Lee (@Crash747) reported@VodafoneAU is full of crap. They have literally screwed up the MyVodafone app. I CAN NOT LOGIN. I DO NOT receive emails when out on the road. SMS is NOT working. So how the f### am I supposed to login or even Recharge. @VodafoneAU needs to go back to biometric login not current.

This happened during the pandemic period,so contact with you was sparse. She did try to resolve this,but was brushed off with arrogant and abysmal service. Solution?

Daniel O'Connor (@DanielOCnr) reported@VodafoneAU Done, however the real problem is that your "fraud team" didn't proactively catch it!. It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..
