@VodafoneAU when are you going to fix your next work issues??? When we have 5g the network is crap, no reception, drop outs and no internet. What are we paying for? It’s been several months and nothing has changed.

@VodafoneAU max speed data plan I'm on is useless network outages since last week. I got 25% discount on my next 2 bills. I've been on hold to Vodafone longer than I've been using my service. I'm a new customer and not satisfied at all. I'm supposed to be on your best package. Please fix it

  • AndyDentPerth AndyDentPerth (@AndyDentPerth) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU just had an "Unknown Caller" ring claiming to be from your service department and she started by asking for my PIN. Pretty sure this was a scammer taking advantage of you teaching people bad security practices. *NEVER* give out PINs to unprompted inbound calls

@VodafoneAU Got me a WiFi router which does not work my Apple devices, because it is not compatible with WPA2. Do you expect clients to throw their devices away and buy new ones to get them to work with your crapy WiFi router? Submitted complaint and no replied. Terrible service

  • heresisted And yet ... (@heresisted) reported

@VodafoneAU If you stop ******* robocalling me I might pay my bill. If you keep ******* robocalling me at 08:00 I'll just change all my services to another telco. Now **** off.

@rojtel @VodafoneAU True, I just took it with me but never connected it. It still charged me a daily roaming service..

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

@VodafoneAU The question is more why anonymous messages can be sent on Australian mobile networks, regardless of whether they are spam or not. This seems to be a problem from a security perspective. Or do I misunderstand?

  • robertmrfab Mister Fabulous (@robertmrfab) reported

@VodafoneAU It’s not the phone. It’s same on 2 phones and 4g modem. Don’t make your stuff-up my problem.

  • jessi_berry J. (@jessi_berry) reported

@Nathan_Micallef @VodafoneAU Is it still affected? Mine is still down, have to use WiFi. Been down since about lunch. 4212.

  • gabrielammendes Gabi M (@gabrielammendes) reported

@VodafoneAU Update on Vodafone WiFi routers. Vodafone contacted us and confirmed they only provide 2 types of WiFi routers and none works with old devices with WPA2. They didn't even care to provide an alternative solution. Consider another ISP if you have old Apple devices.
