    @VodafoneAU network coverage have been **** here in sefton 2162 for the past 3days can use any app... Way too slow unstable connection.. Going to leave my plan contract asap!

    I eventually left all @VodafoneAU gear on the counter and walked out. Walked into @Telstra who provided a service which cut out one day and was without service for TWO MONTHS!!!

    @VodafoneAU usually stuff that you can access from the "My Vodafone" app - They don't know my account name/number or my password. I've never told them those details. I've never logged into that app on their phone before, yet they are logged into my account automatically without once needing

    @Weapon_S @VodafoneAU Exactly the same here mate I even had some monkey tell me they found a console and was sending it out. Very poor customer service and incredibly misleading.
