    @VodafoneAU @melli_d You don't understand what the pain we are going through, worst experience of my life.. so much loss because of it - I missed up so many imp notifications etc. and when I contacted vodafone they applied small credit no where close to the loss I had.. atleast wave off current bill

    @VodafoneAU for the 2nd time in 2 months your app has technical issues. Tried via web browser - password reset needed - service unavailable. Why is this so hard? All I want to do is recharge.

    @VodafoneAU Ok I've figured it out. The My Vodafone app was showing the loading circle indefinitely after I pressed "Log in" - I was trying to recharge my grandma's account and am not on the Vodafone network. Usually it works. I've now managed to do the recharge from my laptop.

    @VodafoneAU ah no broadband again. The last 5 hours you offered free, I have the text. 5 hours and no service wasn't free...it was very draining. You drained 5 hours of my life 😠

    @VodafoneAU Heading to my local kiosk to geta explanation on why my bill is $37 over the agreed amount, not too bad considering you're trying to charge my mother who is a pensioner a extra $100 on top of hers, very classy 👏👏👏

    Hey @VodafoneAU , free data doesn’t make up for the outage 2 weeks ago but even if it did. Your network can’t even keep up, all day my phone has been spotty at best

    @VodafoneAU Free data weekends equals nothing for free if one never uses up their monthly data anyway..... Discount off the monthly bill would be better 💰💰💰
