    so @VodafoneAU you are chill to send messages threatening service cuts + additional fees for but the resources in the messages sent to said customers only offer immediate payment…in the midst of a pandemic - (speaking as a marketing manager) not your best mode of action

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

    @VodafoneAU 5 days later I get a call, and the agent has no idea what the issue is I complained about - asks me to erase my new phone to get the sim codes. 🤦😭

  • OzyAussieOzy 🇦🇺 Greg 🇦🇺 (@OzyAussieOzy) reported

    Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS's, calls & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control

  • RochyKate Kate Roberts (@RochyKate) reported

    .@VodafoneAU I ordered a new phone in August. @startrack were meant to deliver it. Never did. It has been weeks and @SamsungAU refused my free ear buds because I 'didn't purchase in time' (I did). Despite four calls now I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. No way of tracking it either.

  • Chilli89762337 Chilli (@Chilli89762337) reported

    @VodafoneAU I’ve been your customer since the dinosaurs roamed the earth but your recent performance (network and connectivity and slow arse loading time) are irritating AF and unacceptable and I’m about to drop yo *** and move on with Telstra. Bye girl.

  • JessDav01262422 Jess Davis (@JessDav01262422) reported

    So @VodafoneAU replies to tweets asking to DM to look good, but then either doesn't reply or sends a copy/paste of a General response saying they can't help.

  • GenevievePool12 Genevieve Poole (@GenevievePool12) reported

    @mrsayanray11 @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU didn’t even send me a notification. I’ve got no service - what’s a more reliable carrier to transfer to?

  • JessDav01262422 Jess Davis (@JessDav01262422) reported

    @VodafoneAU #Vodafone what a joke, 2 hours and still no help or answer. You sent one message via DM an hour ago and no reply since. #vodashit

  • NaCheers Supercoach (YEAH NA CHEERS) (@NaCheers) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    Just spent 1.5hrs on phone to @VodafoneAU to upgrade phone to find out somehow they had allowed me to be paying for 3 phones for the last 6mths. It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

    @VodafoneAU Is there a broader problem with this then?
