    @7Cricket @VodafoneAU Poll was ****...... India didn't bother batting for even 1 session

    @VodafoneAU I’m very upset with #Vodafone. This isn’t how you conduct customer service. I shouldn’t have to resort to these measures because of bad customer service. Please fix ur unnecessary service centre procedure where u ask customers for their phone number when it’s displayed on screen.

    @7Cricket @VodafoneAU Why is this **** recommended to me. I don’t watch this bullshit

    Top customer service from @VodafoneAU "I can see you did an online order, but it didn't order... can I put you on hold whilst I put in an order for our backend team to order your new phone. Then we can find out when you'll have your order delivered."

  • mintycampbell Anthony Campbell (@mintycampbell) reported

    @VodafoneAU You respond to a tweet immediately because it’s in public and it makes you look good. I’ve sent you 3 DM’s in the last 45 minutes and no response. It looks like customer service only exists when the public can see it!! ********* @VodafoneAU By the way, I’m still on hold with you

  • Matt81660385 Matt (@Matt81660385) reported

    I literally can't leave @VodafoneAU bc I never lose internet with them

  • michelemarbelle Michele S, (@michelemarbelle) reported

    @VodafoneAU Top service!

    @VodafoneAU #VodafoneSux You had the opportunity to sort this out when I called this morning. It is disingenuous to say the issue is about privacy. This procedure is like an appendix; it is redundant. Any fool knows if u call ur mobile provider, they have the number u called from displayed.
