    I wasted 45 minutes on livechat @VodafoneAU with, at times, feeling like they must be on multiple 'calls' as it's taken so long only for them to ask me if i'm still here, advise me to jump back on chat if I still have questions & then disconnect me in the SAME hot minute. WTF??

    @VodafoneAU I was on Live Chat to fix logging in issues as well as the landline. It's now 2 hours and I just had my 3rd customer "service" person disconnect

    @VodafoneAU your service is worse than flakey on the northern end of the Gold Coast (4209) at the moment. It fluctuates from 5G to nothing instantaneously. Any explanation?

    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU LiveChat operators can take their time replying, but not the customer. Apparently, their script is to say that the window is idle and you might be busy and then.....immediately disconnect. Don't bother to ask. Or wait for a reply. Your disservice is appalling.

    @VodafoneAU Big shout out for the helpful and friendly service today at your Forest Hill store. The lady who was waiting to be served next was awful and he handled her very well.

    Hey @VodafoneAU Can you please broaden your network coverage around Leongatha VIC and its surroundinhg areas? It's so frustrating to not have a connection in that area and is seriously the reason i'm thinking about moving my services away to another carrier.

    @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU now onto my 9th glorious day of hotspotting my phone for internet since you two can't seem to agree who's responsible for fixing my service. Passing the blame back and forth constantly is getting a bit dull. Not great when we're trying to work from home
