While @VodafoneAU has a total outage on 4G. Its claim that 3G data is still working certainly doesn't hold for me. A major network that can't ensure its basic operations really needs to have good look at its contingency plans.

@ayushprasad28 @VodafoneAU Nope, you shouldn't be as a business running on a single provider for your needs as networks are never guarenteed uptime 99% Why don't you have a fall back data plan or alternative in place for these issues. see if telstra can hook you up, when your main network falls over.

@shinyhomo @VodafoneAU from experience they generally explain whats going on, people are mad because Vodefone's left them in the dark with no ETA or explanation as to what's happening, its shady. also, all companies should be expected to compensate if they fail to provide a service, thats only fair.

@VodafoneAU Absolutely nothing all day since morn. Can only access service via Telstra WIFI at home! Whilst yes it’s a 1st world problem compared to other things, let’s b fair, one expects better in this day of advanced tech. Wouldn’t b such a prob it I didn’t need serv whilst out 2day! 😡

@VodafoneAU So far still no connection at all... can’t dial can’t surf online.... approached to Vodafone store in Mel. So far Nil expected time about when we can back to normal.... this is a real issue...

@VodafoneAU I'm extremely frustrated with inability to make any calls or use the internet on my phone. Glad I had access to a computer otherwise I would have no clue as to what is happening. Come on guys we pay for a service that you currently can not provide.

@liluzivert294 @AnneZanchetta @VodafoneAU um..... she paid for a service that was necessary for her to earn her living, and it failed without warning or, so far, compensation. and now she could be in trouble at work and financial trouble. thats not a "world revolves around me" mindset, thats problematic, betty.
