Modem was flashing red, so rang @VodafoneAU for customer support, when it magically fixed itself. Reminds me of the time when the IT guy used to turn up at your desk and without doing anything the problem was fixed

  • pace_eguerra Pace (@pace_eguerra) reported

You really need to fix the kerning on your new smaller SIM cards @VodafoneAU . I think I just ruined my eyesight trying to read the SIM number off the back. Thin grey lines kerned so they overlap. What brainless **** decided that was a good idea?

  • kraghu007 HealthWealthLife (@kraghu007) reported

@AppleSupport my new iPhone 12 has continuous signal drops . The person on other end is unable to hear me . I am using @VodafoneAU network. Restarted the phone. Changed SIm , updated latest firmware 14.4 . Enabled 4g . Nothing works . Please help.

@VodafoneAU You're in god damned trouble, mates. Your team just committed fraud. INTENTIONAL fraud.

  • crowden89 Alexander Crowden (@crowden89) reported

@Mr_Wolf_15G @VodafoneAU Hey, can I ask how you went about this and do you have to be a Vodafone customer?

  • CentralbkIntel Sophia Rodrigues (@CentralbkIntel) reported

Shoutout to the team at Vodafone call centre in India. I have been with Vodafone Australia for nearly 10 years, and almost all my interactions with them have been great. None of the other service providers come even close to their level of service. @VodafoneAU

  • _kai_ Kai Snapped You (@_kai_) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU what in the entire **** is going on since about 06/01/2021. Smoke signals in a hurricane are more reliable than your data network right now. And you got the nerve to send me a bill.

  • Cryptarcadian Stephen Mok (@Cryptarcadian) reported

Stop requiring a credit or debit card to activate a prepaid SIM, @VodafoneAU. This is wrong and can cause tremendous problems for people who would not normally link a payment method to a PREPAID service. (And I know you know, because you specifically survey this afterwards.)

  • TinkerTigerBell 🦄💖Stacey💖🦄 (@TinkerTigerBell) reported

@ScoliosisWarri2 @VodafoneAU Wow! What a way to treat a customer

  • SupSki Sally (@SupSki) reported

So every time I try to ring it comes with a message saying phone number isn't connected. So I'm destined to never speak with @mikeperso or win anything on @smoothfm915 thanks to my terrible phone service provider @VodafoneAU
