Wow, the @VodafoneAU customer service representative ignored my requests and connected me to a plan with a higher per month cost, presumably because he gets a higher commission, and thought that I wouldn’t notice. Off to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman!

  • thepiedwanderer Joan Wilder (@thepiedwanderer) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

My husband calls @VodafoneAU. “Thank you for being such a loyal customer. Can we suggest this new plan which will save you money? Also, in return for staying with us, let’s increase that discount from $10 to $12/month. Have a great day!”

  • iffy2 Iffy (@iffy2) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU is the internet gone down today?

  • Raddlez121 Glenn Radburn (@Raddlez121) reported

It's been a terrible time @NBN_Australia and @VodafoneAU, but a promise is a promise, and the tweets are stopping.

  • anitaingx Anita Ing (@anitaingx) reported

@VodafoneAU No thanks! Your resolution team has concluded that we will be liable for something my mum agreed to which is ridiculous as English is her second language. Will look at switching away after 10 years of loyal service! @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid in the morning and since then internet was not working. Now since last 2 hrs the complete network is gone and phone showing SOS. I have already spend 2 hrs on phone with your executives they are doing cold transfers.

  • DigitalMedia_LM Laura McDonald 🌊🧼 (@DigitalMedia_LM) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU your service coverage keeps dropping down to 3G in Sydney City and between there and the Eastern Suburbs. Please fix or adjust your phone plan charges for the last 48 hours otherwise I’m going back to Telstra.

  • PRDUNCS DUNCHAD (@PRDUNCS) reported

I've had my fair share of issues with @VodafoneAU through the years but being talked into trading in a perfectly functional phone for a Samsung S21 ultra is definitely beyond annoying, this phone sucks on soo many levels

  • ultimablackmage Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reported

I swear, @VodafoneAU's slow roll-out of 5G is annoying, but what's worse is they are using the slower 5G band. In the areas I could get 5G, I was getting less than 60mbps while @Optus gets over 200mbps in the same places. I think they chose signal strength over bandwidth.

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@VodafoneAU has turned every interaction with customer service into a sales exercise. So much focus on sales it’s nigh impossible to get anything else done.
