@VodafoneAU Vodafone is without a doubt, the WORST service a person could be with.on the down detector there are constantly, daily, above average reports of Vodafone not working properly. Yet you will never see Vodafone addressing it. Sub par company at best.

  • DanielOCnr Daniel O'Connor (@DanielOCnr) reported

@VodafoneAU Done, however the real problem is that your "fraud team" didn't proactively catch it!. It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..

@VodafoneAU After explaining I didn't ask for that to happen and I shouldn't been told to pay more money for a mistake Vodafone staff made. They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

@VodafoneAU Don't worry got in contact with you via phone this morning all sorted now. But still you either need to train you clerks a bit better or (more than likely the real issue) the head office needs to actually do this the proper way.

@VodafoneAU Hi Guys, DM Sent 2 hours ago and no response. Can you please advise. Still without service at all.

  • rojtel rojtel™ (@rojtel) reported

@VodafoneAU This is great news. Let's hope it extends to the areas I was in recently like Tahtra, Bermagui and parts of the Snowy mountains. I was actually hot spotting to my work phone so I could get service. Surely an announcement like this would have been emailed to customers however.
