The @VodafoneAU rep, erroneously emailing me from the outsourced company email rather than from Vodafone Support, wants me to ‘be assured that the issue has been resolved’. Umm, no, only one of multiple issues was resolved, and it’s not clear that even that one was done properly.

@VodafoneAU Dunno if a 20 year loyal customer should have to stand in a store for over an hour while they transfer business to consumer, only to be told another 30 minutes of my weekend? No thanks. Don't care about my loyalty, I don't care about it anymore either. Hi @Telstra

The @VodafoneAU internet was just "wobbly". It better not go down during the @SuperRugby #brumbies game.

@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

@VodafoneAU Still loving the speeds but am not thrilled about having to dial a number to listen to my voicemail now on my Pixel, please tell me I can still get visual voicemail? Can only see iPhone support on your website...

Hey @VodafoneAU , this was weird and worth looking into. During this outage, there was zero signal from any nearby towers. Whatever the redundant power supply was meant to be, seemed to completely fail. Made it pretty hard to check for known outages.

@VodafoneAU you have a log in issue on your website and mobile app...keeps saying everything is wrong even when you change it!

with @VodafoneAU you can't top up your data or credit unless you update the app first. Like... bro I can't update the app if I don't have data... make it make sense lol. Time to move to another service provider.
