Great work @VodafoneAU for refusing to help my mum activate her SIM card they sent her a week late, unless she went into a store but ignoring her when she explained to 5 different people that she was in lockdown and it’s illegal for her to leave 5km to go to a store.

@VodafoneAU my phone is dropping over to 3G and has no Mobile Internet. I restarted the phone, tried Network selection, etc. why don’t you update your customers when you have a national outage?!?!?

@VodafoneAU Hey, do you guys know if the nbn in Greater Brisbane has gone down? I'm only getting connection to the mobile network at the moment and it's pretty weak.
