    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    @VodafoneAU Your phone support is great, sorted out. But for the love if god make few more conditional checks on commonly asked question for bot.

    @VodafoneAU The Vodafone website now says that some customers are experiencing intermittent network issues . I’d say it’s a pretty bloody big issue if my SIM card didn’t even recognise I had a service with Vodafone.
