    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! šŸ™„šŸ™„

    Hey @VodafoneAU Iā€™m getting scam calls claiming to be from you. The latest ruse is slow internet speed that they have apparently been monitoring over the past two weeks. I can share the number via DM in case you can trace it back but this is not the first time.
