    @VodafoneAU How often is this shortage crap going to go on & will customers get proper notice next time rather than between 7th to the 31st? I haven’t been able to check into @VicGovDH contact tracing logins all day thanks to this outage

    @VodafoneAU I did, they said that my modem had very low frequency and changed it to high. I restarted my NBN box and router. Nothing changed, maybe the upload speed went back to normal but I can't remember if it was slow below or not.

    @VodafoneAU Is there supposed to be any outages? My nbn speeds are way too low. Usually around 90 for download and its down at 10

    @VodafoneAU Today has been the second day in a row where i have had my nbn speed slow down. It has been fine all day. I have noticed that the speeds get bad when it has been raining here in Canberra.

    How is it possible to stop my service as i am stuck overseas from last 16 mnths without knowing me and sent me a bill of remaining amount even finacial team said we have just only this option# you dont care about your customer @VodafoneAU #badexperience

    @VodafoneAU is there any issues with the 4G network between Northcote & Preston? Nothing this morning or now. Can barely get 3G.

    Pretty upset with @VodafoneAU I upgraded my phone was told I was getting a ‘free’ case and charger. The case only protected the front screen so my camera lens is broken from being in my bag. And even with @Apple care I’m still out $150 when this is @VodafoneAU chermside’s fault
