    @VodafoneAU I charge my phone every 35 days .. Will you refund us for the money we spent charging our phones to use the non existent 4G for this day ? Or extend our period from 35 to longer given that we missed a whole day of service ?

    @bonditransit @VodafoneAU If no 3G channels are left on the towers, then nobody is getting service unfortunately. Most carriers have disabled the 3G channels here in the US

    @VodafoneAU It’s going on 8 ******* hours with no resolution! Still hearing the same response that we heard hours ago! We better be compensated for this **** Straight ******** out. Definitely switching providers. Done with your **** service and generic responses 🖕🏽

    Hey @VodafoneAU for all of today and half of yesterday I have NOT been able to make a phone call. & no I can't call you it won't let me. What's the go? My son is with you & he has no problem. & no it's not the new Samsung s20 I'm using. I'd like to be able to make a call. Thanks

    @VodafoneAU In 2021 5+ hours without a phone service is not what one would expect from a provider. Perhaps a review of your network is now on the cards to build more resilience.
