    Hey @VodafoneAU it’s great you are giving free data for a day because of the outage, but I already have 120GB of data I don’t always use, how about a $20 credit on my bill instead?

    @VodafoneAU have a two day, complete drop out ... then "as a gesture of good will" offered data free on the weekend lol How bout respond to my multiple attempts to upgrade my phone/cancel my plan ... very much leaning towards the latter atm

    @deep_end_diving @VodafoneAU 1. Some on postpaid never finish their data anyway 2. Vodafone is already offering infinite data on some plans lol 3. Waiving the next bill caters to everyone 4. YOU may have had just “one day of inconvenience”. Doesn’t apply to every one. 5. It’s an empty gesture.

    @VodafoneAU 24 hours of free data for nearly a full day of outage? Are you guys joking? It's honestly insulting to think this is acceptable. I would have been less upset getting absolutely nothing.

    Thanks for the free data this weekend @VodafoneAU due to your network error, however I already have 50GB a month so I feel a bill discount if more appropriate

    I appreciate the gesture by @VodafoneAU to offer free data all weekend to compensate for their recent outage, BUT, I have lots of data anyway, so I don’t get any compensIon - a bill rebate would be a much better option.

    I was watching netflix on my ps4 when the internet dropped out (because @VodafoneAU does that) and then my ps4 froze and shut down. And now it can't connect to internet at all. My night's going very well.
