    @stilovemen @DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU Sadly, the connection on them is often unstable(if I can phrase it that way?). Like I would get packet loss on games, so I doubt they'd be a good option for streaming.

    At least they cared enough to look into the matter, unlike @VodafoneAU that just told me to shove in a new sim card. Was a baffling experience initially with support, but I'll be sticking with them as there is really no better alternative, and their support is at least responsive

    @VodafoneAU My mobile broadband has stopped working and you’ve changed the login process without warning to SMS only - this is inappropriate as my phone number is with a different provider. So now I suddenly have no Internet.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you for blocking access to be able to log in to my account on my computer. Sending links to my phone to open the app is NOT helpful as it's too small to read on my phone, hence having a desktop computer. Copying the link to email also doesn't work.

    @VodafoneAU 8 day’s of endless calls with your NBN call centre with endless promises of fixes within 24-48hrs. Poor form and at my wits end, forced to make a formal TIO complaint. Let’s see how long it takes for you for backend, frontend and network settings team now. #vodafail
