    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
