@VodafoneAU I'm trying to work. How dare you interrupt me with a robocall. If you can't be bothered paying someone to speak to me, don't call me. Ever

  • Marko_fullysik Marko (@Marko_fullysik) reported

@VodafoneAU what’s going on with your network in Tarneit 3029 vic, phone calls haven’t worked in days, unacceptable!

  • lukef lukef (@lukef) reported

It is with a heavy heart I will be leaving @VodafoneAU after being a customer for 20 years 😞 I have always been happy with the service, but since moving to the other side of town I cannot get adequate coverage at my new place. #Loyalty #Farewell

  • Conrade Lloyd (@Conrade) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. I'm sure it's an issue experienced by many paying on your website via credit card, and that you'll review your processes comprehensively to improve your services for customers. In which case, no likely need to DM further on the issue.

  • anshuw Anshu Wijeyeratne (@anshuw) reported

Hi @VodafoneAU - I switched over my service to another network and ported my number over the other network (sorry!). I did have an auto recharge set up; can I confirm that that won’t continue now?

  • aikicoops Stephen Cooper (@aikicoops) reported

@NBN_Australia if @VodafoneAU says the NBN in my area is out and they “believe” it is being fixed, but your site says there is no issue in the area, who are we to believe, how do I get an answer on what’s happening? Westmead NSW 2145

  • kanefitz06 Kane Fitz (@kanefitz06) reported

@FionaRoseT @VodafoneAU Telstra better coverage and online help. Optus better in store and on the phone.

  • bennyinhere Benjamin (@bennyinhere) reported

@VodafoneAU why do I have to send my 2 day old phone to a service center for 2 weeks to be assessed? The person in store admitted its defective, it should be replaced, please explain why I have no phone for 2 weeks when committing to a thousands of dollars of spend with you?

  • WatsonsTroops1 WatsonsTroops (@WatsonsTroops1) reported

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

  • FionaRoseT Fiona (@FionaRoseT) reported

I’ve had pretty good service from @VodafoneAU for a gd decade but things have clearly changed. I can’t believe how disgusting and disrespectful the guy I spoke to on the phone was today. Are ppl with Optus happy with the service? Or is it Telstra or busy when it comes to 🤳🏻?
