@StephanieKakos1 @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’ll be going iPhone, and e-sim is not available from Aldi. If it becomes so, before I get a phone will get it from there. My physical sim has to be my main service so I can swap it to Carol’s phone if I go overseas.

  • serehfas Angie Adamson (@serehfas) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I'd move on but via the Ombudsman. Raise a complaint and get some real compensation for the inconvenience (not more data you can't use etc).

@VodafoneAU Yet again I have to get out of my suburb in order to get voicemails. I was told after upgrades in my area ending on 4/8 this problem would stop. It hasn’t. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hey @VodafoneAU, just so you know it’s extremely #ableist to only allow people to login via SMS. Some of us NEED to use a desktop. After 25 years with you I’m going to have to look at changing providers. #Ableism #discrimination

Been a long time customer of @VodafoneAU but since they’ve forced us to just use their app to login, it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is so buggy and I can’t even access all the numbers on my plan.. time to move on and find another provider 😪

My wife was using @VodafoneAU $5/day roaming & doing fine, just too expensive for long holiday. However, saving $ now both via @airalocom is not worth it when spend forever trying to get data. Or, worse, fail to receive important messages! (leading to fights with tired spouse)

  • suthodan Dan (@suthodan) reported

@VodafoneAU It happens every single day. Just fix it lol

@VodafoneAU We are transferring our NBN HFC from iiNet to you. You stopped our old iiNet service, but then advised 1 week delay. Yet our NBN modem is already connected (4 green lights). All we need is for you to provide the PPPoE username and password. How hard can this be?
