@VodafoneAU hi. Been having app issues for over 2 weeks now, was told a few days ago there were faults with the then current version of the app & they were working on a solution. FAresh update became available tonight which i have done & my issue still remains! How long til fixed

Hi @VodafoneAU , hoping you can help. I have a Punkt MP02, which is essentially Android (AOSP), but I can’t get VoLTE working on Vodafone. Sometimes incoming calls will come in via VoLTE, but not consistently. Any advice?

@VodafoneAU hi team, any idea whats with local landlines needing area codes now? I have an iphone13, and dial assist is on, so it shouldn't need them. My wife has the same problem. thx.

@daniel_nguyenx @VodafoneAU It makes no sense for a mobile phone provider & users that roam. If their email system doesn't work (which it doesn't) and I can't receive an SMS, then I'm locked out. With username/pass + App 2FA, I can still access my account.

After the flood here our NBN connection drowned. Was worried how I was going to keep working this week having already chewed through both of my phones' data plans, called @VodafoneAU and the nice man solved all my problems for only $8 a month extra. My child can play games again!
