@Telstra ur in store staff is plain rude and unprofessional. I was told that changing my prepaid no. to a postpaid no. is a complicated process & they cannot do it! I went to @VodafoneAU next door and they were happy to port the no. in less than 15 mins @andy_penn

@VodafoneAU My partner is trying to run her business while stuck in New Zealand. Using an esim and got a new iphone. Spent 3 days on phone to @vodafoneAU support and they cannot help. Seriously don't offer a service if you can't support it!! We have no working phone line

Dear @vodafoneAU loyal customer for 12yrs. Try & upgrade ph/swap esim on advice of yr staff. Lose ph#! 6 days in, no call back, 4 calls later noone can help. Super frustrating having no ph. #customerfail #letdown

@VodafoneAU I was forced to leave your network due to poor coverage. When I signed up I was advised that, in that situation, the payments for my phone would continue per normal. You billed be the full amount; I called to challenge it.
