@VodafoneAU First deliver my 12 pro. How can you change the delivery dates? 3 months to delivery a phone. I want to cancel the order, I cant wait 3 month to get a phone. Worst Cx service.

@VodafoneAU Have been unable to accept or make calls 90% of the time from my home location for the past week. Is something wrong with the network?

@vodafoneNZ @rox_taf @VodafoneAU Maybe your company does. But not the consumer. I thought NZ's 87% urbanised pop would help put an end to the myth that we are a spread out country. We pay exorbitant prices for third rate plans and deals. We have few telcos in this country and not enough competition. A win for Vf

@VodafoneAU Unless you can confirm that if my request is reasonable, there exist a possibility that I could get a pocket wifi free of cost for me to use as the 4G backup when needed, I won’t be wasting both, my time and your customer service team’s time. /1
