Sarah (@Saritabegood) reported@VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service

Maddy Ravi (@missmaddenstein) reportedHey @VodafoneAU I’m getting scam calls claiming to be from you. The latest ruse is slow internet speed that they have apparently been monitoring over the past two weeks. I can share the number via DM in case you can trace it back but this is not the first time.

LoloBuns (@lOrelliee) reportedWtf is happening @VodafoneAU

Zara (@zazazebra88) reported@VodafoneAU your app kills me. I’ve come to accept the issues over the past few years, but it’s recently upgraded and now is even worse🥴
-
Michael Hope (@Maikeli91) reported@VodafoneAU Seriously how can you claim you are supposedly getting people better coverage everywhere and then at the same time release a goddamn stupid ad that basically gives the middle finger to all Rural Aussies?

Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

Paul K | @paulk_@mastodon.social (@paulipaulyk) reportedIf @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

JAY ☘️☘️☘️ (@jotepPdT) reported@status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.
