    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    So about an hour ago someone called my @VodafoneAU number saying they just missed a call from my number, they said they just hit call back. I had not even touched my phone since before midday. With other recent issues I wonder is something is wrong with the network
