@VodafoneAU Tmobile is fine, but when they switched off the 3g network they added a new 4g band for faster data - most Au sold phones dont have this.

@VodafoneAU More scam calls, what's concerning is that they know my name and that I'm a customer 😬

@VodafoneAU @Real_LukeTaylor @VodafoneAU I have the same issue, as do others on Twitter. Only now are people becoming aware. No failure notification was sent. This is bad. You must communicate this, your outage page does not return any results!!

@VodafoneAU Solution - connect to the Tmobile network ALL the time & make sure you bring a 5g compatible handset, Then you get the faster data on Tmobile & you dont need to go anywhere near the At&t network EVER.

@joedmiso @VodafoneAU Yep same I've had the same issue though mine started like mid December. I'm like 50 metre from a tower. Strong signal no bandwidth.

@VodafoneAU I just went through the worst service call with your call centre trying to cancel a service. Are you trying to make it impossible to cancel a mobile? That’s about how it feels right now.

@VodafoneAU please 🙏 stop asking “PIN” during the authentication of a customer or change the name as “support number” or something like this. It’s really awkward these days when someone asks for “PIN” either in a store or asking it over phone 1/n
