    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

    Dear @VodafoneAU my intl roaming has suddenly stopped working in Pakistan and someone else I know is facing same issue in other city. Is there some maintenance or any changes in services?
