    Absolutely sick and tired of @VodafoneAU. Been trying to trade in my old device since late Jan and every time I call I get a different answer and no help whatsoever. #SamsungGalaxyS21 #PoorPoorPoor

  • DigitalMedia_LM Laura McDonald 🌊🧼 (@DigitalMedia_LM) reported

    Hey @VodafoneAU your service coverage keeps dropping down to 3G in Sydney City and between there and the Eastern Suburbs. Please fix or adjust your phone plan charges for the last 48 hours otherwise I’m going back to Telstra.

  • dcwhatwhat Jamie Madden (digitalchild) (@dcwhatwhat) reported

    @VodafoneAU Your call system is utterly useless. I got a text message yesterday to recharge my account and today my service is inactive. I cannot recharge and your menu system is designed to never talk to a person. How do I fix this?

  • Sarina_Cooper Sarina Cooper (@Sarina_Cooper) reported

    @VodafoneAU This is bullshit! I had my phone in my hands when the message came through and no missed calls. Very poor customer service when your service team say they are going to call you back the next night and don’t do so. Time to change NBN providers I think. #nothappy

  • ThomasWoodhead1 ㄊhomas (@ThomasWoodhead1) reported

    @VodafoneAU why’re you so bad

  • nitin06595239 nitin (@nitin06595239) reported

    @VodafoneAU i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid in the morning and since then internet was not working. Now since last 2 hrs the complete network is gone and phone showing SOS. I have already spend 2 hrs on phone with your executives they are doing cold transfers.

  • ShivaniSatyam9 शिवानी (@ShivaniSatyam9) reported

    @VodafoneAU YOUR SERVICE IN remote Victoria stinks worse than a monkey’s butt.

  • dccoutta David Coutts (@dccoutta) reported from Euroa, State of Victoria

    In this day and age, can’t believe that @VodafoneAU reception can be this bad in Euroa. Staggering.

  • ultimablackmage Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reported

    I swear, @VodafoneAU's slow roll-out of 5G is annoying, but what's worse is they are using the slower 5G band. In the areas I could get 5G, I was getting less than 60mbps while @Optus gets over 200mbps in the same places. I think they chose signal strength over bandwidth.

  • phazzles OnlyPhazz (@phazzles) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Network connectivity at Mardi Gras is spotty at best @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU
