@TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina I tried to cancel my account with TPG after appalling service. It was only then that I was informed of a cancellation fee. I was never ever informed of a cancellation fee when I only recently signed up for TPG - really appalling

I get home tonight to find out tonight that the iiNet internet service and mailboxes have been canceled. Emails deleted and cannot be restored. This is unacceptable. They way @TPG_Telecom are treating iiNet customers is absolutely disgraceful.

@VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom TPG is really bad. I tried to cancel my service and then got informed that there could be a cancellation fee of up to $350!!! I was never told this. And I think I would remember a number as big as this. Just appalling!!!

@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Worst is the lack of *any* communication. Apparently courtesy went down together with the IT system.

@NBN_Australia Nope, I’ve been offline since 1pm yesterday (12 May), and still not online. @TPG_Telecom has advised it’s an @NBN_Australia issue

@TPG_Telecom you are the worst internet service provider I have dealt with.I hv had 3 installation cancellations, customer service staff can’t answer any questions (hang up on customers) & you charge me for “the period you can’t even connect the internet” #poorservice @acccgovau

@TPG_Telecom thanks for escalating my case to @NBN_Australia. #FTTN over the past 12 months has been great most days 50+ downstream and then you get stability issues. It will take days to get my connection restored. It has gradually deteriorated to the point of no connection
