    @DearPlanA @VodafoneAU Same here. I have just joined with Vodafone and l am very disappointed with them. There app does not work, identity verification does not work, they have also already billed me for one month. When l haven't even got my internet up and running. Terrible service.

    @VodafoneAU @Raja31Sekar I don't think you even read what Raja said. It's not the nbn it's his WiFi and l can relate to what he is saying, because your internet service and reception is crap. Plus why isn't your silly identity verification working. Can't get into that either

    @VodafoneAU Why isn't your identity verification working. Does anything on Vodafone work. I am very annoyed and upset l have only just joined with Vodafone and am thinking it's the worst thing l have done. Not good service at all.

    @VodafoneAU can't wait to change to #Optus so that I can work from home again, according to #Vodafone policy I was told they do not support ethernet phones which sucks atm...@optus waiting for some end of tax season sales. 🤩

    @enz2h @VodafoneAU It does this 5 hours a night and comes good by 9. You'd think they would monitor the load and upgrade the area. But they don't see the issue, everything 'looks good' on their end, and they can't explain why it's only happening at peak hours 🙄 fkn retards

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK This is about @VodafoneAU, but they took 8 months to update my name in their systems after a legal name change, after about 3 attempts I just told them I wasn't paying any bills that weren't in my name and they immediately went to help me as much as they could

    @VodafoneAU We're not getting 4G Reception at Condell Park. 5 Bars at 3G only. Network settings also been reset.
