  • jessmcguire Jess McGuire (@jessmcguire) reported

    @allygarrett @VodafoneAU JFC mate that’s AWFUL. @VodafoneAU, may I suggest it might be a very good time to be actively combatting the harassment of women occurring via your network?

  • MISS__DP Darshana Patel (@MISS__DP) reported

    @VodafoneAU NBN / 4g down in Richmond? Have been tethering off my phone all day as I’ve no connection.

  • seansmith_au sean smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @VodafoneAU I had a chuckle today when I was on a Vodafone chat. Their service after 10 minutes of chatting just shut me off. Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

    @VodafoneAU @TKSp3cialiSt It’s been a day and I still have no service, @VodafoneAU

  • benjaminyaep Ben Yaep (@benjaminyaep) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU I would expect at least a reply to your failures. Clearly you show no care for customers that belongs to a company you own that was affected by your recent network failures. Thanks Vodafone and @lebaraau !

  • misshamptongirl MissM (@misshamptongirl) reported

    @VodafoneAU when are you going to fix / improve your 4G on my 14km train ride intro the melb CBD all I ever get is 3G ... or would I be better changing to Optus or Telstra?

  • bluesfor Paul (@bluesfor) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @VodafoneAU Service still cutting out. Restarted many times. Peakhurst 2210. Sent a DM but got an automated message. Really not good enough.

  • warrick_w Warrick (@warrick_w) reported from Warracknabeal, State of Victoria

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

  • TheAboK1d Dj (@TheAboK1d) reported

    @VodafoneAU So where are these so called "free data services" definitely time to switch network even Telstra's a better option at this point
