    @VodafoneAU Tomorrow I am going into a Vodafone store to swap over my modem (which seems to be the problem) for a new one. One of your customer service reps in particular has been a huge help. Please tell management that Shabina deserves a pay rise!

    @VodafoneAU I have indeed changed my mind. You have 2 things to thank for this: 1. The completely appalling level of customer service at Telstra, and 2. The fantastic level of customer service provided by Vodafone. So I am prepared to work harder to get the connection issues fixed.

    @VodafoneAU every single time it rains I lose internet connection. It is definitely not my home problem as it happens to my next door neighbour also. Can this please be looked in to?

    @VodafoneAU Hey, getting pretty conflicting info from your telephone support regarding guaranteed minimum network speeds, etc. Need info on *UPLOAD* speeds, whether you throttle these on all plans or just lower plans, etc. Don't care for DL, just interested in UL, please advise.

    @VodafoneAU I'm trying to cancel a subscription from the USA since I've moved back to the states. The number on your site will not connect from my USA cell phone or Google Voice. How can I get in contact to cancel?

    @VodafoneAU You did NOT accept my DIGITAL ID which is acceptable id in nsw . It is in my service nsw app. The store told me it is not acceptable because I'm outside the store and would have to do manual paper work signing. So they won't accept it.

    @VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting business customer's needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why do we have to put up with such poor telcos in Australia?

    @VodafoneAU Please tell me when work will be finished in Marsden Park. It was only supposed to cause issues last week, but still today I cannot get service unless I go outside my building, and that service is reduced
