    @VodafoneAU 1/3 I am so sick of your idiot salesman and overseas call centre... First they lie and guarantee me a ps5 in 2 week or i can cancel it. I only bought it for my quarantine stint after the olympics. 5 weeks later nothing. I call up he guarantees me this week.

    Wow, @VodafoneAU... My father-in-law comes in with a basic phone fault... Instead of providing tech-support, you up-sell him to a new phone on a 3-year plan, best part of $2.2k. He thought you were acting in his interests.

    So frustrated with trying to talk to someone at #telstra @andy_penn. Your Telstra app is terrible. It does everything to make it hard to engage to resolve issues. @VodafoneAU @Optus - you are about to get a new customer.
