    @VodafoneAU Very disappointed with Vodafone! I’ve had a serious issue with them went to the store, called customer service many times, and still no one could fix the problem. Terrible service and unhelpful staff. I just wish someone honest and professional could fix things. #VodafoneFail

    @VodafoneAU Has got to have THE worst customer service I have ever come across! Do not do what they say and never help! Useless.

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.
