Ordered a new phone through @VodafoneAU and was given a new number that I didn’t authorise or ask for. Guess how many times I’ve been told by customer care workers that it will be removed? 5. Every time I call I get another incompetent, untrained sod who has no authority to help.

@VodafoneAU Heya Vodafone. Those rainbows and butterflies just died as I just cancelled a service. So I won’t have to hear that when I call for internet service that doesn’t get any reception. Byeeeee

3/2 I’m acutely aware of the weight my small status brings me. Grateful and guilty that I can use it. What about those customers who don’t? @VodafoneAU you need to do better. I’ve been with you since 1999. As many customers have. Even worked in customer service for 3 mths.

@redruby17 @VodafoneAU @Optus Oh and make sure you don’t cancel your Optus plan. Porting your number (when you sign up to another provider and ask them to bring your previous number) will cancel it for you and ensure you keep your mobile number. Signed, someone who worked in telco for too long

@VodafoneAU why does every change to my account require me calling your phone centre? Why can’t I unsubscribe from marketing messages, which I never subscribed to, from my account online? Why do I need an authorised person to be on the phone with me? (1/2)
