  @TPG_Telecom seriously, I just waited on hold for over an hour, spoke to a customer service rep who said she would patch me through to the tech support and instead it’s just bumped me back into another hour-long queue?

  @TPG_Telecom This cant be true - @TPG_Telecom we have spent 5 hours on the phone speaking to 15 different operatives . No customer service #misleading
