@VodafoneAU beyond a joke. I cannot send text messages (green bubble) from my number. They work on WhatsApp etc. your support team calls and asks the SAME questions, I give the SAME responses & examples & this has been going on for WEEKS. Unbelievable.

@VodafoneAU #Optus gave my friend a top of the line phone 5 months air time and data free for being a loyal customer of 30 years. Now that's a brand I want to be with! What have u done for me being 20 years and failed at all fronts to me!

@VodafoneAU charge me late payment for an error in your system stating my card is expired when all of my other direct debits were fine. One way to a lose a customer. Raised a complaint and still heard nothing. @acccgovau how are companies like this operating??
