    Just spent 1.5hrs on phone to @VodafoneAU to upgrade phone to find out somehow they had allowed me to be paying for 3 phones for the last 6mths. It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

    @VodafoneAU, what's wrong with NBN today? No service for the last three hours. In the WFH situation, internet service down is catastrophic. Service centre couldn't help and unable to help. Asked to call back in four hours, where is the network satisfaction guarantee??

    @VodafoneAU so u did 'upgrades' in my area now i have no reception (for 3 weeks) - online support for 3hrs, to be told 'oh we'll monitor the area'. im leaving vodaphone after 15yrs...
