@ayushprasad28 @VodafoneAU Nope, you shouldn't be as a business running on a single provider for your needs as networks are never guarenteed uptime 99% Why don't you have a fall back data plan or alternative in place for these issues. see if telstra can hook you up, when your main network falls over.

While @VodafoneAU has a total outage on 4G. Its claim that 3G data is still working certainly doesn't hold for me. A major network that can't ensure its basic operations really needs to have good look at its contingency plans.

@VodafoneAU So far still no connection at all... can’t dial can’t surf online.... approached to Vodafone store in Mel. So far Nil expected time about when we can back to normal.... this is a real issue...
