    @VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

    @VodafoneAU how to contact you from overseas? No email address. Chat only works with an app on the Australian App Store. Your password reset email system is down. 🤔

    @VodafoneAU The only issue is that the store (appears) to have had some difficulty with activating the 4G 📶 backup SIM. Customer service stated this might take 24 hours 🤔. Hopefully this will be activated soon. 🙏
