    @VodafoneAU Heya any reason why my 5g home internet service has dropped down from 100mbits to 2.5 and has been like it all day? Only had this for a couple of weeks but everything is nigh unusable? There is no work scheduled as far as I can tell either.

    @VodafoneAU hello. I believe there is an network issue on the metro line between epping and chatswood in Sydney. There is no reception at all, not even SOS. Was working fine last Friday, but yesterday it was not working all day. This can be very stressful #lostnetwork

    @VodafoneAU being billed for international calls despite the zone being included in my plan, rang three time and used the chat service twice now to be told it’s an error and will get fixed and it’s okay to continue making international calls to that zone and I will not be charged

    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneUK travelling from Australia to UK. $5 a day roaming on “max speed” is actual BS. Internet speed is so bad. Definitely false advertising

    @VodafoneAU your call center is useless I want to purchase an additional booster data but your call center is forcing me to buy a plan I do not want, they can barely understand English. My app doesn’t display the available booster I want can you help me please.
