@VodafoneAU are there currently issues logging into accounts? Was working fine yesterday but today I can't log into either the app or via the website - just gives a "Something didn't go as planned" error

@VodafoneAU instead of sending me repeated marketing messages about adding a new service to my account, consider notifying me and other users of planned upgrades and outages - frustrating problem to diagnose when my phone is connected to 4g/5g but there is no internet.

@VodafoneAU If 5g internet you offer it’s going to be as slow as this ,I would like to cancel the service and get my money back . It’s would be wonderful if this can work , as I got a 5g internet at one of my businesses in another city from Optus and work great. Unfortunately not Optus here

@VodafoneAU Sorry I was blunt I just came home from Melbourne early this morning (so was tired) where my coverage was slow too so was hoping for better speeds here in Salisbury North. Will be patient as works are taken.

@VodafoneAU I called support and I’m told I’m the one who doesn’t understand what’s wrong, although, after my call, my network moved from Vodafone back to TPG… what a mystery…

@VodafoneAU your coverage at Salisbury North, SA is crap. I have 5G with 2 bars and I can't browse social media on my phone because it's so slow. What gives?
