Hey @TPG_Telecom, I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years but I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty now. I scheduled moving the service way in advance exactly to avoid being left without the Internet and still you managed to cut me off the service a week in advance!

@TPG_Telecom Sorry, after an hour on the phone on behalf of my customer to find he couldn't reset his password because he didn't have another email, didn't have a mobile phone and couldn't even temporarily use mine because there was no way to verify him he's switching provider. Thanks anyway.

In the end I went with @TPG_Telecom over @Aussie_BB. Even with a referral it’ll be $130 less a year for the same internet speed (100/20). Just grateful to be done with @MyRepublicAU. Offering chat only support is a bad business model.

@TPG_Telecom please not I haven't used any service only after registration immediately cancelled as I did not required it any more and didn't receive the modem too, but still money is deducted from my account and the customer care is not responding properly and just escaping....

@Faez_Luqman @TPG_Telecom Will they help us switch away from TPG? I’ve heard @Aussie_BB is good - will you help us switch our internet in 3011 from TPG to you? We’ve got several months left on our contract and they seem to not care if we have no internet or get no support in that time.

Having terrible experience with @TPG_Telecom. 3 times they’ve said they’ll call us back and didn’t. Told us they can’t get our wifi set up for a month, but that we need to pay for that whole month. We are ready to switch. Anyone know another internet provider in Melbourne 3011?
