    @VodafoneAU poor service and no follow up as offered when enquiring about a deceased account. Grossly suggested to "just use their phone". Perhaps train your staff in compassion and also devise a better deceased cancellation and refund policy

    I just received the worst customer service of my life from @VodafoneAU I think I’ll be switching networks
