@VodafoneAU I asked for compensation, I was offered $5. When I said I would go to the ombudsman, Vodafone kicked me out of the live chat and said my service is unavailable. Brilliant guys, I didn’t think your service could get worse.

@VodafoneAU why didn't you send people a text explaining the outage and ETA for when service would be restored? There's still people going around with out service now. Send a message and tell your customers to restart their phones if they don't have service.

@VodafoneAU Unbelievable! Had to sit in McDonald’s for a zoom conference on my iPad! And their free wifi is ****!!! You guys need to take responsibility! There should be many safeguards to assure this doesn’t happen! We pay ALOT on monthly bills
