@MRowlandMP @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU how rude and arrogant does an organisation need to be to treat customers like idiots? Whose paying for my time wasted? Cust. Support tells me to disconnect my NBN box to make sure the technician actually turns up! What the hell?!

@MRowlandMP @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I have asked for many weeks for my NBN connection to match the speeds I have been paying for. 2 appts and the NBN never told me they cancelled. I waited 2 half days for a technician. I have a third appt. Why the NBN treat me like a fool?

Does @VodafoneAU intentionally throw you around to 50 call centre departments to make you give up on the issue?

@VodafoneAU Hi guys, not sure if your coverage map is having an issue but I’ve noticed that 5G coverage for iPhone 13/14 is patchy but if u select a samsung 5G device (say the budget A13) coverage is way better. confused as the iPhone can connect to more bands. Is the map correct)

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

@VodafoneAU what a huge surprise to find our monthly bill has increased by more than $70 without notice. Have been on the phone for 30 mins to speak to someone. Seriously bad form! 🤬

@VodafoneAU Keeping updated always sounds like it means something, but it really doesn’t help. The phone is working or the phone is not working. The phone is working again now.
