    @TPG_Telecom they finally called me *after* 24 hrs... &they said it's an NBN issue so they don't know when the technician can come to me to fix the problem. going with a smaller company is at least better because they address urissues straight away rather than put u out of a job for 2 days

    Hello @TPG_Telecom for over 3 weeks now after 3pmish I experience packet loss of up to 30%. This occurs on random servers. I have to use exitlag to Sydney servers for the solve. Any ideas on fix? I know alot of people are experiencing this issue.

    @TPG_Telecom I was transferred through to an endless loop of hold music when I asked to speak to a manager. The hold music did eventually end with a message saying due to high call demands we can't get to your call and call back later and then it hung up on me This is incredibly poor TPG
