Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • paulg_olly paul g olsen (@paulg_olly) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VodafoneAU Reception is slow as buggery since 1pm today. Location is Stafford Qld. Reasons why?

  • _marty_k Marty K (@_marty_k) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Yeah I know I can go on the mobile network & it will go thru, but I shouldn’t have to do that. The app shouldn’t force a re-sign in after every update (and this has been the case for some time).

  • matthestoryofus Matt Tritton (@matthestoryofus) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU I’ve had no NBN, mobile coverage or mobile data since last night (I’m located in Lilydale, Vic) When might service be returned?

  • tal_hahaha Talha (@tal_hahaha) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU has the worst 5G ever!

  • Sam_Potts Sam Potts (@Sam_Potts) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I should have just ordered the iPhone 12 Pro outright. @VodafoneAU stuffed up, strangely wanting a copy of my passport (after 12 years and several phones from them) which I sent and they did nothing with. Now I have a 3 week wait instead. First world problem but annoying.

  • ValleyBrian We’re NOT “all in this together” (@ValleyBrian) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

  • regmiboy शिशिर रेग्मी (@regmiboy) reported

@VodafoneAU Worst experience ever😌. Porting my number from other service provider has got me to speak with 5 teams and over an hour on call. Every gentlemen wants me to transfer to other but no one takes responsibility. #WorstCustomerService.

  • jimsmancave Jdsaint3055 🎮 (@jimsmancave) reported

Is anybody with @VodafoneAU ? I’m considering jumping from Optus to Vodafone for mobile network & NBN

  • samskin Samantha Skinner (@samskin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom any updates on @NBNCo outage in North Bondi? Website says restoration underway - it’s been a very long and frustrating day of tethering to terrible @VodafoneAU mobile data...

  • edzhao_com Ed Zhao (@edzhao_com) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!
