Telstra NBN. One can only laugh. Ordered the NBN 67 days ago, no show 3 times, next available date Feb 16th. Tried to cancel for a week, eventually told it'll take another 48 hours to cancel. Nice work @Telstra @Telstra_news - moving everything @VodafoneAU

All up I wasted 90 minutes of their time before they hung up. I thought the longer they wasted with me, that was others who were saved. #lowlifes #scum #fraud

I thought nbn Internet was meant to be quicker/better because it is based off a cable? Gosh I hope ive done the right thing by going with @VodafoneAU because it’s not great and keeps swapping to the 3/4G. Might have to jump online and check service.. 🤔

@VodafoneAU I got a sim starter pack and cant activate it, error "Something didn't go as planned". Please try again later, tried several times now with no luck, triple checked all details, any issues with the website???
