I eventually left all @VodafoneAU gear on the counter and walked out. Walked into @Telstra who provided a service which cut out one day and was without service for TWO MONTHS!!!

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU Ugh. I hate these secure links to login because they presume that the machine thst runs the email client is the one you want to login with. And then we're not even touching greylisting.

@derickr @VodafoneAU I totally agree, and have been intrigued to hear non-tech friends love email-link-login mechanisms. Perhaps Vodafone found that a sample of customers finds it easier? But to call it more secure is one hell of a stretch.

@Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

@Weapon_S @VodafoneAU Exactly the same here mate I even had some monkey tell me they found a console and was sending it out. Very poor customer service and incredibly misleading.
