm trying to port my number to a prepaid SIM, but it keeps throwing "Something didn't go as planned. Please try again later." Is there an issue at the moment? Been trying for an hour or two.
