    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @meganefeeney @VodafoneAU From about 11am today my phone has gone from 2 bars 3G to no bars to 1 bar to no bar etc. I’m in the same area as well. Some recognition of the issue from Vodafone would be nice but they don’t seem to want to hear a bar of it (no pun intended).

    @VodafoneAU 'hey...We can give you a better @NBN_Australia deal: 'Come in, cancel current account & we'll rejoin you straight back up.& 2 hours in store....finally get new modem. 'plug & play' Another 45m on the phone...cos we now have no internet. & They have no clue when.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?
