Day 5 with no internet. Of course @TPG_Telecom disappeared so I tried to use @VodafoneAU as a back up. Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

No phone service in Bunbury since 9pm last night! Not good enough when you are expected to work from home on strict deadlines! It has all gone south since your store was removed from our region @VodafoneAU

Ugh! @VodafoneAU customer service sucks. At 4:30pm, my wife's phone had a hardware issue. It's on plan and under warranty. I couldn't get help. My local store was probably empty, but they can't be called. I need to spend 2 hours on hold to speak to the national call centre.
