Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

    @VodafoneAU Why is the signal so weak that all my calls get dropped on MS Teams. This is a key area 36, 34, 32, 49Galahad Crescent? Need 2 Switch if this doesn’t work & it’s so embarrassing 2 apologise 2 my customers. U don’t need 2 apologise but resolve this. Suburb:GlenWaverley

    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.
