Left after 2 hours there today. Went to @VodafoneAU. The agent was really helpful. But after two hours three of my four ports failed. All the @circleslifeAU - clearly they’re problem.

Why can I not use MyVodafone on a desktop computer? Why are you making me sign in with an sms link then I have to conduct all the business on my phone why!! It’s so annoying!! @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU I've been complaining about the pathetic login system for months, but nobody ever does a thing about it. I just want to be able to login to a webpage, get an authenticator code - (app or SMS) - and be allowed in. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to pay my bill.

@VodafoneAU your "get link via SMS" means that people can't pay their bills on a desktop PC, only mobile that gets the link. Very poor UX.
