    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case

    @VodafoneAU what horrible customer service! I had money in my prepaid account to keep my Australian number active (for a year , while I’m living in Europe) credit was deposited into my account and the plan active to expire May 2026. Vodafone went ahead and cancelled my number..

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone likes sending threatening messages to its long term customers demanding payment a week early or they will be fined.Its their new customer policy threaten their loyal customers of 20 years
