    @VodafoneAU network maintenance in 2151 has not been resolved… constant drop-out makes your service unusable.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    @status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

    @VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service
