@VodafoneAU Yet again I have to get out of my suburb in order to get voicemails. I was told after upgrades in my area ending on 4/8 this problem would stop. It hasn’t. Look forward to hearing from you.

@KimberlyNissen @VodafoneAU I'm doing the same @VodafoneAU. Your app never works and you have to reinstall for it to work. On top of that, the SMS link only works on the in-message browser and doesn't work when you try to open in another browser. It's a huge hassle to pay your bills or to live chat someone.

@VodafoneAU Very disappointed, I am loyal client with Vodafone since 5 years.I just had Sams Fold4 and request for trade in my old note8. The repres asked me to fix the screen and come back. I fixed the screen and paid $370 and now they said cannot be trade in due to other reason

@VodafoneAU You wanna tell us when this BS maintenance is gonna be done and we can recharge our prepaid services? I've legit raced up the road to get a Sim Card with another provider because your stupid company thought maintenance in the morning would be a good idea.

@VodafoneAU I’m left without data and difficulty using my phone to call my family in Australia. Global roaming is on yet have to use others hotspot for data. Charging $5 a day for something you’re not providing! Have wasted 2 hours to get through. Getting disconnected & no help!

@VodafoneAU It’s nearly 48 hrs now with little to no 5G and the coverage is so poor your call centre staff can’t hear me when I call so I’ve been hung up on 4 times so far. This is infuriating and just shocking service.
