@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

@VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

@JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.

@VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

A visit with @VodafoneAU, including a new SIM, yielded no solution. My SIM in other phones worked fine. Other SIMs in my phone did not. What the hell is going on here?
