@VodafoneAU is doing a 3G update scam, trying to convince me that my 4G phone is only 3G and I should be a new one. They tried this when they did the 2G update. Not my phone, it is the bad Vodafone network

@VodafoneAU must barely have an cell towers in Port Douglas because my service struggles to load ANYTHING or even make calls through apps but Optus & other networks work fine. They’re all calling me a pleb for being with Voda 🤣

Hey @VodafoneAU i know calling you will do **** all so lets try and see if you'll have some what of a brain to help me out on here. I consistently disconnect during 6PM AWST and i have no clue why. Literally every day it happens pls help!

@VodafoneAU magnificent service from Bryan at the Rundle mall store today to get my number port sorted. Took him 5 min what took optus 5 days within their own network (business plan to pre paid so I could bring it home to Vodafone)
@VodafoneAU I got through it eventually - just exhausting when the guy’s English is almost unintelligible and your network quality interferes repeatedly with the call clarity.
@BoostAus @VodafoneAU Setup and number porting for prepaid number was easy. I’m going to swap my mums phone over today. It’s currently on a plan with Telstra (business)but out of contract. Hopefully it’s just as easy as churning the prepaid service.
@VodafoneAU I was promised reception by the 8th March. You closed my case after I replied and I replied several times, saying no I emailed you & awaiting call. As an Australian consumer paying for a service I should have what you provide. A complaint has been lodged with TIO...
Wow, exhausting talking to @VodafoneAU (just understanding the guy, plus poor network quality interfering with call clarity). Still chasing issue I reported 2 months ago and never heard back about. Also issue with their network compromised, re-routing to iCloudDNSBypass.
