    @VodafoneAU max speed data plan I'm on is useless network outages since last week. I got 25% discount on my next 2 bills. I've been on hold to Vodafone longer than I've been using my service. I'm a new customer and not satisfied at all. I'm supposed to be on your best package. Please fix it

    @VodafoneAU you don't commit to what you tell your clients. 1st line contacted us and said 2nd line would call us in 2 hours. They never did. Not trustworthy!

    @VodafoneAU When the @Vodafone #Vodafone manager gets cut off from his own network that he represents...he doesn't even have the decency to ring back! Is this the type of manager you want on your team...Ur brand?

    @VodafoneAU My mobile internet has been pretty much non-existent for a couple of hours. Is there something going down? Based in Brisbane.

    Hey @VodafoneAU just had an "Unknown Caller" ring claiming to be from your service department and she started by asking for my PIN. Pretty sure this was a scammer taking advantage of you teaching people bad security practices. *NEVER* give out PINs to unprompted inbound calls

    @VodafoneAU IMPORTANT - Vodafone WiFi routers do not work with old Apple devices. Cannot connect @Apple TV, iPhone4, iPhone5 and iPad2 because their routers do not support WPA2. Reported the problem and they DID NOT provide a solution

    @JoelDTD @VodafoneAU We swapped over after similar problems a few years ago after 7 weeks of bad coverage and Vodafone dismissing our concerns/issues.
