    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
