@VodafoneAU Thanks for the copy & paste. At some point how about calling your Engineers or NBN Aus & get an update or update the site as per my image. If I gave an ETA on a job that's 11 hours overdue I'd have someone calling. Let's call this, for want of a better phrase...customer service!

@VodafoneAU why is the app broken forever? 1.5 stars in the store. All it does is ask to login over and over again. Can only access via Chrome. Delete your app from the store, what is even the point of it?

@VodafoneAU I tried to activate an eSIM on my new phone. Before I could receive my Confirmation Code via text, they cancelled my physical SIM. I can't receive texts now. I called Vodafone. No help. I have to wait till tomorrow to go into a store to sort it out. What a joke
