    @VodafoneAU I had a chuckle today when I was on a Vodafone chat. Their service after 10 minutes of chatting just shut me off. Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

    @VodafoneAU This is not my first rodeo, I have restarted my router repeatedly, the issue is NOT resolved, more than 24 hours and counting

    @jo1foster @NBarton @VodafoneAU Completely agree. Or even if you have WiFi, but others in your family who rely on you don't use any of the apps and only know how to physically call, it's a problem. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again

    @VodafoneAU What about those who already pay for their data services every month?? Data wasn't the only issue. We had no service at all.
