@VodafoneAU What’s going on with Vodafone’s 4G service? It’s become near unusable! Postcode 2145 is really bad and in 2127 - I’m going from 3G to SOS Only or NOTHING! I’ve got one more payment on my plan...stuck around for YEARS...no more. What’s up PLEASE?

@VodafoneAU I was (past tense) trying to port my service. Apparently you have a new process where even after spending 30mins in store signing up, you still have to get an sms link to verify. Part of this includes a facial recognition step - its absolute crap....

@VodafoneAU No thanks! Your resolution team has concluded that we will be liable for something my mum agreed to which is ridiculous as English is her second language. Will look at switching away after 10 years of loyal service! @VodafoneAU

Logging on to see “why didn’t they report?” discussion about the Parliament House assaults after spending my lunch break logging a complaint about menacing phone calls I’ve been receiving since November. I’ve finally qualified for @VodafoneAU to investigate. After 4 months.

Truly, nothing is set up to support people who need to report harassment. Even though I finally qualify for @VodafoneAU to investigate, I had to call their regular number, hold for 10 minutes and the employee helping me asked if I wanted to make a payment at the same time.

@VodafoneAU Your call system is utterly useless. I got a text message yesterday to recharge my account and today my service is inactive. I cannot recharge and your menu system is designed to never talk to a person. How do I fix this?
