@VodafoneAU Just allow people to login with username and password, and then implement a PROPER two-factor mechanism like an authenticator app. I just wanted to pay my bill, and something that used to take a minute, took almost 30 minutes... /n

@VodafoneAU why are callings on Vodafone prepaid being terminated at the 2 hour mark? Lots of wasted time figuring out it was Vodafone causing this issue.
