  So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

  @maxxthum I use @VodafoneAU. Lot of stretches like rail route near Clifton Hill, Merri, Rush all are absolute 0 internet zones. Even in my office just opposite to Southern Cross I can't get a good speed to perform normal tasks. Near RMIT Bundoora, a busy area, again it's bad

  @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.

  @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud

  @VodafoneAU Great service, your customer service website “doesn’t recognise “ my account…….yet I get 7 text messages every month telling me that the same amount of money is coming out of my account every single month, every month 7-8 times, now look at all my coverage on VODAFONE??
