What a great way to lose a customer @VodafoneAU! Send me a text saying you’re increasing my monthly bill by $5. Took me all of 10 mins to find and change to another provider for a better deal at a lower ongoing rate, plus a six month 50% discount.

  • CryptoWithGreg Greg Diaz (@CryptoWithGreg) reported

@VodafoneAU 3. And on top of that I have called up to cancel the Amazon prime subscription 4 times. Have replied to stop Prime 4 times via text message and manually cancelled the subscription 2 years ago and still to this day I am being charged for it.

  • TheMicker Mike Haseloff (@TheMicker) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there any reason for short Pay & Go expiry dates other than naked profiteering? Aggressively dissatisfied losing unused dollars and/or my number without using or receiving service.

  • Trev_B_Tweety ⭕️Trevi B (@Trev_B_Tweety) reported

@VodafoneAU Next time Vodafone send me stupid messages about using my 4g sim at home after I called you about it multiple times I’m saying good bye to voda and hello to Optus.

@VodafoneAU your top service and “24/7” agent support is crap to help customers..

  • CryptoWithGreg Greg Diaz (@CryptoWithGreg) reported

@VodafoneAU I needed that money really bad at time for groceries to eat and feed my family and instead your greedy cooperation decided to lie and lie just to save a misly 80 bucks. You guys don't care about your customers and I will be moving onto a new phone provider.
