    @VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless
