@VodafoneAU sort out your service! Apparently there was network update supposed to be 20-24 sept in our area but we’ve had next to no service still. Figure it out.

Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS's, calls & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control

  • _makyuz Mehmet Akyuz (@_makyuz) reported

If you get an offer from @VodafoneAU to test their 5G home wireless, don't take it! Speed is 5G but service is not even 1G. You will lose time and $ #5G #Vodafone

@VodafoneAU Thanks. I am. I just got the fourth call from 0415127... 😞 I'm also a Vodafone customer, and my number starts 0145127 too. Is there nothing you can do? The similarity of phone numbers used to call me seems very suspicious too. You're sure there's not some system breach?

  • RochyKate Kate Roberts (@RochyKate) reported

.@VodafoneAU I ordered a new phone in August. @startrack were meant to deliver it. Never did. It has been weeks and @SamsungAU refused my free ear buds because I 'didn't purchase in time' (I did). Despite four calls now I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. No way of tracking it either.

@VodafoneAU And again. This is not NBN but mobile. I have another providers NBN because one of you is always having an issues. Real people should have read that in my last reply

so @VodafoneAU you are chill to send messages threatening service cuts + additional fees for but the resources in the messages sent to said customers only offer immediate payment…in the midst of a pandemic - (speaking as a marketing manager) not your best mode of action

  • Tontified Tony McCosh (@Tontified) reported

@NaCheers @VodafoneAU If you ever move into a regional area, you'll want to leave them as they're pretty much useless for signal out here.

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there a broader problem with this then?
