@VodafoneAU You have been losing customer base steadily since 2019, and yet still don't want to support your MVNOs with eSIM and VoLTE/VoWiFi when Optus and Telstra have both added support. "How to lose more customers" "Hold my beer" Is that it?

  • OldIsAprivilege Wendy_ (@OldIsAprivilege) reported

@VodafoneAU I was on Live Chat to fix logging in issues as well as the landline. It's now 2 hours and I just had my 3rd customer "service" person disconnect

  • OldIsAprivilege Wendy_ (@OldIsAprivilege) reported

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU LiveChat operators can take their time replying, but not the customer. Apparently, their script is to say that the window is idle and you might be busy and then.....immediately disconnect. Don't bother to ask. Or wait for a reply. Your disservice is appalling.

@VodafoneAU im isolating b/c I have cystic fibrosis and am account holder. My son needs to get a new phone today b/c his is broken but you stores say that I have to physically come in and are not accepting to facetime me with my ID on my authorised number??

  • starcub Shawn Jiang (@starcub) reported

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU Also, no one can call my old number anymore (they can still txt). Contacted support via chat and told to wait another 48 hours. So I'm going to lose my number for another 48 hours! I transferred my number a few times before never had issues with other providers.

@cricketcomau @VodafoneAU Very poor bowling today from the Aussies, got carried away with the short stuff vs what's been working perfectly.

  • ozind59 Ozind59 (@ozind59) reported

@VodafoneAU They treat you like an idiot just arseholes on the other talking like I am a novice phone user . I am still not getting the signal Levels promised last April may I have to go back to TIO once again 🤬

  • TonyDymock Tony Dymock (@TonyDymock) reported

@VodafoneAU what's up with your NBN service being down? Customer support say all their systems are down as well, so can't render any assistance. Any status updates?

  • BeardBites Beard Bites (@BeardBites) reported

The difference between @tpg /@VodafoneAU and @Telstra? TPG/Vodafone refuses to acknowledge their shifty behaviour, blames the customer, threatens the customer and provides no solution. Telstra on hand, takes ownership, shows empathy, listens, and provides an instant solution.
