@VodafoneAU It’s nearly 48 hrs now with little to no 5G and the coverage is so poor your call centre staff can’t hear me when I call so I’ve been hung up on 4 times so far. This is infuriating and just shocking service.

@VodafoneAU having a bit of difficulty as I can't log into my vodafone since I'm in Canada and can't get onto the network to receive SMS. And I can't install the app to chat since my store region is set to Canada... Anything you can do to assist?

@VodafoneAU I’m left without data and difficulty using my phone to call my family in Australia. Global roaming is on yet have to use others hotspot for data. Charging $5 a day for something you’re not providing! Have wasted 2 hours to get through. Getting disconnected & no help!

@VodafoneAU Vodafone is worst fr me.. The reason: I have an account with two sim cards me n my prtner… we had been using voda postpaid fr almost 3 yrs now.. with one device iPhone purchased 2 yrs ago.. been clean with the bills..
