  • Surffari Surffari 🇦🇺🇫🇮🇺🇦 (@Surffari) reported

@TPG_Telecom pushing aggressively change from @NBN_Australia to @VodafoneAU #5G broadband. I am NOT changing the reliability of a wired network to an aerial connection. Don't wanna be walking around the flat trying to find a signal. Especially when its for TPG's benefit only

  • Deanos_DT Deano (@Deanos_DT) reported

@VodafoneAU Nope, when I turn wifi off it's not connecting to mobile network. Shouldn't matter service is with Kogan though.

  • 0587wilson wilsonsaira (@0587wilson) reported

@VodafoneAU just wondering why mobile internet has been slow the last couple of days

  • Fremean A guy down under (@Fremean) reported

If @VodafoneAU could please fix coverage or permit 1800 calls over wifi that'd be great. "The number you are calling is currently unavailable over wifi, please switch off wifi calling in your handset settings, then dual again" Honey, if I switch off wifi dialling I can't dial

  • Palolalien ᑭᗩOᒪᗩ G.ᗷ 🌸 (@Palolalien) reported

@VodafoneAU Yep, it hasn’t worked for a week, I made the report, they let me know that It’s in maintenance and that no later than today it would work at 11 am, I called again at 12 and They said that on the 9th would do another maintenance but they didn’t mention anything 5G signal specific.

  • GuessworkGav Gavin Sporle (@GuessworkGav) reported

**** it. I’m done with @VodafoneAU horrible service, no one that you can talk to. No wonder you’re losing customers.

  • davidsivaraj David Sivaraj (@davidsivaraj) reported

@VodafoneAU don’t robocall me and put me on hold immediately waiting for one of your staff to pickup. Two things happen; 1. I hang up 2. Report your number as a scam, like so many other people

  • g_valiathan Govind Valiathan (@g_valiathan) reported

Such a bad experience from @VodafoneUK. I opted to go with Vodafone Broadband as I was a Vodafone mobile network customer with @VodafoneAU for 5 years and the service was so good in Australia. So disappointed with the service here by @VodafoneUK. So much Delay in installation

  • MicMacQ Michael MacQuillan (@MicMacQ) reported

@VodafoneAU just cannot understand why you only provide 3G in Yass NSW. Major town in NSW. Commuter suburb to Canberra. Thousands of people … but the best I get is 3G using an iPhone 10. So poor!!! 😢

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

@VodafoneAU , that's great that you sent me a login link via SMS, but I'm trying to log in on my laptop, and the only option is to go back to the website homepage. What if my phone is dead?
