@VodafoneAU Hi. I just bought a pre-paid data SIM and wanted to login to double check my data amount and expiry. But the device is just a modem so I can't login on that device via SMS and they didn't take my email when I signed up. Now I'm stuck and can't login/create an account.

Hey @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU You know about these scam SMS messages that are being sent everywhere right? And how people are simply blocking mobile numbers? This is destroying your finite resource of number space. Do you have any solution planned?

  • Nulla_boy Nullaboy (@Nulla_boy) reported

WTF is going on with @VodafoneAU app login? I now have to get a link sent via SMS just to have a look at my account? ******* annoying.

  • Boweavel Aron Roach (@Boweavel) reported

@VodafoneAU Already done that, your service constantly drops out. I was moved over to Vodafone from Optus via Westnet and i reckon it was a **** move. According to your page, its a fault and will be fixed shortly. We'll see. Amazing how many faults you get compared to Optus.

@VodafoneAU Your customers support said they will contact me back in an hour but never did. It's been almost 4 days without home internet. Do you think I can continue life without internet? My work in mounting. Yep the bills kept coming. Why should I pay for nothing? Atleast stop the payment

  • steamkitty Ranibow Sprimkle (@steamkitty) reported

Felix Mobile would be great but they use the @VodafoneAU network so their coverage is basically useless

  • henry_harding5 Atticus Harding (@henry_harding5) reported

@VodafoneAU why can’t I use iCloud private relay on your network? Are you stealing my personal information because it sure as hell looks like it.

  • clydon87941629 clydon (@clydon87941629) reported

@VodafoneAU what is going on with your network for the last two weeks? I have to continuously restart my phone in order to make or receive calls. It's very frustrating, I've missed a number of calls. I've raised a ticket (3-2843021595836) which you closed, but didn't resolve.

  • DeeCee451 DeeCee (@DeeCee451) reported

the order. I ask why can't they just send the phone I ordered? They can't. Policy etc etc 9 I'm told I have to order all over again. Hey, @Telstra. Are you suggesting I order with @Optus or @VodafoneAU ???? Terrible experience. 3/3

"We notice your service is enabled to use roaming data. Using data while roaming costs up to $51.20 per MB" I wonder why mobile phone companies are constantly rated poorly. Great offer @VodafoneAU I get 6 GB of global roaming on my Hong Kong number for less than $50 inc.
