The customer experience at @VodafoneAU is equally as bad as @Optus. Need our roaming activated urgently yet there is no way to contact them except via the app (which needs an SMS to login). How stupid is that! And they won't reply via DM. 😩

oh ffs @VodafoneAU your signal sucks! wtf

  • gaurav8745 Gaurav Sharma (@gaurav8745) reported

@VodafoneAU your service and your customer representative suck. they don't have the courtesy on how to speak to your customers. I have had enough with this bullshit

  • Liam_Wilkie Liam Wilkie (@Liam_Wilkie) reported

@VodafoneAU instead of sending me repeated marketing messages about adding a new service to my account, consider notifying me and other users of planned upgrades and outages - frustrating problem to diagnose when my phone is connected to 4g/5g but there is no internet.

  • UntitledGusGame @angusgibbins@mastodon.social (@UntitledGusGame) reported

Holey ****, very elaborate caller pretending to be from @VodafoneAU nearly got me, they did that thing where they chat to a support representative while calling me asking for the verification SMS etc. It wasn't until they said I'd won an iPhone 14 that alarms bells went off.

  • joedmiso Joedmiso (@joedmiso) reported

@VodafoneAU 2- they said they will call me to fix , but nothing has been done . Then , I still have to pay full fee for no connection .

  • boonsworth Andrew Boon (@boonsworth) reported

@VodafoneAU Hi, I am a new customer trying to sign up for a Black Friday deal. I've spent 9+ hours on the phone to try and do so. Sim card arrived but service is still not connected + no one has rung me back as promised. 'Atrocious' is generous, it's more like contempt 👎👎👎

  • MadMoxxitweets moxxi (@MadMoxxitweets) reported

@VodafoneAU why is my brand new number from Vodafone receiving copious amounts of scam calls, I literally set this number up, haven't used it in anyway and I'm getting 5ish scam calls a day, why is this happening? I contacted support and had nothing resolved

  • ak1fu3 aki (@ak1fu3) reported

@VodafoneAU Did you have any connection issue in MSW this morning? I didn’t get mobile phone connection and even couldn’t check news or twitter

  • jahn_kalen null (@jahn_kalen) reported

@VodafoneAU currently overseas, my sim is not working so need to contact your support but only way to do this is through TOBI app which requires sms login. why did you remove web chat support? What a failure of logic and customer service!
