    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Have been with Amaysim for mobile phone for eight years with no problems at all. Looking to move from Optus for internet. Have been poor for many years. The nightmare of changing email address has kept us welded on. Unlike some others, Optus does not provide email-only service.

  • RobynInTheStix Robyn 🇺🇦 #VoteYes #UnionThug (@RobynInTheStix) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Aussie broadband. BUT, if you have an infrastructure issue, none of them can help apart from getting NBNCo to fix it.

  • DarylJohnsonAu Daryl Johnson (@DarylJohnsonAu) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I've had horrendous trouble in the past with Telstra mobile customer service (dreadful website, staff unable to help with technical issues that are Telstra's fault). No probs with TPG fibre to the building

  • dboyrees 💧DavidR🐀😈 (@dboyrees) reported

    @eddielechat @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Amaysim are a great mobile phone company, but they are using the Optus network

  • MettaBhavana1 Metta Bhavana "the individual in question" #jabbed (@MettaBhavana1) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Well, I would say Optus, (after 20 years of excellent service) but apparently being the victim of a crime destroys a company's reputation, which is victim blaming #101.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom As well, last mobile contract the sales guys talked me into some crap I didn't really need and that wasn't good value. As well as a Samsung S10, which turned out to be well below, say, a Google Pixel in speed, and way up on annoyances.

  • gundary4 Gundary4🇦🇺🦘 (@gundary4) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I know they have a bad name but I've been with Telstra since they became Telstra. Only had one minor problem and they said because I was a loyal customer they re- imbursed me.

  • Ozzytourer 💧Lucky Country with A Labor Govt!! (@Ozzytourer) reported

    @blue_sti @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Network works, that's all that matters.

  • GallahadJerome Gerard Gallahad (@GallahadJerome) reported

    @thegrumpypoof @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Aussie broadbands been fine for me internet wise. Telstra same as Optus they have their stupid rules and they won't deviate at all regardless of any commonsense or convenience for customer.🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  • GrandPo39236565 Grand Poobah (@GrandPo39236565) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Still using Telstra infrastructure, but it would be nice to get some service for a change.
