    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU my next bill better be halved after the network outage. Don't insult loyal customers with anything else. An apology from a corporation means absolutely nothing, at all.

    @VodafoneAU enduring a kafkaesque circular virtual tour of your offshore call centres today and the treatment I received, both the original issue and my attempt to rectify it lead me to the conclusion to reward me for nearly 20 years loyalty you say f$&k you sucker Gross 🤮

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!
