Charged me invalid bills & demanding me to pay and barred my account whilst I’m overseas. U’ll lose your 11 years loyal customer

Mimmette (@mimmette) reported@VodafoneAU I just realised since you’ve made me pay my plan upfront I can now actually cancel my account with you and move to a new provider. That will save me more headaches from bad service in future.

Mimmette (@mimmette) reported@VodafoneAU Your customer service sucks. My account was debited over $1000 after I was reassured my direct debit will be suspended because my bill was wrong. The reason it was wrong was because you accidentally disconnected my number. I asked to reinstate everything back to… 1/2

The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?

Mimmette (@mimmette) reported@VodafoneAU … how it was originally which was a payment plan with discounts and I had to call 3 times to have it sorted and they never did! After I was reassured they’ve corrected it. I’ve wasted a day of my life on this ****. Sort it out.
