Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

I thought @Telstra and @VodafoneAU was unfavourable communication companies but in blocking me because they couldn't face reality that they make false promises, they don't take responsibility for their own errors etc #Optus is #unfavourable & @singtel is ok with this.

  • Cryptarcadian Stephen Mok (@Cryptarcadian) reported

Stop requiring a credit or debit card to activate a prepaid SIM, @VodafoneAU. This is wrong and can cause tremendous problems for people who would not normally link a payment method to a PREPAID service. (And I know you know, because you specifically survey this afterwards.)

  • alex_jans aj_onthecouch (@alex_jans) reported

@VodafoneAU I’ve made a few test calls from upstairs and there does not seem to be an issue with call quality anymore

  • goddamnitangie here comes the sun (@goddamnitangie) reported

@VodafoneAU down, would be nice to be sent a text when there is works in my area,

  • rampantrealist nathan (@rampantrealist) reported

@VodafoneAU And if the prompt doesn't appear there is no way to find it. Besides, #livechat is only live if you respond in real time. I went from a loyal customer with 2 new orders to seriously considering leaving in the space of 7 days because of your "Live Chat". Pretty bad experience

  • msstraighty180 Tiffany (@msstraighty180) reported

Modem was flashing red, so rang @VodafoneAU for customer support, when it magically fixed itself. Reminds me of the time when the IT guy used to turn up at your desk and without doing anything the problem was fixed

  • _kai_ Kai Snapped You (@_kai_) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU what in the entire **** is going on since about 06/01/2021. Smoke signals in a hurricane are more reliable than your data network right now. And you got the nerve to send me a bill.

  • CentralbkIntel Sophia Rodrigues (@CentralbkIntel) reported

Shoutout to the team at Vodafone call centre in India. I have been with Vodafone Australia for nearly 10 years, and almost all my interactions with them have been great. None of the other service providers come even close to their level of service. @VodafoneAU

  • samialdhafeeri سامي الظفيري (@samialdhafeeri) reported

@VodafoneAU All good the service back

  • pace_eguerra Pace (@pace_eguerra) reported

You really need to fix the kerning on your new smaller SIM cards @VodafoneAU . I think I just ruined my eyesight trying to read the SIM number off the back. Thin grey lines kerned so they overlap. What brainless **** decided that was a good idea?
