    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU Great service, your customer service website “doesn’t recognise “ my account…….yet I get 7 text messages every month telling me that the same amount of money is coming out of my account every single month, every month 7-8 times, now look at all my coverage on VODAFONE?? Please EXPLAIN!!
