    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

    @stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.

    @VodafoneAU network maintenance in 2151 has not been resolved… constant drop-out makes your service unusable.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.
