It was a lockdown thing, why we went to Vodafone on that occasion. Haven't been back.

Your help line didn’t help at all. This needs to be fixed. I can’t believe i just locked into a 3 year phone plan. Ridiculous

I swear I never had so many issues since I switched to @VodafoneAU. I am currently wishing I’d stayed with @Telstra at least when it switched to the card I could still stream.

Vincent (@Vincent69111425) reported@VodafoneAU This isn't NBN this is 4g mobile - no signal, can't receive calls or messages for 6+ weeks - to be told 'everything is working' or 'you need to wait for an upgrade' when it has been fine for the last 6 months. It's an absolute joke.
