    @VodafoneAU Total negligent response Ordered a Pixel 7 pro on a Black Friday Sale(3 months back) and was charged twice. For which one of them was supposed to be a direct debit and the other was charged out of my account making overdrawn. No Proper response from customer service

    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @VodafoneAU This is ridiculous. I cannot get in touch with Support over the Phone, Chat, FB, Twitter! NBN has been down in the 3335 area since last night.! We have work to do and require the internet! How can we get this fixed?

    @tarla_lambert @VodafoneAU Not so sure I'm too bothered about it: I have my reasons and can make calls, use data where they have coverage...Not sure what you mean by 'their dodgy service barely makes me make a call. Anywhere' A pretty broad statement. If you're mad about it, move to another carrier..Easy.
