@VodafoneAU unable to make or receive any calls today in 3138. I have an extremely important call to make but don't know anyone in my lockdown radius of 5km to borrow their phone. Any advice on when the network in this area will return?

@VodafoneAU Yes I know that.....but would you be willing to give customers a solution to block them and a choice to take it up?

@VodafoneAU what happened to you today . Why there is no network?

Get your sh*t together @vodafoneau second time in a week that we’ve lost service and can’t make outbound calls… wtf are we paying for?!

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

@VodafoneAU Was there ever such a service?

@VodafoneAU @gavinnouwens The messages are an issue for people with private numbers, or those escaping DV, or living in hiding due to DV or harassment - this isn’t good enough!

Hi, @VodafoneAU I needed the Police and called "000" multiple times. The call "couldn't connect" I had to call the police via Skype on my computer. About 30 minutes later @VodafoneAU called and said "we see you needed the emergency services, was the issue resolved?" Not happy!

@VodafoneAU I understand that @VodafoneAU, my point being thousands of your customers are saying they don't want to receive these messages. Is Vodafone legally obligated to provide this service? Is Clive Palmer's text message business more important than your thousands of other subscribers?

If someone needs the emergency services it's an emergency. I don't need some clown from @VodafoneAU calling 30 minutes later asking if "the problem was resolved." That's the point of an emergency line. What happened? Why could I not call 000, or 112 or any emergency number?
