@AveryKaeHoward @VodafoneAU I highly recommend giving Vodafone the finger and switching carriers. Though... Telestra can be just as ******. Not heard any stories about optus on this front good or bad.

@VodafoneAU so free data as compensation on the weekend, when I’ll be mainly at home connected to my home wifi... useless, I’m a 20+ years customer with a $200 bill each month, a monetary compensation would be more welcome to myself and most other customers.

@VodafoneAU @jamiewhincup Is that when it is working? Giving away free data this weekend doesn’t even come close to making up for sh@t service that you have provided recently! Would prefer my monthly bill be discounted instead as that is real service and customer understanding. #vodafail #customerscount

@deep_end_diving @VodafoneAU Vodafone does have good customer service, true. But is Vodafone ensuring people are aware of that or are they tryna pacify their customers with empty gestures? Y’all making it seem as if asking for more than the naught Vodafone is offering is asking for too much.

@VodafoneAU How does discussing my account have anything to do with this? Would this lead to an outcome where the outage would be compensated for more than the absolute useless offer of free data? If so, why not publicly announce this, rather than asking people to contact you directly?

Hey @VodafoneAU is your mobile network less garbage if I sign with you direct instead of what @iinet resells ? Any chance I can talk to a real tech about why I get tcp rst responses every time I try and consume data unless I have a (any) vpn connected ?

@sylmobile @VodafoneAU I'd settle for an incident report.

@deep_end_diving @VodafoneAU 1. Some on postpaid never finish their data anyway 2. Vodafone is already offering infinite data on some plans lol 3. Waiving the next bill caters to everyone 4. YOU may have had just “one day of inconvenience”. Doesn’t apply to every one. 5. It’s an empty gesture.

Hey @VodafoneAU giving a free data weekend to make up for your network going down when I already pay for more data than I can use isn't much of an apology. Maybe just cut some bucks from my next bill and we'll call it square

lol @VodafoneAU offering free data on the weekend for their **** up from last week like as if that's gonna fix anything. Once again, data should be free and unlimited no matter what since it does not require any human labour to be produced. Time to change service providers?
