  @CeagleChris @VodafoneAU Foxtel is the worst to deal with, unless you get the call center in Australia...and ironically the team here is the disconnections section. Optus I find hit n miss. My ISP since going over to NBN is shiphouse customer service. I’d rather watch reruns of Mind Your Language.

  @Telstra My wife was porting over her prepaid service from @VodafoneAU. She tried activation and port via online chat. The half-trained operator set it up as a new service and now wants us to ring Voda and get service cancelled form there first before it can be activated with Tel
