@VodafoneAU been with them 20 years on the top plan. Received a faulty Samsung s20 on my last upgrade. Been into Vodafone Unley 4 times to have it fixed. These were their efforts to help 1st time. Turn it off and back on again

@VodafoneAU It was to tell me that I'd hit 50% of my quota. With only one day before my quota resets. That's not an urgent message. It is, however, an appallingly bad customer experience.

@VodafoneAU Yes, thanks, I work in tech, I know *why* it happens. What I don't understand is why Vodafone doesn't appreciate what a **** customer experience that is. I'm a parent of a young adult. When I get a text at 12:30am, I'm immediately awake, heart racing, fearing the worst.

@VodafoneAU hey i know you guys are doing upgrades and stuff. but these signal drop outs are ridiculous. i havent had a 4G signal, or any signal, in the last week or so that hasn't dropped out or just disappeared. the least you could do is communicate this better with customers
