If you are with @VodafoneAU, when you run out of data, if you have not updated the app, you can't top up your credit. This happens every single time, looks like I will be changing service providers soon...

@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?

@VodafoneAU How come you dont have a rewards programme like you used to? Been customer for over 20yrs yet you only reward those on BIG contracts. Where's the offer for PS5 for us loyal customers?

@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

Probably a dumb question @VodafoneAU, but if I'm on a plan that includes a handset, can I take my phone service to another carrier and just be billed monthly for handset repayments only? I wouldn't think this to be a problem, right?
