    @VodafoneAU There has been no service at all since 11am and still nothing. No 4G, no 3G. Your tweets aren't accurately conveying the fact this was a complete outage (at least for some like me).

    @VodafoneAU I legitimately spent 2 hours on the phone to apple trying to reconfigure my network and even reset my entire phone. What a huge inconvenience to people who require the phone for work

    @eatmeetswest @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU I’ve never had a full day outage with my previous carrier! Maybe a couple of hours but never 24hours of straight issues with no way of calling or live chatting etc

    Now my phone has zero service, not even text or voice. Hopefully my wifi stays up because without that I'll have nothing. Having worked in IT support I pity the staff at @VodafoneAU today. #condolences #bekind

    @VodafoneAU Your coverage area is limited, you're overpriced, you don't have coverage in any of the hospitals (my workplace) and your customer service is a disgrace. Seriously, why do you even exist? Telstra and Optus all the way!! #SackVodafone
