  • ColinIson 🇦🇺Verbal Ison🇹🇭 (@ColinIson) reported

@VodafoneAU appreciate the offer of free data this weekend due to last issues but as a customer on ‘unlimited’ data, it makes no difference to me. Maybe a separate offer for those impacted on unlimited plans?

  • Lurlab1 lurla (@Lurlab1) reported

@VodafoneAU The worst phone company I have ever encountered. About 2move all my accounts 2your competition🤬You STILL DON’T get it. I lodged EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. I am NOT doing it again. If you don’t progress my claim immediately I will be lodging a

  • SteveSims9 Yeah yeah yeahs (@SteveSims9) reported

@VodafoneAU ah no broadband again. The last 5 hours you offered free, I have the text. 5 hours and no service wasn't free...it was very draining. You drained 5 hours of my life 😠

  • hugo_yu12 Hugo (@hugo_yu12) reported

@VodafoneAU I am not exactly sure what caused the recent outage, but if it can go out all of a sudden and take so long to repair, this weekend would definitely overload the network with many people on a limited plan suddenly not needing to worry about their data limit

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@VodafoneAU Others in the area are experiencing the same abysmal speeds. I’m sure your network operations people would be aware already.

  • wombatTrx Bob James (@wombatTrx) reported

@VodafoneAU why is NBN coverage in NW Sydney so crap today. You’d think after your debacle 2 weeks, we’d be getting superior service. The irony is you sent me the txt message today about the 2 days free data for the inconvenience

  • mnxmoosi StonefishHugger (@mnxmoosi) reported

@AveryKaeHoward Sounds like @VodafoneAU failed to make any updates to their own change of name process following the changes the govt made. They're acting like it's still the 1990s & marriage or deed poll are the only ways to do it. Pretty unimpressive. They need to fix their **** asap

  • chocomagii Bec ✨ (@chocomagii) reported

@wingthequick @VodafoneAU Have they fixed the issue for you yet? I had no idea and I just checked myself. And I almost went over my limit yikes

  • essie_is_okay Essie 🌈🥄 (@essie_is_okay) reported

@AveryKaeHoward @VodafoneAU My ex had this exact same issue and left them because of it. Refused to change her dead name even though it's not even her legal name anymore.

  • Bails_Bboy Blake Bailey (@Bails_Bboy) reported

@VodafoneAU Have sent a message but no response for the last 10 minutes....is this a customer service tactic that Vodafone employs?
