I did not receive any internet service for last 15 day and Vodafone unable to fix the problem, all ways give me 72 hours of time frame & after finish 72 hours then another 72 hours after 15 days without internet and being compromised

Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.
