  • qadirabdi90 Abdul Abdi (@qadirabdi90) reported

Now you'll take the phone but won't guarantee it'll be fixed? Asked SM to document everything in my case log, he did but didn't mention he'll fix it. I know cooperations want to cut costs, but come on, leaving the customer holding the bag is a low-blow @VodafoneAU @acccgovau

  • Kiwi_always Kiwi_always (@Kiwi_always) reported

**** YOU @VodafoneAU YOU ******* *****! Not paying my next bill you iseless wankers

  • anchalsoodphd Anchal Sood (@anchalsoodphd) reported

@cpltalk @VodafoneAU I have the same issue since a week now. Uninstalled the app but the website is no better. #fail Time to switch service provider!

  • Denise_Sweeney Denise Sweeney (@Denise_Sweeney) reported

So @VodafoneAU have a service where you can link 2 phone bills to share data. Whichever bill you merge them under becomes the account holder and only they can authorise changes. With Domestic violence and coercion at an all time high this is a dangerous policy. #coercivecontrol

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

  • dexter_d3x PR@T€€K (The Dark Venom) (@dexter_d3x) reported

@VodafoneAU I Seriously hate your network in melbourne, is there any place where your network signal is good??? Nowhere Can't even get call or recieve calls and your internet is really bullshit!!!

  • systemajik Lloyd Rees (@systemajik) reported

@VodafoneAU just wasted my time visiting one of your branches can’t administer my business account as not authorised. Yet director of company. Store team couldn’t help. Getting very frustrated with your inadequate systems. Considering moving business elsewhere.

  • cpltalk (((cpltalk))) (@cpltalk) reported

@VodafoneAU So you are losing me as a customer because I can’t renew or top up because of your failing authentification. Which should not be necessary in the first place because I am on your own 4G network. Smart. Not. #fail

  • EWalt81 Ed Walton (@EWalt81) reported

@VodafoneAU I have a WiFi hub that I have never used (as I have my own router setup). How would I return this to you? Can I return it to a store?
