@StephanieKakos1 @kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’ll be going iPhone, and e-sim is not available from Aldi. If it becomes so, before I get a phone will get it from there. My physical sim has to be my main service so I can swap it to Carol’s phone if I go overseas.

@VodafoneAU your 5G service has been dropping in and out continuously for over 24 hours. You gave me the hard sell to switch from NBN and it’s honestly AWFUL. It may be the thing that makes me leave VF after 20 years!

Anyone else having continual issues with the #VodafoneAu app? Haven't been able to check my bills for 7 months now and they keep making excuses about 'it taking us longer than expected' to sort it out. 7 months!!! For a telecommunications company to fix an app? LOL @VodafoneAU

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.
