    @NBN_Australia outage is now a common theme everyday in blakehurst. Shame @VodafoneAU is such a bad seer he provider that it mobile coverage is as pathetic as reliability of nbn. Third world standards continue in this modern era.

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!

    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    A visit with @VodafoneAU, including a new SIM, yielded no solution. My SIM in other phones worked fine. Other SIMs in my phone did not. What the hell is going on here?
