@VodafoneAU why is the mobile service so terrible in Inverloch this year? Worst ever!!! #vodafoneaus #novodafoneconnection

  • Avatar110992 SugarSoap (@Avatar110992) reported

@joedmiso @VodafoneAU Yep same I've had the same issue though mine started like mid December. I'm like 50 metre from a tower. Strong signal no bandwidth.

  • kegs85 Kris Simpson (@kegs85) reported

@VodafoneAU Issue isn’t the plan, but selective pricing depending on where I buy it. Buy a sim from a voda shop or website and it’s $88, from any other retailer including voda affiliate stores it’s $150. Buy the plan from the voda website and it’s back to $150. Deceptive and unnecessary

  • zanti Santi (@zanti) reported

@VodafoneAU hey, any issues with your network in Melbourne today? My phone keeps loosing signal in different parts of the city.

  • mikewatson74 Michael (@mikewatson74) reported

@VodafoneAU @Real_LukeTaylor @VodafoneAU I have the same issue, as do others on Twitter. Only now are people becoming aware. No failure notification was sent. This is bad. You must communicate this, your outage page does not return any results!!

@VodafoneAU My internet is not working. I still have more than 100+gbs left , central melbourne

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

@VodafoneAU Tmobile is fine, but when they switched off the 3g network they added a new 4g band for faster data - most Au sold phones dont have this.

  • charlietech Charlie (@charlietech) reported

@VodafoneAU Solution - connect to the Tmobile network ALL the time & make sure you bring a 5g compatible handset, Then you get the faster data on Tmobile & you dont need to go anywhere near the At&t network EVER.

@VodafoneAU Hi just DM with my issue #3-10DIJYGCA , please note that I have spent 3 hrs on a chat to two different people and the chat just drops off , asked for a “call back “which also dropped off and did get a call back again , please refer to transcript of original sales call

@VodafoneAU The exif in the photo will have a lat long. It was between riddles creek and woodend. But black spots all along the train line. Shouldn't signal = data? Why good signal strength but zero data connection?
