@VodafoneAU I have tried everything. Calls. Chats. Email. Fb messenger. Now tweeting. Failure to set up my NBN and now you cut off my back up service for a week! I can’t run my business off a phone hot spot. Very polite. No action. #frustrated.

@VodafoneAU is your network down currently? Friend can’t make or receive calls and visual voicemail unavailable on mobile phone.

@VodafoneAU ok. It's common for level 1 support engineers to not understand the difference between gigabit ethernet & fast ethernet, so I was hoping I could save him the pain of explaining it to someone. Unless you don't believe me (perish the thought!).

WTF trying to ring next door neighbour via mobile to landline and I’m now required to enter an area code @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneAU One of the worst service providers you will find the tele communication market. Even after complaints about the network issues there is zero response from the team. Need some one responsible to take up the complaints or changing the network. Period!

@rbozinovski @allygarrett @VodafoneAU 100% agree Robert. I remember my phone company didn't do much. I went to TIO. That was in 2013 so not sure if they still handle unwelcome calls, hope so! If its 3 -10 calls in a 24 hour period that's classed as "qualified unwelcome calls". Wake up Vodafone & HELP your customer!🧐

hey @VodafoneAU a friend's vodafone router only has fast ethernet (10/100) ports so that's his @Google Mesh can use via the WAN, but he's paid for the faster connection. Google being Google, they don't seem to support a wwlan setup. I don't know mesh. What can I tell him?

@allygarrett @VodafoneAU It's bullshit they're like if you answer you can't claim it as unwanted. Downdload blocking apps that only help calls not texts.
