@VodafoneAU Since the outage on Friday my 4G at home hasn’t been right. Normally solid 4 bars and 300+mbps, phone now constantly hopping between 1-4 bars and slow. Outages page says nothing planned here (postcode 3012). iPhone 11 Pro and yes restarted phone. Can you look into it?

@VodafoneAU I had a chuckle today when I was on a Vodafone chat. Their service after 10 minutes of chatting just shut me off. Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

Ah yes @VodafoneAU has suggested that I turn off my modem for at LEAST 1-2 HOURS EACH WEEK so my internet doesn't disconnect randomly and constantly jump from 100 to 30 down.
