Day 7 and still no @Optus phone service and now day 3 of no contact makes me wonder what their customer service would be like if they didn’t introduce their ethos of“we aim to lead Aus in delivering outstanding customer service”🤔#shambolic #shocking @Telstra @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU Great. I expect good customer service from you guys so your fast reply is no surprise. But how about pooling data with competitors, creating a blacklist and blocking all messages & calls from that list?

@Optus @Telstra would happily switch over to you given the atrocious service from @VodafoneAU - if you're able to get me connected today/tomorrow?

@VodafoneAU horrible, unprofessional, inhuman, heartless. I can go on abt how unhappy I’m wth Vodafone. Your CS agents disconnected chat on me 5 times. Charged me invalid bills & demanding me to pay and barred my account whilst I’m overseas. U’ll lose your 11 years loyal customer

@VodafoneAU Hi, I just had the most baffling experience ordering online. It said my order had been partially approved and to phone Vodafone. The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?

Right @VodafoneAU just putting it out there, that in the very few times I've had to call, NOT ONCE have I had a bad experience! It's always good even when I mistakenly left for 12 months you were more helpful than my provider at the time haha Thank you 👍🏼

@garystark @Telstra @VodafoneAU They actually are taking action. I write on this regularly. It's not as easy as just saying "stop" because of how they come in, though, and means users need to be educated about what they are and when to hang up.
