FASD Warrior Mum 🇦🇺🤰🚫🥂🌱🌏 (@AngeleneBruce) reported@VodafoneAU Okay however I don’t have an issue with paying the bill. I’ve paid it. The issue I have is that @VodafoneAU was sending us texts that enabled people to pay on time and avoid the $15 late fee. Now these texts don’t arrive until after the $15 has been incurred. It seems deliberate.

Hishaam (@Hishaamt) reported@VodafoneAU 100%. I have no issue with the process, but the service and execution of the process is lacking. Atleast let the customer know to bring it in. I would also be ofdering to deliver it in this instance #upgradeyourservice

Liam Wilkie (@Liam_Wilkie) reported@VodafoneAU instead of sending me repeated marketing messages about adding a new service to my account, consider notifying me and other users of planned upgrades and outages - frustrating problem to diagnose when my phone is connected to 4g/5g but there is no internet.

Crys (@cryzxibb) reportedoh ffs @VodafoneAU your signal sucks! wtf
