    @rbozinovski @VodafoneAU Probably was running over there 700Mhz 5G network so not a huge surprise. I’ve found Optus to be really good over LTE at Callaghan.

    @VodafoneAU I got a new phone/plan from you but the package was missing the sim. Support told me to go to local store for new sim - In the middle of a lockdown! No one there at appointed time. I cant even log into my account as I have no pin yet. Can you please help me out?

    Sneaky peaky @VodafoneAU - release new NBN plans with REDUCED upload speeds (down from 40Mbps to 25Mbps). In a time when I have 3-4 people on study/work from home I cannot have a reduced upload limit like that. NOT. COOL.

    What else can get worse during a lockdown ? Weather is great , internet is down @NBN_Australia , VodafoneAU ! The #covid cases are up to the roof and our government has no clue how to manage crises 🥺
