    When you contact @VodafoneAU about the surprise increase in data usage and you get aggressive sales pitching and told you only have one option. That you need to monitor your usage better and upgrade. They really are sliding backwards in customer service. Very disappointing.

    @VodafoneAU Dear Vodafone, we pay for the service you provide but your network connection has been real crap. I have been without phone network for most of the day and when I have 5g or 4g connection. The internet wouldn't load. Thus this also makes it difficult for me

    Out my work activities. The whole of blacktown has ****** reception for vodafone whereas optus and telstra have no issues. Shame really, what are you doing about this? You should waive customers phone bills for your pathetic service @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU very disappointed in the lack of empathy and action following a recent fraud on my elderly aunt’s account. She has escalated it, and was assured it would be quickly sorted, yet she has just received a bill equal to half her pension! And no service if she doesn’t pay!

    @VodafoneAU My suburb Lakemba- 2195 And I work in Cronulla 2230 Every time I rang Vodafone for network reasons- they asked me the same questions but so far -nothing been changed!!!!!
