Hey @VodafoneAU any reason why I would be losing all signal multiple times a day since my phone Samsung S21 update which you recommended I did for improved 5G? I'm barely able to use my phone for the past 3 days now unless on wifi. Any help?

  • Paul_Bone Paul Bone (@Paul_Bone) reported

@VodafoneAU Can I get the old login system back. When I use a computer to login the "SMS me the link" feature means that the login is now on my phone where I tap the link. I want to be logged in on the computer where the screen is bigger and I can read it.

  • drewey78 scott drewe (@drewey78) reported

Unimpressed by my service provided by @VodafoneAU not sure what I am paying for

  • miltrain Josh Miller (@miltrain) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks, that seems to have fixed the issue but shouldn't be the long term solution, given that I'm on a 5G contract. Are steps being taken to fix it? Seems like a common issue from other tweets I've seen direct at Vodafone Australia.

  • rajy999 Rajendra Saha (@rajy999) reported

@miltrain @VodafoneAU I have experiencing the same network connectivity issue, after upgrading to Android 12 on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra device on eSim

  • missrenee303 renee whish (@missrenee303) reported

@miltrain @VodafoneAU Same issue after update. Constantly not connecting to the network

  • oorellana4 oscar (@oorellana4) reported

@VodafoneAU did the latest software update suggested by Vodafone and now I am having issues with internet connection. Please fix the issue. ASAP.

  • r4ndomopinion Nobody In particular (@r4ndomopinion) reported

@VodafoneAU updated my s21 ultra last night and since have had no connection to 5g,4g etc at all. Is it a software issue or is there an outage in my area?

GEESAS ******* CHRIST. Thanks to their 'genius' and 'secure' log in auth link change, literally every time I need to check anything on my @VodafoneAU app, I have to go through the whole damn process at least 3 ******* times. Open app. Tap log in. Confirm send link via sms. Open

  • Devout_Atheist_ Chaotically_Mellow (@Devout_Atheist_) reported

The new login via the @VodafoneAU app is terrible. It's impossible for me to login via the app. I have to go in via my browser. Sending a login link is just stupid. It was so easy before. A fingerprint & I was in. Now it's a whole annoying saga. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it
