    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU enduring a kafkaesque circular virtual tour of your offshore call centres today and the treatment I received, both the original issue and my attempt to rectify it lead me to the conclusion to reward me for nearly 20 years loyalty you say f$&k you sucker Gross 🤮

    @VodafoneAU what horrible customer service! I had money in my prepaid account to keep my Australian number active (for a year , while I’m living in Europe) credit was deposited into my account and the plan active to expire May 2026. Vodafone went ahead and cancelled my number..

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU
