They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..
