@VodafoneAU I will definetly do that mate, you can even send someone here so they can check, I can't even play youtube, if this problem persists I might call it a quit with Vodafone

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@K_Sheldrick Having thought about this recently: - No application I have requires 5G speeds - 5G networks are still in infancy, particularly @VodafoneAU - Unwilling to pay a premium for either handset or network access - Current 5G iPhones sold in Australia don’t support both network types

@VodafoneAU I am trying to talk to a person in North Sydney on your network and on connecting can talk for 0-10 seconds before it dies. Tried second person on VF in the same area and same problem Called Landline without issues so problem is at North Sydney Milsons Point.

@VodafoneAU Because the technicians didn't show up last Thursday I had to reschedule for this Thursday between 8AM - 12PM Hope they come this time. My 4G was activated remotely for the WIFI temporarily until this issue is resolved. Unfortunately it's so slow am using 4G on my mobile 🙄

@VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply, I have raised this issue with your team several times and they said that there's nothing they can do. I will send you a DM anyway

    1. Very sorry to be leaving @circleslifeAU, their setup process was AMAZING (fast, easy, pain free). Unfortunately I had to move to a Sim+Phone plan with @VodafoneAU - WORST setup I have seen. @TPG_Telecom should get their money back or fix things.

  • Dan_the_Oldman Dan the Oldman (@Dan_the_Oldman) reported

@VodafoneAU Well I did that and was ignored for an hour, not the best customer service

  • voidet Richard S (@voidet) reported

@VodafoneAU Coming up to a week since I requested to join Vodafone and receive a sim, however no email and tracking order stuck at waiting to do a credit history check. Not a good start. Any known issues with credit history checks holding up applications?

  • redwoodguardian Redwood Guardian (@redwoodguardian) reported

@VodafoneAU I'm sorry I only see how to trouble shoot things, I do not see any of the specks for it

  • vesh88 Anthony Vescio (@vesh88) reported

@VodafoneAU I am a bit confused on how to activate my new sim which is on a 2nd service
