@VodafoneAU Why are my family and friends only just receiving text messages that I sent on New Year's Eve and New Year's day? They are Telstra customers. Why were Vodafone customers not told about this issue? Very frustrating. From a loyal Vodafone customer.

Been sending texts messages since #ChristmasDay and only found out yesterday that none have arrived the other end. Just got off the phone to @VodafoneAU and was told that I am not the only one this is impacting. In fact, EVERY #VODAFONE customer is facing this same issue.

@awthorpe @Telstra24x7 Having the same issue since NYE. Tried all the troubleshooting, on both sides. The @VodafoneAU devices are all iPhone and the Telstra device is an Oppo.

@VodafoneAU I have no phone signal like usual, kind of want a refund tbh because I've been a customer for years and never have good coverage. Also, I don't think I'm going to pay my bill this month, or any month until I can actually use what I'm paying for. I hope that's okay x
