@VodafoneAU how to contact you from overseas? No email address. Chat only works with an app on the Australian App Store. Your password reset email system is down. 🤔

  • nedprks Ned Perkins (@nedprks) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU what's the number to call if you'll be late on paying a bill? Miscalculated my budget and realised I get paid a week after I thought I did. Any help would be appreciated!

  • chriso_1376 Christopher Anderson (@chriso_1376) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@VodafoneAU Because of a glitch in ur system. My handset wasn’t charged to my account in 2019 and now because this glitch has been fixed, your expecting me to pay this now? I don’t think that’s correct. Also, I put in a complaint and no one will call me back….sort it out!

@VodafoneAU @bhuwanesh31 Hi, yeah I’ve had absolutely no reception for the past couple of days. It said it would be finished on the 28th and it’s still not working? How long is this going to take, I run a business and it’s not ideal.

  • sjwalfish sjwalfish (@sjwalfish) reported

@VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone. My local shopping center is a known 4G blackspot. I now have a 5G phone and connected to it today, but it was very slow and then dropped to 3G followed by SOS only for about 30-45 mins. Glenelg SA. Any news on when this will improve?

  • CourtneyChadwi4 Courtney Chadwick (@CourtneyChadwi4) reported

@VodafoneAU Hi vodafone, my data is not working. Text and calls yes but no data.

  • QorporateS Qorporate Services (@QorporateS) reported

@VodafoneAU The best offer you could provide is a reliable service. Unfortunately, Vodafone does not provide this service. I constantly have issues with the service and it continuously affects my business.

  • CarcassOfChrist Carcass Of Christ (@CarcassOfChrist) reported

After 2 weeks of constant arguing and wasting my time, after I lodged a complaint with the TIO @VodafoneAU finally agreed to credit me for the charges on my account that I didn't owe, all because they failed to cancel my NBN connection when I changed providers.

  • KarenJHiggins Karen Higgins (@KarenJHiggins) reported

@VodafoneAU Every night we have NBN and mobile outage. Tonight it was from 12:10 AM to 12:29 AM. Last night, it was around 2 AM. The night before, it was around 3 AM. Why? Do I need to get another service for redundancy for when Vodafone is down?
