    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU my issue has been on-going with lots of frustrations and disappointments on my end... I have to follow up my case again today, spend 1 and a half hour on chat box, with lots of waiting and transferring... no luck still! complain reference no.3-2837176369988

    @VodafoneAU I had left Vodafone for Optus. Only just came back to do a change of ownership for my cousin. The wait so far has been 30mins, still waiting. Do not regret leaving, can never come back to Vodafone. Its morally wrong to keep people on hold for so long! #Vodafone #****

    @VodafoneAU Kudos on the top shelf customer service. Upgraded my phone late Saturday, after close of normal business hours. Phone supposed to be arriving this Friday. Instead, it arrived yesterday afternoon. A job well done. Thank you.

    @VodafoneAU the service I’ve experience recently from you team for my NBN connection has been nothing short of disgraceful. I’ve been lied to multiple times, and even after at least 5 calls, you still can’t get it right.
