  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Mildura, State of Victoria

Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SteveMolk @VodafoneAU @Telstra ****** @telstra slap you with a $15 late fee if the system doesn’t process your payment by the due date. Due on day-n, pay it on day>n+1 and whack. You get one waived late-fee per 12mo. Great Internet. Crap customer service.

@JamesAveris @kayosports Mine went good for five minutes and is now shit again. NBN is garbage. Or @VodafoneAU is garbage. One of them.

  • jon_benj Jonathan Benjamin (@jon_benj) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

  • PunarjitS Punarjit Singh (@PunarjitS) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU your network sucks everywhere.. m definitely switching after my contract gets over. It’s a shame you charge competitive fee for such a shitty service.

  • _marty_k Marty K (@_marty_k) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Please escalate my comments up the chain as I’m surely not the only customer who wants to use eSIM for my service, and it’s super frustrating that there’s no clear info around what’s happening.

  • MuhammadAmirJ11 Aamir (@MuhammadAmirJ11) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

If you’re planning to change your network then please don’t think about @VodafoneAU Limited coverage zones and pathetic internet service
