Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _marty_k Marty K (@_marty_k) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU Yeah I know I can go on the mobile network & it will go thru, but I shouldn’t have to do that. The app shouldn’t force a re-sign in after every update (and this has been the case for some time).

  • ItsMeJason_ j (@ItsMeJason_) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

    Hey @VodafoneAU I can’t logon it says “sorry there seems to be a technical problem. Please try again”

  • mcpherson_tom Tom McPherson (@mcpherson_tom) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @VodafoneAU My husband has received such appalling service. He has a phone on a 36 month plan, which is still under contract. The phone battery swelled up and Vodafone is refusing to cover the cost $109 of repair. Seems like a break of Australian consumer law @checkouttv

  • sesameellis Rachel Devine (@sesameellis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @Mumdeep @VodafoneAU Poor form.

  • ValleyBrian We’re NOT “all in this together” (@ValleyBrian) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

  • DivaDiaspora Dr Fidelma McCorry (@DivaDiaspora) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

  • JoGierke Jo (@JoGierke) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @Optus so we are now into week 3 of no service to my Apple Watch and no idea when this will be fixed even though I have had a tech unpair my watch many times, many attempts and trips to the store and 2 new sims... what’s the plan @Optus move back to @VodafoneAU
