@VodafoneAU so free data as compensation on the weekend, when I’ll be mainly at home connected to my home wifi... useless, I’m a 20+ years customer with a $200 bill each month, a monetary compensation would be more welcome to myself and most other customers.

Hey @VodafoneAU , free data doesn’t make up for the outage 2 weeks ago but even if it did. Your network can’t even keep up, all day my phone has been spotty at best

Hows the customer service with @VodafoneAU they stuffed up my direct debit payment without telling me, then charged me late fees and wont refund me #scumbags
