    3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc 👏🏽 We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    @VodafoneAU I am really interested in porting my secondary number to you as a new customer for mainly international roaming. If stop paying after a while after I come back due to money constraints, is there options available to keep the number connected to you cheap long term?

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
