    Hi @VodafoneAU. This outage is a joke. Is there ANY update of when services will be repaired? People rely on their mobile data for important info, directions, access to banking apps. Help!

    @tax_oz @JC_CTS @VodafoneAU No, but I have one for the chronically stuck up smart ***... do you have a business account with a 99.99999 SLA? or are you paying dirt cheap consumer rates on the cheapest network in Australia? Just asking? I'm vodafone too and use it for work, but im not crying.

    The team will be have no options and us repetitive SOP which they stick to the client. As soon as It comes to the bill, @VodafoneAU will send it on time. Why dont you improve your network issues on time.

    @VodafoneAU Seriously, this is rediculous. I expect compensation for the lack of technology resources you’re providing. Seriously, outages across Australia WTF. We live in one of the most advanced countries in the world. Get it together would you!!

    I do wonder what caused the @VodafoneAU outage. It must’ve been more than a fault with the radio network, as even Vodafone Wi-Fi Calling failed to connect on Dual SIM with Mobile Data Switching enabled or when on a Wi-Fi network.

    @VodafoneAU Even navigation was an issue, I was driving around a location I rarely go to in my car and had to use my head map to find my way back home, such a mess
