When people say @Optus is good but they never came back to sort out our internet (which we haven’t had for a month!!!) and we’ve been calling multiple times so we’re moving over to @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU Worst aftersales service and support. I don’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. They sent my phone but not a charger ( paid $29 extra for it). Called the CSR and nobody knows why is it missing. I asked them to cancel the order, but they declined my request. Bullshit!

I am really fed up with your services.. i changed my sim from 4g to 5g and from that particular day the network is totally down. Sometimes i even didn’t able to connect to whatsapp. Getting only one signal bar even outside or inside the house @VodafoneAU .

@VodafoneAU I pre ordered the Pixel 6 Pro on release day and after a technical issue my order wasn't submitted until the next day resulting in my shipping date to be pushed to 29/1, until I check again today and see it has been pushed to 11/12. How do I cancel my order with you?
