    A major MH service has been trying to call me and i keep (unintentionally) missing their calls, and can’t call back thanks to @VodafoneAU sporadic service. This is could be fatal for particular types of people

    @VodafoneAU is unable to match telstra with there back order on iphone 14 pro max, where u pay for the phone and dont make anymore payments on the phone till you revive it. You just get told that we cant to do that and have no care for the customer

    @VodafoneAU can't stand your automated telephone customer service, its terrible to use and can't believe it was commissioned by vodafone, secondly what's going on with the service, I have one bloody bar were we had full service??????

    I know this is first world problems and all, but the internet has gone out in my area and my phones bandwidth is basically only good enough for Twitter. Rip World cup. Amazing @AussieBroadband @VodafoneAU. I really need to get around to changing phone carriers.....

    @VodafoneAU not very impressed with my first bill. Got charged full month for a billing period from 02/12 to 07/12. 5 days of use and charged full amount. Not a happy new customer. Should very stayed with the competition. Might have to reconsider 😠

    @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU No outage. Its just offline. I could go and spend the next 10 hrs working to get it restored, but i just dont have the time. Thanks for checking in though.

    Holey ****, very elaborate caller pretending to be from @VodafoneAU nearly got me, they did that thing where they chat to a support representative while calling me asking for the verification SMS etc. It wasn't until they said I'd won an iPhone 14 that alarms bells went off.

    @VodafoneAU one of the great frustrations with dealing with your customer service is that it’s a 50/50 bet to get world class customer service one who’s worse than an ai chat bot, unable to understand your actual questions & can only supply answers from pasted from the website.
