@VodafoneAU Thanks, that seems to have fixed the issue but shouldn't be the long term solution, given that I'm on a 5G contract. Are steps being taken to fix it? Seems like a common issue from other tweets I've seen direct at Vodafone Australia.

@VodafoneAU I am also having issues after the latest s21 5g update. Constantly not connecting to network. I have tried all the trouble shoots. Will there be a fix for this?

@VodafoneAU Thank you. Its a Samsung issues with the S21 Ultra 5G. Should be resolved in about 2 days. 👍 Switched to 4G for now. 🤩

Utter shoddy service @VodafoneAU wake up, how much more are you going to trouble your customers ! When signing contracts it’s all hunky dory but when it’s time for support - it’s reverse gear !!@ @VodafoneAU shame on you.

@VodafoneAU @miltrain Doesn't connect to 5G, I'm in the area. Everyone I know with a Samsung s21 is having the same issues. How about you roll back the update or fix the issue rather than giving work arounds?

The new login via the @VodafoneAU app is terrible. It's impossible for me to login via the app. I have to go in via my browser. Sending a login link is just stupid. It was so easy before. A fingerprint & I was in. Now it's a whole annoying saga. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it
