Maddy Ravi (@missmaddenstein) reportedHey @VodafoneAU I’m getting scam calls claiming to be from you. The latest ruse is slow internet speed that they have apparently been monitoring over the past two weeks. I can share the number via DM in case you can trace it back but this is not the first time.
-
Abdul Rahim (@UnKnOwN_SiNgEr) reportedDear @VodafoneAU my intl roaming has suddenly stopped working in Pakistan and someone else I know is facing same issue in other city. Is there some maintenance or any changes in services?
-
Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported@VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

yung row 🇵🇸 (@rowvnne) reported@VodafoneAU Please fix this ASAP, thank god for iMessage
-
Robert Candelori (@RobertCandelori) reported@fictillius @sylmobile @VodafoneAU It's pretty stupid though - it brings SMS into the 21st century and is interoperable. I guess they deem it low priority due to iMessage being the default.
-
Sarah (@Saritabegood) reported@VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
-
JoshAtticus (@joshatticus) reported@VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.
-
StyleyedGenXSDisdnxXHedz (@Surfnet_Stuff) reported@iiNet @VodafoneAU Help raised hand @Telstra_news aswell as poor performance etc.
-
Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.
