    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

    @tpgaustralia @TPG_Telecom I simply asked them for the specific numbers causing the slow speed, but they haven't provided any information at all.

    @NBN_Australia outage in Picton 2571 NSW since 520am this morning, it’s now 320pm @TPG_Telecom tells me they have no further information from you guys. Not what the problem is or restoration time. What’s the story?

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!
