    @Optus @VodafoneAU Hi @Optus I have DM you guys just waiting to hear back! Turns out you also have not updated the new deal for my wife either. Really really poor. If this doesn’t get sorted today will be returning phone and going back to @VodafoneAU or @Telstra

    @VodafoneAU one of the great frustrations with dealing with your customer service is that it’s a 50/50 bet to get world class customer service one who’s worse than an ai chat bot, unable to understand your actual questions & can only supply answers from pasted from the website.

    @VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

    @VodafoneAU I had a chuckle today when I was on a Vodafone chat. Their service after 10 minutes of chatting just shut me off. Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

    @VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    1/2 Hey @ICICIBank, @VodafoneAU is not letting me call the NRI banking number from thier network. I have raised this concern a long back with #vodafone. I explained the problem numerous time to CC people. Still no progress.

    Vodafone chat service is far from it! 20 minutes on computer and no reply. Now on mobile and no response for 10 minutes and counting since initial chat started. Poor. @VodafoneAU #vodafone

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU absolutely worst ever customer service. This dispute started in January and as per Vodafone resolved after 20 days that too after endless calls and emails. Now when I was overseas my bills again back to what it was before and I know this will Take ages and to solve
