@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)

@VodafoneAU @jakaindraputra It's happened again! My data is down in Sydney CBD it's getting worst!

  • bhalodiyayatin bhalodiya yatin (@bhalodiyayatin) reported

@VodafoneAU Very bad service. I have tried to port my number from Vodafone to other provider. It was rejected by vodafone many times. I have visited the stock to check my identity documents and it is matching with my details.

@VodafoneAU It's been more than 4 months I been try to contact vodafone but there is no respond. I need to reactivate my number again. But once customer is gone you don't want to treat them again. Please do something to increase customer service. #worst_exp

@VodafoneAU I’ve already lodged a TIO complaint. I don’t like and have no time for getting the runaround.

  • MyNameIsMurray Murray Webber (@MyNameIsMurray) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU , this was weird and worth looking into. During this outage, there was zero signal from any nearby towers. Whatever the redundant power supply was meant to be, seemed to completely fail. Made it pretty hard to check for known outages.

  • MattJDrumm Matthew Drummey (@MattJDrumm) reported

Me: My @NBN_Australia modem is completely dead @VodafoneAU support person: Turn it on and off, see if that fixes it. Me: WHAT? Turn on the dead box with no power?!? How do I do that, anyone?

  • memily meemrs 3.7 (@memily) reported

@VodafoneAU I’ve only just realised that my voicemail settings got messed with when my plan was changed months ago. I’m getting an error via 121 when I attempt to enable diversions to voicemail, can you fix this for me please?

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

The @VodafoneAU rep, erroneously emailing me from the outsourced company email rather than from Vodafone Support, wants me to ‘be assured that the issue has been resolved’. Umm, no, only one of multiple issues was resolved, and it’s not clear that even that one was done properly.

@VodafoneAU Dunno if a 20 year loyal customer should have to stand in a store for over an hour while they transfer business to consumer, only to be told another 30 minutes of my weekend? No thanks. Don't care about my loyalty, I don't care about it anymore either. Hi @Telstra
