.... at Bass Hill Plaza, Vodafone paying a grand in the middle of pandemic is really hard for me, going by the words of your customer services manager at the Plaza I was only supposed to stay with Vodafone for 3 months and I stayed more than that. 4/4 @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU I gotta tell u.. IM SICK OF YOUR TV ADs.. over and over and over.. trying spending $ on ur network instead

  • akashicdaddy Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported

@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

  • Par_Grewal Pardeep Grewal (@Par_Grewal) reported

@VodafoneAU you have a log in issue on your website and mobile app...keeps saying everything is wrong even when you change it!

  • ColinIson 🇦🇺Verbal Ison🇹🇭 (@ColinIson) reported

@tech2AU do you have a support email address? I’m trying to chase up a diagnostic report & rectification of issues identified & supposedly reported to @NBN_Australia & @VodafoneAU as part of a so-called Gold Class process

  • akashicdaddy Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported

with @VodafoneAU you can't top up your data or credit unless you update the app first. Like... bro I can't update the app if I don't have data... make it make sense lol. Time to move to another service provider.

  • yellekau Peter Kelley 🐄 (@yellekau) reported

The @VodafoneAU internet was just "wobbly". It better not go down during the @SuperRugby #brumbies game.

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.

  • dailyju5tin JJW (@dailyju5tin) reported

@sanderling68 @VodafoneAU Ah so it’s not just me then? #pissedoff we pay good money for shite service

  • MediaGoddess1 Robin M. (@MediaGoddess1) reported
