    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU has banned all minors from accessing their accounts, with no way to contact them or cancel your service. With their "new login" system, it asks for a date of birth, and if you're under 18, you can't access your account at all.

    @VodafoneAU why am I having to call for the third time to speak to the third person in regards to the international minutes that I was promised - each time I have called I have been told the problem is sorted and then I get another message saying more charges have been added.

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?
