Dave (@DavyPistons) reported@vodafoneau your service and support are absolutely terrible!! 118 drop outs in 90 days! In suburban Sydney!!!

Paul K | @paulk_@mastodon.social (@paulipaulyk) reported@meganefeeney @VodafoneAU From about 11am today my phone has gone from 2 bars 3G to no bars to 1 bar to no bar etc. I’m in the same area as well. Some recognition of the issue from Vodafone would be nice but they don’t seem to want to hear a bar of it (no pun intended).

Marty K (@_marty_k) reported@VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.

MilikaKaho (@KahoMilika) reportedHere we go again @VodafoneAU Wifi not working for the second time in a week after a dodgy sales kid that LIED and said no issues if you switch with your own modem Next phone call: you need to get our modem for $0 for 48months… Always trying to trap people in to a contract ❌

AOR 4 Life 🎹⚡💫🇳🇿 (@aor4life) reported@eevblog @VodafoneAU 1.5mb is the maximum. Doesn't mean that you'll hit it each and every session. Bad deal. Don't be fooled by Starlink either. It's a heavily over-subscribed service now, and you'll get dropouts often.
-
Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.

AK (@AKtech2021) reportedThe way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G
-
Ange Ferguson @angeferguson@mastodon.au (@ange_ferguson) reportedWhat a great way to lose a customer @VodafoneAU! Send me a text saying you’re increasing my monthly bill by $5. Took me all of 10 mins to find and change to another provider for a better deal at a lower ongoing rate, plus a six month 50% discount.

AK (@AKtech2021) reported@TPG_Telecom/@VodafoneAU 5G network is the slowest in australia It should not be called 5G , maybe they should call it 4G+
