    @VodafoneAU maybe you might help. Ordered my PS5 on 9/11/20. Promised delivery by 16/12/20. Still do not have it. Vodafone & @startrack have no idea where it is. Impossible to speak to anyone in Australia. Have emailed, phoned everday since the 16/12 and still nothing!! HELP

    @VodafoneAU I messaged u about this last year in august, this has been on going for like a year and everyone i work with thats with Vodafone has the same problem so they've started switching providers already

    @ICTLaurens @VodafoneAU @SixtyMinutes Last time I had one of these I took 25mins to find my tax file number, 30 minutes to login into laptop, etc.... All up I wasted 90 minutes of their time before they hung up. I thought the longer they wasted with me, that was others who were saved. #lowlifes #scum #fraud

    I thought nbn Internet was meant to be quicker/better because it is based off a cable? Gosh I hope ive done the right thing by going with @VodafoneAU because it’s not great and keeps swapping to the 3/4G. Might have to jump online and check service.. 🤔

    @VodafoneAU this is beyond a joke! How many years do I have to return mail to sender! Your customer service said to ring and ask them to change their address! How? I can’t legally open their mail! You’ve got their phone number... YOU RING THEM!!!
