    @VodafoneAU So far still no connection at all... can’t dial can’t surf online.... approached to Vodafone store in Mel. So far Nil expected time about when we can back to normal.... this is a real issue...

    @VodafoneAU I am heavily pregnant, literally waiting to go into labour. Sitting at home by myself and not having a reliable phone service to be able to contact anyone is making me reaaaaaally nervous

    @VodafoneAU Absolutely nothing all day since morn. Can only access service via Telstra WIFI at home! Whilst yes it’s a 1st world problem compared to other things, let’s b fair, one expects better in this day of advanced tech. Wouldn’t b such a prob it I didn’t need serv whilst out 2day! 😡

    @tax_oz @JC_CTS @VodafoneAU No, but I have one for the chronically stuck up smart ***... do you have a business account with a 99.99999 SLA? or are you paying dirt cheap consumer rates on the cheapest network in Australia? Just asking? I'm vodafone too and use it for work, but im not crying.

    @VodafoneAU Seriously, this is rediculous. I expect compensation for the lack of technology resources you’re providing. Seriously, outages across Australia WTF. We live in one of the most advanced countries in the world. Get it together would you!!

    @ayushprasad28 @VodafoneAU Nope, you shouldn't be as a business running on a single provider for your needs as networks are never guarenteed uptime 99% Why don't you have a fall back data plan or alternative in place for these issues. see if telstra can hook you up, when your main network falls over.
