    Hey @VodafoneAU your service coverage keeps dropping down to 3G in Sydney City and between there and the Eastern Suburbs. Please fix or adjust your phone plan charges for the last 48 hours otherwise I’m going back to Telstra.

    Truly, nothing is set up to support people who need to report harassment. Even though I finally qualify for @VodafoneAU to investigate, I had to call their regular number, hold for 10 minutes and the employee helping me asked if I wanted to make a payment at the same time.

    I've had my fair share of issues with @VodafoneAU through the years but being talked into trading in a perfectly functional phone for a Samsung S21 ultra is definitely beyond annoying, this phone sucks on soo many levels

    @VodafoneAU i've been in aus a good 9 days and already i'm in shock at the way you treat prospective customers. omg youre actually suggesting you need to do a credit check on a prepaid rolling month by month sim deal ? i think you can get fcked.

    @VodafoneAU Hi team, got a query about an order. The Vodafone Track/Trace page says it's still "On It's Way" while Startrack page says it was delivered to the store at 12:30pm today. In-store rep says it hasn't arrived, despite email from Startrack saying it was. Can you help?

    @VodafoneAU No thanks! Your resolution team has concluded that we will be liable for something my mum agreed to which is ridiculous as English is her second language. Will look at switching away after 10 years of loyal service! @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU I just had an awful experience ringing @VodafoneAU to change plans. I was triaged by an operator overseas for 15 min before getting transferred to an Australian operator, got cut off. Triaged again before getting transferred on hold for 30min. I hung up. Disgraceful service.
