    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU very disgraceful and unsupportive. I will change to any other service provider. Every other service providers waived off international roaming only for the people who were stuck in Middle East

    @status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.
