    @VodafoneAU We have already spoken to @VodafoneAU & this isn’t getting better. We tried changing local network here in the US but it keeps happening. It is clearly a Vodafone issue & I’m done

    @VodafoneAU not only I never got my router you shipped but you just charged me $500 after I was told 2 months ago that my account was closed. I've never experienced a worst customer service. There is no accountability on Vodafone end.

    Beware of @VodafoneAU. Facing net wrong issues for the last five months in the place I live and work. The resolution provided is a $20 discount for service of $1500 over two years. Cmon, you can do better than that.
