@VodafoneAU Sort your terrible network service out. At postcodes 2153 and 2117 there is barely a 4G signal. 3G hardly works either. Both give a max. 1 bar on the signal meter but mostly no signal at all. Fix this or my business and myself move back to Optus.

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you're really only in and around Melboune it shouldn't be an issue, if you travel regionally Telstra is still well ahead I think.

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

@VodafoneAU your testing my patience. 15 phone calls in 7 days trying to get my nbn sorted. And now you text me saying you will switch off my backup 4G tomorrow saying the problem is fixed, even though its not and a technician is coming on Monday. Loyal customer of 15 years.....
