.@VodafoneAU mobile internet connection is down, @TPG_Telecom mobile broadband is down. Second time in a few days. No communication from you guys at all about it?

  • GivmePS518100 GivmePS518100 (@GivmePS518100) reported

@VodafoneAU my nbn is about 10x slower than it usual is, it’s running like ***, been doing like this for 2 days now fix!🤬

  • DarkViperAU DarkViperAU (@DarkViperAU) reported

At least they cared enough to look into the matter, unlike @VodafoneAU that just told me to shove in a new sim card. Was a baffling experience initially with support, but I'll be sticking with them as there is really no better alternative, and their support is at least responsive

  • seaninoz Sean Thompson (@seaninoz) reported

@VodafoneAU you're emailing me someone else's bills, I'm not a customer. Hit me up.

  • zerobits Patrick (@zerobits) reported

@VodafoneAU 8 day’s of endless calls with your NBN call centre with endless promises of fixes within 24-48hrs. Poor form and at my wits end, forced to make a formal TIO complaint. Let’s see how long it takes for you for backend, frontend and network settings team now. #vodafail

  • MissSensei1 Bedo ちゃん ^_^ (@MissSensei1) reported

@VodafoneAU Afternoon I’m trying to charge my number through the App but it leads me to sign using the link which is sent to my number and my number is closed because I’m outside the country Could you please help me

  • NellaiSundarR Nellai Sundar (@NellaiSundarR) reported

Hi @VodafoneAU had a wonderful chat with your customer care about the pretty poor network coverage. Do you know what the reply was? We won’t force the consumer to stay with us! Amazing service vodofone Australia! Keep it up!

  • DBZ4LYFE Benjamin Thompson (@DBZ4LYFE) reported

@VodafoneAU what happened to my home broadband? it went out thursday night but when it came back on a minute later its been really slow ever since! Can barely open google. Any ETA on a fix?

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@VodafoneAU Still waiting for a response to the above. Where can I read more about your MFA process? I received the login link today—that’s one factor, not multi-factor. @acmadotgov, will you be investigating Vodafone’s so-called MFA implementation?

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@VodafoneAU Where can we read about the additional authentication processes? Security by obscurity isn’t a solution.
