  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU How do I get rid of an add on service off my account. I’m being charged for an add on I asked to be removed ages ago and I’m still being charged $2.99 every month.

  • IAmPaulHarrison Dr Paul Harrison (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    Although my understanding is that’s it’s an NBN outage, not a @VodafoneAU outage. So there’s not a lot they can do other than tell me there’s an outage. Which they did. Now back to my original request...

  • jerome19419 Kete Veitayaki (@jerome19419) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    Planning to switch mobile network this weekend, had enough of @VodafoneAU (network too slow in the train) Help me choose:

  • y7john John Edwards (@y7john) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU Hi, thanks for replying. I have called twice. I am told this won’t be resolved until at least Jan 24. I can’t work from home and my phone is now $40 over my monthly data limit because I have nothing working at home. Very frustrated with the service. The 4G back up is not working.

  • SandyTwoPointOh Sandeep Pandey (@SandyTwoPointOh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @Vodacom @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneAU They did not refuse giving a new sim specifically. I mentioned I needed network on my india number. They said they would not be able to help.

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

  • veebuv Vaibhav Namburi (@veebuv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU hands down best award for crappiest customer service Spam me with 12 calls (legit) Make me change plan Transfer me to another person who has no idea what older person did Confusion everywhere, no plan upgrade, 15 mins wasted

  • liz_pride Elizabeth Pride (@liz_pride) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU your service is useless. I have no internet connection between north Sydney and Chatswood-at least. Why do I spend my money on your service to watch Netflix when I can’t access it. What a waste of money 💰. Hope you are happy with yourself.

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

  • jono_hayward Obi-Wan Gaynobi 🔜 #PAXAus (@jono_hayward) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @mrgnarchr @VodafoneAU I doubt they would. Sounds like something customer support would say to appease angry customers. The truly sad part is they probably have plenty who would demand someone get fired over it.
