    @Harnsle @VodafoneAU Putting all your eggs in one basket? Use multiple messaging apps so they can connect over 4G or WiFi. WhatsApp, Duo, Signal, none affected by #Vodafail and 8f one isn't working, use the next.

    @bonditransit @VodafoneAU If no 3G channels are left on the towers, then nobody is getting service unfortunately. Most carriers have disabled the 3G channels here in the US

    @VodafoneAU your network is as bad as your customer service. No mobile phone service most of today. Time to consider moving to another provider.
