    @VodafoneAU “causing congestion and slower speeds”... never heard something so ridiculous! Had zero service for 6 hours, no voice calls, no text messages, emails, nothing!

    @BQlder @Manmeet71620384 @VodafoneAU Data was down, voice was intermittent, therefore them Vodafone sending out a text would have not work.

    @VodafoneAU I have been without service since 11.30am. This is shocking. Your lack of updates on 1555 no were none. You have effectively denied your customers essential service for which there should be consequences. You provide terrible service
