its ridiculous that I have to disconnect wifi & reload a webpage to make @VodafoneAU switch me from the 4g tower I dont have LoS or reception for to the 3g tower I have 5 bars for to make calls. Dedicating 3g for internet usage is a **** idea if not expanding number of towers.

@K_Sheldrick Having thought about this recently: - No application I have requires 5G speeds - 5G networks are still in infancy, particularly @VodafoneAU - Unwilling to pay a premium for either handset or network access - Current 5G iPhones sold in Australia don’t support both network types

@VodafoneAU First deliver my 12 pro. How can you change the delivery dates? 3 months to delivery a phone. I want to cancel the order, I cant wait 3 month to get a phone. Worst Cx service.

@vodafoneNZ @rox_taf @VodafoneAU Maybe your company does. But not the consumer. I thought NZ's 87% urbanised pop would help put an end to the myth that we are a spread out country. We pay exorbitant prices for third rate plans and deals. We have few telcos in this country and not enough competition. A win for Vf
