@TPG_Telecom worst customer service. First, sent the modem to the wrong address, it's been over a week still no resolution. Have been told another modem will be sent to the correct address, which hasn't been sent yet. Every time I call them, I get the different message.

@iinet how is it that you have more updated info on @TPG_Telecom's fttb outage in vic than they do? Also, any indication why the exchange has no power, but the suburb etc has no power issues reported by energy providers?

@TPG_Telecom yet another outage in Canning Vale, Perth. What is going on with your network, this is a daily issue now never mind the fact that I’m only getting approx 60% the bandwidth that I was quoted when the service is up and running. Not good enough!

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom I am well prepared to sacrifice my entitlement as existing customer and give up on being charged for my monthly 4G Home Wireless Broadband of $49.99 in order to use my Black tp-link modem that I still have in my possession and return the Cube White 4G modem soon.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom There is no problem with White Cube modem, the issue is that the Black 4G tp-link modem has Wu-Fi 6 on it, therefore the signal distribution is enhanced and better for my home. I 'm not sure what would be the purpose of replacing for current Cube 4G modem in my possession?!
