They finally sent us a new modem because of course they “couldn’t see anything wrong”. Received the modem today - just installed for there to now be no connection at all

Don’t even know how you guys are still in business. I’m now speaking with a supervisor. After over an hour. We’ll see if she can sort my issues - I have low hopes.
