@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

@VodafoneAU It has been two months since I ordered my service. They promised me a new Samsung A11 phone. Since one month ago it stuck with the delivery. I asked a few weeks ago to please unstuck it. They said they will investigate. NOTHING since. Why do I pay for this phone?

I really like @VodafoneAU, have been with them for ages, but damn if it doesn't feel like a massive run around to spend 45 minutes getting them to match a competitor's offer. not even match, just come close to. it'd take me less time to just move to the competitor

.... at Bass Hill Plaza, Vodafone paying a grand in the middle of pandemic is really hard for me, going by the words of your customer services manager at the Plaza I was only supposed to stay with Vodafone for 3 months and I stayed more than that. 4/4 @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU What’s the point? You’re generally closed when I’m trying to get online and when I’ve called the last 3 times the problem keeps reoccurring. Plus the last time I called your staff member never called back the next day like they said they would. All around really shabby service.
