    @VodafoneAU I appreciate the reply but I'm not getting the max, I'm just getting the Pro, and my issue isn't not having a tracking number it's the real lack of communication re: the delay

    @Telstra’s mobile network is significantly broader and deeper than that of @VodafoneAU. Also, Telstra offers roaming in North Macedonia 🇲🇰, whereas Vodafone does not include the country in the $5 per day offer.

    Hey @VodafoneAU Why has my NBN speed gone to 10mbps max sometimes around 1 for the last 2 days. When im paying for a 50 down and had that Thursday. And my ip location is in Sydney,and im in Adelaide. Ive done all the restart and nothing worked

    NBN's down and @NBN_Australia aren't reporting an outage and @VodafoneAU don't offer tech support after 10pm. 🙃

    @VodafoneAU you have a pathetic excuse for customer "service". I have been trying to get a data SIM added to my existing business account for almost a month!! Spent hours on the phone and email to no avail. Was promised an answer within 24hrs 2 days ago.

    13 years with @VodafoneAU and thinking of transferring to Optus or Telstra- spoke with two technical support teams past 4 days as @VodafoneAU prepaid customers are unable to send nor receive any OTP texts to/from 32665 (Facebook‘s shortcode); despite this working back in 2013.
