@VodafoneAU your tech support for nbn sucks. Ive specifucally asked for a replacement nbn modem. A hang up and multiple requests for id and currently 25 mins on the line, i still dontnhqve my request met. Btw - my calls are recorded!

@VodafoneAU Hey Vodafone. When you have network upgrades or outages how about you post something to Twitter or anywhere so thousands of people don’t have to spend an hour waiting to connect to an operator who takes 2 minutes to read a prepared script to inform you of a network upgrade.

@VodafoneAU 200GB for $55 a month, but only on new/additional services. But, I could cancel my current plan and get a new one? Why not just let me swap to it?!

@VodafoneAU Hi it’s Paul O A while ago whilst my daughter was with you,you overcharged her account to the tune of $1,204.46. This happened during the pandemic period,so contact with you was sparse. She did try to resolve this,but was brushed off with arrogant and abysmal service. Solution?
