Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

  • hodg0 David Hodgson (@hodg0) reported

@VodafoneAU what's happening with your network today? I'm in Sydney CBD can't access internet, calls are fine

  • qadirabdi90 Abdul Abdi (@qadirabdi90) reported

I requested an email stating I cant claim a repair for a manufacturing defect because of the physical damage that has nothing to do with the software glitch I'm claiming warranty on(#pixel3 battery guage issue), store manager(SM) refused.. @acccgovau @VodafoneAU @googledownunder

  • ScoliosisWarri2 Scoliosis Warrior (@ScoliosisWarri2) reported

If you want to be treated like a criminal and have a biased dispute resolution consultant, go to @VodafoneAU

  • cpltalk (((cpltalk))) (@cpltalk) reported

@VodafoneAU So you are losing me as a customer because I can’t renew or top up because of your failing authentification. Which should not be necessary in the first place because I am on your own 4G network. Smart. Not. #fail

  • qadirabdi90 Abdul Abdi (@qadirabdi90) reported

Now you'll take the phone but won't guarantee it'll be fixed? Asked SM to document everything in my case log, he did but didn't mention he'll fix it. I know cooperations want to cut costs, but come on, leaving the customer holding the bag is a low-blow @VodafoneAU @acccgovau

  • tam_ieka Tamieka (@tam_ieka) reported

@VodafoneAU She had to pay $1500 out of pocket during a lockdown to fix what you guys stuffed up for her so she could move to a service that would actually work for her. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • simonpallister Simon Pallister (@simonpallister) reported

@erikcorry @nbn @VodafoneAU I doubt they can even do that many hours as there is another “planned” outage today

  • anchalsoodphd Anchal Sood (@anchalsoodphd) reported

@cpltalk @VodafoneAU I have the same issue since a week now. Uninstalled the app but the website is no better. #fail Time to switch service provider!

  • BethanyFudge BethanyFudge (@BethanyFudge) reported

we couldn’t connect to our loved ones. Why? Because all of these require the internet. We are now once again headed into stage 4 lockdown with no resolution. @VodafoneAU and @NBN_Australia please share with the class why you still can’t connect something so simple in 2021. (2/2)
