    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.

    @VodafoneAU network maintenance in 2151 has not been resolved… constant drop-out makes your service unusable.

    @VodafoneAU hi, is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? No outage showing on your site but Vodafone connection trying to connect to satellite. Just asking.
