@VodafoneAU Is prior intimation to customers not expected? It has impacted work and day to day stuff. I have 3 devices with Vodafone and all impacted. And your customer care doesn’t offer any support or compensation. They disconnected my phone.

@VodafoneAU You ask to connect over DM but there is no intention to respond. Its past 11 pm and the service hasn’t improved (unlike what you promised) - been without network for past 5 days on 3 devices with Vodafone. If not for Telstra NBN, I couldn’t have even tweeted this. #VodafoneSucks
