@VodafoneAU You wanna tell us when this BS maintenance is gonna be done and we can recharge our prepaid services? I've legit raced up the road to get a Sim Card with another provider because your stupid company thought maintenance in the morning would be a good idea.

  • glenpen60 Glen (@glenpen60) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with TPG & haven’t had an issue for 7 years. $60 per month for internet, $30 phone unlimited

  • Stephen59969382 Stephen (@Stephen59969382) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I wouldn't recommend any, and once again I put it down to the LNP, Labor had a brilliant NBN on the go, then the Libs came in and destroyed it. They've done absolutely nothing for the Australian ppl, except make our lives harder and miserable.

  • kentparktweet Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported

@LaCakeMaker I’ll have to watch this while I’m out later because @VodafoneAU still hasn’t fixed the internet outage that appears to be specific to my apartment.

  • kate_raindrops KateRaindrops (@kate_raindrops) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Been happy with TPG. Also find I get notified of potential issues (which rarely eventuate) but a friend in same apartment block never hears anything from her provider. So communication has been decent.

  • suthodan Dan (@suthodan) reported

@VodafoneAU It happens every single day. Just fix it lol

  • DennisMennis11 ⚡Mennis⚡ (@DennisMennis11) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.

  • nellophonic Neil Brennan 🌊 (@nellophonic) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU ALDImobile and Boost both have amazingly cheap mobile plans backed by the Telstra network. For a good low-cost ISP it’s hard to go past Exetel.

  • JustAnotherCat_ Just Another Cat 🐈 🇺🇦🇦🇺 (@JustAnotherCat_) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.
