Hey @Telstra. I’ve been using your messaging app for three hours to get something sorted. It sucks. They tell me they don’t have access to phones to be able to call me and get it sorted. You should think about getting them a phone, I hear @VodafoneAU have good deals.

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported

@VodafoneAU @Keidamn The fact is it didn't just affect 4G. I was getting either No Service or if it was on 3G, there would be zero internet activity.

  • Boomboomvavoom No money (@Boomboomvavoom) reported

@VodafoneAU my downloadeds have ceased due to your screw up I have lost thousands of dollars due to this shortage absolutely disgusting with you guys. @Optus would never tuh

  • Justin45928533 Justin (@Justin45928533) reported

@VodafoneAU , your 4G service isn’t intermittently reverting to 3G you liars, it’s only useless 3G network available. Presumably all of our accounts will receive an additional day of credit for this service interruption?

  • Aus_Driver_X Driver X (@Aus_Driver_X) reported

@komisches @VodafoneAU Never said that was their fault. Just educating the people reading about how little we make. It is however embarrassing when a major network goes down for more than two hours on the busiest day of the week when people rely on it for their job.

  • Vyxsynn Vyxsynn (@Vyxsynn) reported

@JebelIrhoud @VodafoneAU That doesn’t help if you’ve gone out for a reason and need to use online banking to buy stuff.

  • Lovedupcloset Sarah Stokes (@Lovedupcloset) reported

Logging into twitter to find out if there's a @VodafoneAU outage... as my phone isn't allowing any connectivity including essential #covid check-ins...

  • komisches Nick Allan (@komisches) reported

@Aus_Driver_X @VodafoneAU You say thanks sarcastically, like they've literally purposely gone out of their way to screw your day. But yes, it totally sucks, and you might need a backup system with another provider (who might also fail, but they don't usually fail together)

  • komisches Nick Allan (@komisches) reported

@VodafoneAU Patiently waiting the return of services. **** happens and technology fails sometimes. <3

  • ViniBischoff Vinícius (@ViniBischoff) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU I live in Sydney (Northern Beaches area) and it’s been more than 2 hours with no connection, no phone calls and no internet. I can’t work, my wife cannot work and many people are having the same problem. Could you please fix this issue ASAP? Thank you!
