  @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

  @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

  @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

  @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!
