Just spent 1.5hrs on phone to @VodafoneAU to upgrade phone to find out somehow they had allowed me to be paying for 3 phones for the last 6mths. It's their stuff up & now they won't allow me to get an upgrade until they work out the issue. Thanks for wasting my time and $$$

@VodafoneAU sort out your service! Apparently there was network update supposed to be 20-24 sept in our area but we’ve had next to no service still. Figure it out.

@VodafoneAU @AnitaLi73762739 Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Unitask_assist on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins

@VodafoneAU Do you have any reasonable estimate for the order no# 3-2840647018765 for correct timeline? If not I want to cancel my order.

Hey @VodafoneAU Can I help you save some advertising spend? Your relentless advertising on Channel 11 is actually making me want to change phone providers. It’s too much. Please, please STOP 😩

.@VodafoneAU I ordered a new phone in August. @startrack were meant to deliver it. Never did. It has been weeks and @SamsungAU refused my free ear buds because I 'didn't purchase in time' (I did). Despite four calls now I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. No way of tracking it either.

@GenevievePool12 @VodafoneAU That sucks, I’m looking into moving to Telstra, bit more expensive but i expect their service is better

so @VodafoneAU you are chill to send messages threatening service cuts + additional fees for but the resources in the messages sent to said customers only offer immediate payment…in the midst of a pandemic - (speaking as a marketing manager) not your best mode of action

Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS messages & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control.
