    @VodafoneAU what happened to my home broadband? it went out thursday night but when it came back on a minute later its been really slow ever since! Can barely open google. Any ETA on a fix?

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for the quick response! This is the first time I’ve been able to travel in 5 years and I can’t afford this! Please look after a loyal customer. You also need to look at these practices. It should be opt-in!! And it shouldn’t be allowed to get so high without approval

    @VodafoneAU My mobile broadband has stopped working and you’ve changed the login process without warning to SMS only - this is inappropriate as my phone number is with a different provider. So now I suddenly have no Internet.
