@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I have been with Optus nearly 30 years with no problem, I also ran a Telstra mobile and internet for a while through a business at the same time that was ok but preferred Optus

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU ALDImobile and Boost both have amazingly cheap mobile plans backed by the Telstra network. For a good low-cost ISP it’s hard to go past Exetel.

@VodafoneAU any plans to fix the Android Vodafone app? Have never been able to log in once since the new version launched, and judging by the countless number of 1 star reviews I'm hardly the only one who thinks an app that can't even log you in is functionally broken and poor.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I wouldn't recommend any, and once again I put it down to the LNP, Labor had a brilliant NBN on the go, then the Libs came in and destroyed it. They've done absolutely nothing for the Australian ppl, except make our lives harder and miserable.
