@VodafoneAU Ended after hours of confusion had to happen at a VIDAFONE OWNED STORE NOT JUST A vf branded store. Hours and hours of wasted time. I see a tio complaint coming up

Having home internet with @VodafoneAU and phone service with @Optus and living in Armstrong creek means I never have both internet and phone reception/4G. If this tweet gets through it’ll be a miracle. (Yes I’ve spoken to staff inshore, nothing can be done)

@VodafoneAU #Vodafone will still charge u even if u have no service! Thieves they are...don't even bother going with this carrier. 20 years being loyal means NOTHING to #Vodafone!

@VodafoneAU why is your internet data crap? I'm in the suburbs and I'm on 4g with 2 bars. I'm seriously considering changing providers to get better internet.
