    @moosemobileau I installed new SIM card for your network switch to @VodafoneAU, you confirmed it's ready to go. Now day 3 of no service. I've emailed support, no response, I've called support number, disconnected. I can't even switch provider! I want my number back please.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @johncurtin Yes. Vodafone network down. Wish i had checked twitter first before wasting 30 mins of my time trying to figure out if it was something to do with my phone config. #VodaFail @VodafoneAU doesn't even let me login on their website. Code not sent to Email.

    WTF?? I recently signed up for Vodafone Internet. Nothing else has changed in my life financially and my credit score has dropped by 90 points. WTF??? Is Vodafone as reputable as a pay day loan??? @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.
