@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU You're telling me. They've they have never admitted it on a public post that I've seen but i have many emails and DMs stating its a serious app fault and there is no time frame for a fix. Been arguing with them about it since mid February and have got absolutely nowhere!

  • robbyyy Rob Phillips (@robbyyy) reported

Telemarketers/scammers calling from overseas and pretending to be from Australia. Lying, committing fraud. @VodafoneAU you need to get a handle on this problem. This is why your network is (1) failing; and (2) nobody ever answers the phone, inc me.

  • TomWKoch Tom (@TomWKoch) reported

@VodafoneAU ive been a mobile customer for almost 13 years and today has been the absolute worst service ive ever had. Cant see any announcements about network issues anywhere. i live in SYDNEY. When will these issues be fixed?

  • thetommywoods Tommy Woods (@thetommywoods) reported

@VodafoneAU is there an option to pay off my handset in the myvodafone app.. your customer service call makes no sense..

  • smanikandanr Manikandan Sankar (@smanikandanr) reported

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneGroup what a disrespectful, worst attitude of your customer service team and Executive Resolutions team both are not wanting to call a customer to discuss the complaint, do not want to resolute the complaint. So you’re proud of culture and service quality?

  • pollypolitics99 Polly (@pollypolitics99) reported

@MikeCarlton01 @NAB I’ve been trying to sort out an issue with @VodafoneAU since January 2020 and it’s so horrendous dealing with them I’m still paying for some random data thing they forgot to move in 2017!! Good luck!!

  • paulipaulyk Paul K (@paulipaulyk) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there a customer service contact I can email regarding a consistently poor mobile data reception on my street? Would love to see a roadmap of work being done to rectify this. Been like this for a year at least.

  • LKurovec21 Liam Kurovec (@LKurovec21) reported

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!

  • CripDork Phoenix (@CripDork) reported

@VodafoneAU so, in theory, i could churn my telstra prepaid to voda postpaid at $40 a month and have 40gb a month data on phone for as long as i stay subscribed, and get your NBN thing at $70 a month? would I have to fully move the mobile phone service over first to access that deal?

  • RedNitrate Red Nitrate (@RedNitrate) reported

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra Legit nightmare fuel. I swapped from Optus to Telstra a while back.. 2 weeks of my life I'll never get back.
