DK 💉💉 (@le_darren) reported@VodafoneAU why can't I get 5G? I have a 5G phone, I pay 5G prices, your add says the world's best 5G bit, I have never had 5G with the 5G phone you sold me. Are you charging for services not provided? Refund for your failure? #fullofcrap @accc where are you? #antiozzie

Potter Head (@bingewatchers1) reported@VodafoneAU And why wasn’t this communicated to the customers? When is this maintenance going to end? We pay so much for the service & it’s unfair that you fail to communicate with the customers. Anyways whatever feedback we give you guys simply don’t care

Michael Cowley (@mick_cowley) reported@VodafoneAU I am in Sydney and I am wondering if there are network problems. I can receive calls but the caller cannot hear me. My wife’s phone is the same and all communication apps work fine. Thanks.

Node Pony (@pony_node) reported@VodafoneAU Well @VodafoneAU I rang the number. The person said because I have 4 mobile numbers that is too many services and signing up for the NBN makes it a 5th service. So I can't get connected. I HAVE THIS SETUP WITH MY CURRENT PROVIDER, NO ISSUES. Why are you making this so hard?
