@VodafoneAU I am letting you know that your network is failing. I don't want excuses why, I want it to work better, especially along major thoroughfares like trainlines. Otherwise @spacex might just kill your business model with #starlink powered WiFi on the trains. @VLine have you asked?

@VodafoneAU please 🙏 stop asking “PIN” during the authentication of a customer or change the name as “support number” or something like this. It’s really awkward these days when someone asks for “PIN” either in a store or asking it over phone 1/n

@Telstra Hi guys, are any of your QLD stores open today? I've called multiple ones and not getting answers, and the help desk keeps palming my problem off to stores and l'm ready to switch to @VodafoneAU if someone can't help me today. Thx

@VodafoneAU The exif in the photo will have a lat long. It was between riddles creek and woodend. But black spots all along the train line. Shouldn't signal = data? Why good signal strength but zero data connection?

@VodafoneAU Already explained this to your customer service team. The purpose of this #Tweet is to make it known to everyone else! What really surprises me is that your social media team never thought to let the rest of us know what is happening! It took me to have to call to get answer! 🙄

@VodafoneAU Issue isn’t the plan, but selective pricing depending on where I buy it. Buy a sim from a voda shop or website and it’s $88, from any other retailer including voda affiliate stores it’s $150. Buy the plan from the voda website and it’s back to $150. Deceptive and unnecessary
