@VodafoneAU are outages common on Vodafone network? It's been less than a week on the network and I've had to contact support practically daily because my sim card would deregister automatically. I notice similar complaints across various forums.

@83jiminy13 @VodafoneAU Online chat suggested I email the login link sent via sms to myself as a work around to login via a computer. It’s ridiculous. I have Vodafone broadband for my computer, but I can’t manage my account from my computer 🙄 #Vodafail

@VodafoneAU the customer service rep on the chat asked me to take out sim and then put it back. guess wat to login back in Vodafone I needed the link thru sms which was not possible and I got blocked for 2 hours.. this is the level of stupidity they are doing

@VodafoneAU Did you not read my tweet? I don’t want to manage my account from my phone. I cannot believe a company as large as Vodafone would not offer its customers the option to manage your account from a computer 👎 How do I lodge an official complaint?

@VodafoneAU has somehow borked their network so badly that SIM 1, the one they actually gave me, no longer appears as installed in the first place. Not "searching" or "SOS only" - just gone completely. While SIM 2, from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, is ROAMING ON THEIR NETWORK?
