    @VodafoneAU very disgraceful and unsupportive. I will change to any other service provider. Every other service providers waived off international roaming only for the people who were stuck in Middle East

    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    @VodafoneAU hi, is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? No outage showing on your site but Vodafone connection trying to connect to satellite. Just asking.

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!
