Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DINESHDINOO Dinesh Arora (@DINESHDINOO) reported

Going to launch complaint against @VodafoneAU at Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) for such malpractice they follow & harass the customers!

  • MaskettaMoli Moli (@MaskettaMoli) reported

@VodafoneAU Have been unable to accept or make calls 90% of the time from my home location for the past week. Is something wrong with the network?

  • Dan_the_Oldman Dan the Oldman (@Dan_the_Oldman) reported

@VodafoneAU I am trying to talk to a person in North Sydney on your network and on connecting can talk for 0-10 seconds before it dies. Tried second person on VF in the same area and same problem Called Landline without issues so problem is at North Sydney Milsons Point.

  • Dan_the_Oldman Dan the Oldman (@Dan_the_Oldman) reported

@VodafoneAU Well I did that and was ignored for an hour, not the best customer service

  • Geoffie_P Geoffrey Connolly (@Geoffie_P) reported

@VodafoneAU 1300 650 410 option 3 to activate a new service and port a phone number across, correct? The IVR is saying the department is closed so I pressed option 2 for new business and have now spoken to 3 consultants and no one can get me through to the ‘Technical team’. 😵

  • DINESHDINOO Dinesh Arora (@DINESHDINOO) reported

Such a poor service! Have spoken to 4 different customer rep. but none resolved my issue & got me disconnected @VodafoneAU

  • agrov8 MONTY (@agrov8) reported

@vodafoneNZ @rox_taf @VodafoneAU Maybe your company does. But not the consumer. I thought NZ's 87% urbanised pop would help put an end to the myth that we are a spread out country. We pay exorbitant prices for third rate plans and deals. We have few telcos in this country and not enough competition. A win for Vf

  • redwoodguardian Redwood Guardian (@redwoodguardian) reported

@VodafoneAU I'm sorry I only see how to trouble shoot things, I do not see any of the specks for it

  • cruelest ast waters (@cruelest) reported

  • daniyalbr Daniyal❦ (@daniyalbr) reported
