Nick Wood (@GreasyToofbrush) reported@VodafoneAU What is going on with Call of Duty servers the past 2 weeks? Beforehand it was 20-30 ping, now its a minimum of 120? Spoken to others with the same issue, only solution has been changing ISP’s?
-
Kubilay Kocak (@koobs) reportedUgh, @VodafoneAU’s computerised IVR voice is absolutely HORRIBLE.
-
Dazz (@DarrenAbb) reported@Telstra A roaming day pass does cover NZ !! Youhave no idea what you are talking about and I cannot believe you are employed in customer service. Will be changing to @VodafoneAU when I return home
-
John Wallace (@whatsbestnow) reported@Telstra why are your international roaming offers so bad compared to @VodafoneAU and @Optus you force people to port their numbers, you must know people do this and you don't care.
-
Michael Hope (@Maikeli91) reported@VodafoneAU Seriously how can you claim you are supposedly getting people better coverage everywhere and then at the same time release a goddamn stupid ad that basically gives the middle finger to all Rural Aussies?
-
Swadesi (@pockingliberals) reportedPathetic NBN service @VodafoneAU and pathetic customer care to talk to.
-
Greg Diaz (@CryptoWithGreg) reported@VodafoneAU It shouldnt have never been used as credit though because I called up reguarding the issue on the 8th of February. You guys purposely forced me to wait a month so you could use it as credit instead of giving me a bank transfer as I requested.
-
Darryl Anderson (@anvildarryl) reported@stationmum101 @soupercocky Introduce Mark and Col to each other, suggest that they start a consultancy for rural/remote landholders who @VodafoneAU says don’t exist, and watch them rake the money in. They could probably help you grow ****, too, since that’s usually the solution to everything.
-
Tiffany (@msstraighty180) reportedHas anyone else been having beyond ordinary @VodafoneAU @NBN_Australia service. It's driving me batty
-
Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
