So, appears that @VodafoneAU and @Optus are both down in Mt Barker SA. Wonder when they'll be back online?

of their other competitors. @amaysimAU, @Telstra, @VodafoneAU even, can port over numbers quickly (even on weekends!) so there is no reason why Optus can’t do it as well. i’ve been waiting about an hour on support (as of tweeting) and no resolution. will be updating this thread.

If @VodafoneAU could please fix coverage or permit 1800 calls over wifi that'd be great. "The number you are calling is currently unavailable over wifi, please switch off wifi calling in your handset settings, then dual again" Honey, if I switch off wifi dialling I can't dial

@VodafoneAU I already called support and they said I cannot change the address, and should wait for the phone to go to the Post Office to retrieve, but I simply cannot go to the Austrlian Post on 2280, I live on 2065... Why did they change my delivery address? Can't I change it back??

@VodafoneAU You got your sales People trying to force NBN so that the customer/consumer can't function like a sicko version of looney tunes Disney animation. You got to be joking dear CEO

@VodafoneAU They’ve kind of sorted it out: but it’s been a terrible customer experience. The agent that sold me the service was not honest about how many hoops I’d be required to jump through to transfer the service.

@TPG_Telecom pushing aggressively change from @NBN_Australia to @VodafoneAU #5G broadband. I am NOT changing the reliability of a wired network to an aerial connection. Don't wanna be walking around the flat trying to find a signal. Especially when its for TPG's benefit only

@VodafoneAU 4 months of trying to get an unwanted charge removed from my bill, 4 times I've been told it's fixed. Just got my newest bill, and of course it's still got the charge. How the f do I escalate this? I want to cancel for good, I'm done with the terrible service.

@VodafoneAU hey guys currently we use your mobile network but through third party, iiNet. They can’t offer an eSIM for iPhone 14 (we would bring our own phones). Would we b able to switch over to u guys directly (2 phones) with minimal hassle on an eSIM plan only? Cheers.
