    Is it just me or is there not much network coverage here @UNSWADA. I’m with TPG (which uses @VodafoneAU) and I’ve been on 1 bar all morning! Probs for the best since I don’t want to see much #Philippine news on #PBBM’s inauguration today anyway. 😬

    Whilst waiting on the support line to get my internet fixed this weekend, @VodafoneAU played Maroon 5 whilst I was on hold. WHO DOES THAT TO CUSTOMERS?!?!

    @BakedCooker @VodafoneAU @Optus It’s mobile data. That sucks! I’d expect that be more reliable than mobile. It’s 2009-2010 all over again. We shouldn’t have to pay for something doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneAU @bryanjrollins I can't make calls either and just got hung up on by their tech support chat consultant Romio. I have no service or way to contact my depot while out on the road for work or for my kids to contact me in an emergency while at work.

    @VodafoneAU It's incredibly frustrating when your solution to having poor network coverage is "call technical support." And then they tell you that tech support will call you back when you can't receive calls 🤯

    @VodafoneAU Its fine I sorted it. The log in method is so clunky. Doesn't work well with the ap. Sucks on desktop.
