    @VodafoneAU @melli_d You don't understand what the pain we are going through, worst experience of my life.. so much loss because of it - I missed up so many imp notifications etc. and when I contacted vodafone they applied small credit no where close to the loss I had.. atleast wave off current bill

    @VodafoneAU It was to tell me that I'd hit 50% of my quota. With only one day before my quota resets. That's not an urgent message. It is, however, an appallingly bad customer experience.

    @VodafoneAU No signal since approx 22:30 Monday 26/04/21, unable to make calls in 4305. Checked for scheduled work, turned phone off etc but nothing.
