    @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

    @LaCakeMaker I’ll have to watch this while I’m out later because @VodafoneAU still hasn’t fixed the internet outage that appears to be specific to my apartment.

    @VodafoneAU any plans to fix the Android Vodafone app? Have never been able to log in once since the new version launched, and judging by the countless number of 1 star reviews I'm hardly the only one who thinks an app that can't even log you in is functionally broken and poor.

    hopefully final update: we signed up to @VodafoneAU today and within 1 minute had a working connection. Cant figure out how to cancel with them dodo fellas but I will be sending them my therapy bill

    A week ago @VodafoneAU began “improvements” in my area. Since then there has been limited coverage in my apartment, internet too slow to be useful and no useful phone service. For a week I’ve been told it will come good tonight. Which new telco do you recommend?

    @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU a while back, I had #OPTUS advise of "minor upgrades"on a particular day. turned into two weeks of total interruptions, and up/down speeds worse than dial-up.
