Dear @Optus and @VodafoneAU, Could you help Iranians in Australia by reducing the rate of international calls to Iran? We need to talk to our families in Iran, but they don’t have internet access. #Mahsa_Amini #OpIran #مهسا_امینی

@VodafoneAU has somehow borked their network so badly that SIM 1, the one they actually gave me, no longer appears as installed in the first place. Not "searching" or "SOS only" - just gone completely. While SIM 2, from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, is ROAMING ON THEIR NETWORK?

@nineislands Not Optus and even @VodafoneAU fail spectacularly at times. @VodafoneAU when you build that tower I’ll start getting voicemails after 5 years.

@MRowlandMP @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU how rude and arrogant does an organisation need to be to treat customers like idiots? Whose paying for my time wasted? Cust. Support tells me to disconnect my NBN box to make sure the technician actually turns up! What the hell?!
