@iiNet ya wireless broadband south of Perth is down big time due to the @VodafoneAU network being down big time.

@VodafoneAU recharge app has turned to ****. Used to be easy and effective. Now, it sends you in a constant loop - ends up being easier to ring 1511, telling the recorded msg to **** off a few times, and it finally ends ends up recognising yr no. and proceeds!

shitpost #2 - @VodafoneAU tells you they will send you an SMS - never arrives. Try getting an email and the page goes to an "Oops.. something went wrong" page. Fair dinkum - @VodafoneAU about as much use as @DanielAndrewsMP

Frustrating. I am still having multiple network drop-outs a day on my #pixel6 with @VodafoneAU. Any tips or future updates @googledownunder @madebygoogle?

@turna23 @VodafoneAU but 5 months is a long time for the problem to persist, and yes - if they can't sort it out properly then perhaps i will move providers. but claiming i have stockholm syndrome for communicating what is quite a balanced (good and bad) experience with voda is v strange of you

@VodafoneAU That’s not good enough. People are working from home more than ever, and I’m having to use a mobile hotspot to get anything done. There needs to be a better way to schedule this. AND to compensate your clients for lost service and lost working hours as a result.

@thomaselliotthk @VodafoneAU I've been with them for like 15 years or something and never had this problem but yeah - if it doesn't get sorted in the next two bills, I'm out and that it a plenty generous grace period

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Pro Voda despite being "abused" figuratively. Like why so you like them? They are literally a phone network provider? You can switch at any point rather than continue to be overcharged 5 months in a row.

@VodafoneAU what do you have to say about a day and a half of bad reception and extremely slow mobile data. It’s bad enough that I’m currently being effected by the AussieBB outage, my phone can’t even connect to the internet. What am I paying you guys for?

  • angharadyeo
    rad meat spill (@angharadyeo) reported

@VodafoneAU I have probably spent over 8 hours on the phone getting these bills sorted - all always the result of Vodafone's error. each time I am strongly assured that it will be resolved and I will /not/ need to call about the issue again. please resolve it with finality
