@VodafoneAU Hey VAU. I don't know what's happening with the internet speeds however it seems to be falling apart....again....checking down detector it looks like there has been over 200 reports between 12-1pm of outages & slowness. What's the ETA on the fix?

. @VodafoneAU Days into ridiculously slow internet speed and no phone connection in my apartment I’ve been given three deadlines when your “improvements” in my area will be finished and my service will return. Another day of spending my time on my back stairs on calls to you.

@VodafoneAU lots of dropouts and no internet on the mobile network today (and yesterday). Is something going on?

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We have **** reception in general in St Kilda for some reason that appears to be beyond explanation. I paid for high speed and zero difference. I’m thinking of building my own 5G tower. Are you in?

@Ravenro34003156 @VodafoneAU I’m up to the fourth deadline when the maintenance work is supposed to be done. This one is “a couple of days”, so it means nothing. I’m as cranky about the lies I’m being told as I am about the loss of service.

@TheOrcBard @VodafoneAU If they set up the net in a similar way that they do in the UK, then tertiery companies like Vodafone rent bandwidth from whoever owns the line (in my case it was BT). That meant i was paying for 50mb down & because the UK infrastructure was barely fit for last century, we got 2.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Vodafone has never had good reception anywhere even in Queensland.

@VodafoneAU No, she was in a store last night, call centre told them that the number is gone "for her safety". A number she had since 2004. They had described it like a credit card, have to cancel it. Phone numbers are not quite like that at all...

Is anyone in St Kilda having trouble with @VodafoneAU reception? They’re telling me it’s due to maintenance, but three days is too long.
