    Did an $AAPL trade in with partner's macbook and iphone - seamless, easy, quick. My @SamsungMobile - utter nightmare. Their poxy trade-up app doesn't work. @VodafoneAU just as bad - can't even send a text code!!

    @VodafoneAU Hi team, sorry forgot to reply. Must've been a network issue. After a couple days went back to normal. Didn't have wifi calling in, anyway. Thx.

    Ugh! @VodafoneAU customer service sucks. At 4:30pm, my wife's phone had a hardware issue. It's on plan and under warranty. I couldn't get help. My local store was probably empty, but they can't be called. I need to spend 2 hours on hold to speak to the national call centre.

    @ba_aus @VodafoneAU Same issue for me trying to view bills with the app. 4 weeks so far and its unresolved so i wish you luck getting it sorted out!
