    @3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

    @redfoxash @VodafoneAU It is a lot better than it was. But let’s hope their tie-up with Telstra’s network gets approved by the ACCC later this year. Because if so, it’ll make a huge difference!

    @VodafoneAU having a bit of difficulty as I can't log into my vodafone since I'm in Canada and can't get onto the network to receive SMS. And I can't install the app to chat since my store region is set to Canada... Anything you can do to assist?

    Even though @VodafoneAU never responded to the above tweet, the proposed site was later removed from the RFNSA database. It’s a shame that it won’t proceed, as the site would’ve improved coverage to the Newcastle Mater Hospital, a location with very poor in-building coverage.

    @VodafoneAU Fix your stupid login system not everyone wants to pay there bills from there phone which you guys are forcing people to do bring back the login link by email as well why you removed it is beyond me makes me not even want to pay my damn bill

    @VodafoneAU Two things. 1. After attempts by your technical team the login still doesn’t work. 2. Your new Netcomm modem is worse the previous device. Speeds at 10Mbps. I’m on a premium plan. You really suck #fail
