Avoid @VodafoneAU. They have my online order VF606692630 placed 26th April, they have my money, they have my delivery address, but still not delivered. Used online chat at their suggestion. Wasted 2 hours and just got passed to 7 different people none of which wanted to help.

@VodafoneAU Well, that’s not what I asked you. I’m wondering whether you are migrating some customers from 100/40 to 100/20. Customers have reported being migrated, without consultation or notice. If you downgrade my services, I’ll terminate my account.

@VodafoneAU 2 phones I have are Oppo Reno 5G & Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. Hope both will be able to hook up to the 5G network.
