    @gcluley @VodafoneUK This is about @VodafoneAU, but they took 8 months to update my name in their systems after a legal name change, after about 3 attempts I just told them I wasn't paying any bills that weren't in my name and they immediately went to help me as much as they could

    @VodafoneAU is the NBN down today in the 4124 region in Qld? No internet for the entire day so far. 4G really patchy too. Makes it really hard to run a business when you need to make Zoom calls.

    @enz2h @VodafoneAU It does this 5 hours a night and comes good by 9. You'd think they would monitor the load and upgrade the area. But they don't see the issue, everything 'looks good' on their end, and they can't explain why it's only happening at peak hours 🙄 fkn retards

    @DearPlanA @VodafoneAU Same here. I have just joined with Vodafone and l am very disappointed with them. There app does not work, identity verification does not work, they have also already billed me for one month. When l haven't even got my internet up and running. Terrible service.
