  • ppstuu Oppstuu (@ppstuu) reported

@VodafoneAU How stupid? Already one week now, our family all use Vodafone network. We had to buy Telstra plan just for back up. We r getting angry now. Not any signal at all. Who gonna pay the Telstra bill?

  • Dr_Tewodros Tewodros Getachew (PhD) (@Dr_Tewodros) reported

I have to change my service provider, @VodafoneAU's data around Campbelltown has become the worst, no explanation!! I'm disappointed @VodafoneAU !!

  • davidgr144 David Grosz (@davidgr144) reported

@Telstra is about the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with from a customer services and desire to retain customers perspective. Along with their high prices, I don’t think I’ll ever be one of their customers ever again. @VodafoneAU on the other hand are brilliant.

  • TakingtheRoad TakingtheHighRoad (@TakingtheRoad) reported

@VodafoneAU Thank you for solving my problem so quick. Needless to say, I will still be using Vodafone for handling my complaint swiftly.

  • strangesquid999 jack (@strangesquid999) reported

@VodafoneAU am on a Kogan simcard, been having phone connection issues at Jacana 3047 for the past two days, reception at 1 to 2 bars, switches between 3G and 4G and download speed at <1mbps if it even works at all

  • martenhauville Marten Hauville (@martenhauville) reported

@VodafoneAU Wow! Your store staff don't know your own product, customer service phone lines won't take incoming calls and stores have no direct number. This is how you treat business customers with a small fleet 👏

  • ajitamishra Ajita Mishra (@ajitamishra) reported

@VodafoneAU Ordered an iphone 13 pro on 6th of Nov by visiting a store in Canberra. Got an email with Network agreement . Phone was to come on 3rd Dec. On 6th Dec after a call to CS i come to know that the order was canceled. All this when I am an existing customer. Shame

  • _chinmusic Ananthasubramanian (@_chinmusic) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Frustrated with @amaysimAU 's 4G connection. Have had bad experiences with @VodafoneAU & @Telstra in the past with network and exhorbitant pricing. Where do I go now ?

  • davidgr144 David Grosz (@davidgr144) reported

@Telstra I’ve already signed up with @VodafoneAU but am trying to get my portable broadband device unlocked but am told that under 2 years, there’s a charge even if my device is fully paid out as it would be on closing down my account.
