    @VodafoneAU how dump are your policies, contact you guys yesterday for nbn connection, got refused for visa. I am you customer from 6 ******* years. I dont need a phone, just need a service which is just 60$ p/m. You people are living in 19th century i think.

    @VodafoneAU 24 hours of free data for nearly a full day of outage? Are you guys joking? It's honestly insulting to think this is acceptable. I would have been less upset getting absolutely nothing.

    I was watching netflix on my ps4 when the internet dropped out (because @VodafoneAU does that) and then my ps4 froze and shut down. And now it can't connect to internet at all. My night's going very well.

    @VodafoneAU I need to reset the password password on my Vodafone so I may access it. I don’t however remember the security question to do so. The easiest solution given we are remotely is for you to remove the profile currently in place associated with my number so I can set a up a new one.
