@VodafoneAU Yo what's up with the no cell service today (Sydney)?

  • victoriacryer1 Victoria Cryer (@victoriacryer1) reported

@VodafoneAU I don't seem to have any network on my phone. Website doesn't seem to note any outages in Canberra? #Vodafonedown #network

  • DanielOCnr Daniel O'Connor (@DanielOCnr) reported

@VodafoneAU Done, however the real problem is that your "fraud team" didn't proactively catch it!. It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..

  • stehil08 steve hilton (@stehil08) reported

hey @VodafoneAU - what’s the point of a call back service when your operator say ‘ I may get a call back in the next 24-48hrs’ .. great customer service after being charged a early exit fee on a month to month plan!!!

  • Centurion086 David (@Centurion086) reported

@VodafoneAU I think your nbn is having dns issues it’s been up and down all day.. I’ve flicked my dns over to google and had no issues since

  • ManuelGPz12 Manuel Garcia Perez (@ManuelGPz12) reported

@VodafoneAU After explaining I didn't ask for that to happen and I shouldn't been told to pay more money for a mistake Vodafone staff made. They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

  • ManuelGPz12 Manuel Garcia Perez (@ManuelGPz12) reported

@VodafoneAU Apparently charging me for a service you are not giving me works just fine. How long do I have to be without NBN for a mistake you made and how much time I have to waste in phone calls to the costumer service to get no solution.

@VodafoneAU Vodafone is without a doubt, the WORST service a person could be with.on the down detector there are constantly, daily, above average reports of Vodafone not working properly. Yet you will never see Vodafone addressing it. Sub par company at best.

  • ManuelGPz12 Manuel Garcia Perez (@ManuelGPz12) reported

@VodafoneAU I have just send you a DM. Happy to try to fix this out .

  • victoriacryer1 Victoria Cryer (@victoriacryer1) reported

@VodafoneAU Appreciate your reply! I've never used Twitter to contact a company before and this was super simple. Turns out turning it off and on again fixed the problem. Should've known haha. Thanks!
