@VodafoneAU Is there any known mobile phone outage (calls and data) in postcode 4304 at the moment?

  • lilpeahen Lil Pea Hen (@lilpeahen) reported

@VodafoneAU unable to make or receive any calls today in 3138. I have an extremely important call to make but don't know anyone in my lockdown radius of 5km to borrow their phone. Any advice on when the network in this area will return?

  • Devout_Atheist_ Chaotically_Mellow (@Devout_Atheist_) reported

@VodafoneAU Was there ever such a service?

  • pony_node Node Pony (@pony_node) reported

Why am I being refused am NBN service @VodafoneAU? Signed up 4 mobile phone numbers a couple of weeks ago. Cannot get the NBN with you because you won't allow it. I have the same setup with my current provider with no issue. 😡

  • olliesblog Ollie (@olliesblog) reported

If someone needs the emergency services it's an emergency. I don't need some clown from @VodafoneAU calling 30 minutes later asking if "the problem was resolved." That's the point of an emergency line. What happened? Why could I not call 000, or 112 or any emergency number?

  • andrewdrayton Andrew Drayton (@andrewdrayton) reported

About to punt my @VodafoneAU modem - sick of trying to stream things of a night. Paying for a higher plan and still getting dudded. Must be that good TPG over sell and undersupply bandwidth, absolute **** business practice.

Dear @VodafoneAU, I'm making this a PUBLIC complaint. WHO has given you a permission to sell my number to #CraigKelly and how could you do that to begin with?! I have never give you a permission whatsoever. You are not authorized to sell my number to anyone whatsoever!

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

  • gavinnouwens Gavin Nouwens 💉💉 (@gavinnouwens) reported

@VodafoneAU I understand that @VodafoneAU, my point being thousands of your customers are saying they don't want to receive these messages. Is Vodafone legally obligated to provide this service? Is Clive Palmer's text message business more important than your thousands of other subscribers?

  • biqua Biqua Biquason (@biqua) reported

Does anyone else here get suspicious calls where all except the last couple of digits of their mobile number is the same as yours? @VodafoneAU - is this a known problem generally?
