    @VodafoneAU You keep your network I will move to jio how can you take a time of 90 days it's a shameful answer there is not a single tower 🗼 you should install a device immediately otherwise go to hell don't call me next time

    Ahhhh @TelstraEnt another shambles of a day wasted by me. Trying to sort staff phones to be simply re contracted. Been a business customer for over 10 years & offer my deals/rates no diff to a general cusomer plan... next... @VodafoneAU @OptusEnterprise 🤔

    First few interactions with @VodafoneAU as a customer and they've: - Not sent me documentation - Ghosted me on a chat while trying to resolve said issue - Proposed to cancel my order and go through the reorder (with credit check) again Not a great start

    @VodafoneAU can't fix the login issue for 5 weeks. They never give me any updates. terrible customer service.

    @VodafoneAU pretty disappointed in your 5g nbn wifi plan that you guys offer. We have had nothing but issues with this service. It’s been 8 months now and I still switch to my cellular data as the 5g is a joke. Been with Vodafone for 10+ years and this is pretty disappointing.👎🏼

    @VodafoneAU I’m sorry to do this publicly but I don’t know what else to do. When I joined, another number was on my account. I’ve reported it, sent letter, spent hours on phone to you but nobody gets back to me or does anything. Grant, from support, takes weeks to reply to email
