    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU Hi. Thanks for reply. Account 955368460 I realise I have an overdue amount. I’m trying to work out a solution to pay of bill but have my device available for use I’ve just taken a second job to stay on top of living costs and need internet connection for this role.

    Wtf @VodafoneAU this is all I've seen for fkn 7 hours 🚫! Why don't we have a fkn network? Own your **** and tell your customers why they can't communicate with the outside world! This is absolute bullshit #VodafoneAU #AdelaideSA

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU I am really interested in porting my secondary number to you as a new customer for mainly international roaming. If stop paying after a while after I come back due to money constraints, is there options available to keep the number connected to you cheap long term?

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!
