    @TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Glen Waverley, 3150 currently? I cannot find anything on NBN website but internet hasn’t been working since past few hours. It was completely fine until 4am. We have been on hold on phone with your customer care for past half n hour now!!

    @TPG_Telecom Internet went down about half an hour ago in Brookfield, VIC. Can't see anything about an outage on the TPG website but every device is affected and I've hard reset the router three times now. Long wait on the phone support.

    Wow.. So the issue with my internet is the router.. And @TPG_Telecom is like.. Nah you pay for a new one.. Even though it's our faulty equipment that's caused you to lose the service you are paying for.. So I ******* have to go buy a new router after I lost $400 on my old one
