    @VodafoneAU Hi, I just had the most baffling experience ordering online. It said my order had been partially approved and to phone Vodafone. The customer service person said I had been approved a SIM but not approved a handset, which is no use to anybody! Can you please advise?

    @VodafoneAU Had to stop pre-orders? Becaauuussseee you don't like making money?? That's a shame. I'm a long term vodafone customer, but now I'll have to go to @Optus or @Telstra and pre-order with them now. Oh well.

    @VodafoneAU Your customer service sucks. My account was debited over $1000 after I was reassured my direct debit will be suspended because my bill was wrong. The reason it was wrong was because you accidentally disconnected my number. I asked to reinstate everything back to… 1/2

    @HeyHelmar @VodafoneAU It’s a priority for me these days. So many companies inflating their profits by cutting their customer service. You couldn’t pay me to use Telstra

    @VodafoneAU I have been a loyal member with VodaAU for almost 4 years now and I have had so much issues with inconsistent data and phone connectivity all across Sydney and also international calling! Feel like switching, not worth 50 bucks pm!

    @VodafoneAU … how it was originally which was a payment plan with discounts and I had to call 3 times to have it sorted and they never did! After I was reassured they’ve corrected it. I’ve wasted a day of my life on this ****. Sort it out.
