@DearPlanA @VodafoneAU Same here. I have just joined with Vodafone and l am very disappointed with them. There app does not work, identity verification does not work, they have also already billed me for one month. When l haven't even got my internet up and running. Terrible service.

Hi @VodafoneAU - I switched over my service to another network and ported my number over the other network (sorry!). I did have an auto recharge set up; can I confirm that that won’t continue now?

So frustrated with @VodafoneAU technical support from India at the moment. This building has RJ45 sockets in the walls. The support person was telling me repeatedly that unless an RJ11 socket could be installed I couldn't get internet. Hopefully @NBNAustralia can sort it out.

@enz2h @VodafoneAU It does this 5 hours a night and comes good by 9. You'd think they would monitor the load and upgrade the area. But they don't see the issue, everything 'looks good' on their end, and they can't explain why it's only happening at peak hours 🙄 fkn retards

Worst exp. with @Optus had my no. ported from @VodafoneAU to @Optus , after that cant receive calls from vodafone numbers, i contacted many times, still no progress, everytime they say our senior is working this that, its being 6 days now, Can anyone able to help, as they can’t!
