    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    @johncurtin Yes. Vodafone network down. Wish i had checked twitter first before wasting 30 mins of my time trying to figure out if it was something to do with my phone config. #VodaFail @VodafoneAU doesn't even let me login on their website. Code not sent to Email.

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

    @fictillius @sylmobile @VodafoneAU It's pretty stupid though - it brings SMS into the 21st century and is interoperable. I guess they deem it low priority due to iMessage being the default.
