The DNS for @TPG_Telecom currently down. It’s why people can’t connect to the internet. Try changing to Google’s DNS.

Hi @TPG_Telecom - I have been on hold half hour - my internet is down and I just want to see if the problem is my modem or there is a known problem in the area

Hey @TPG_Telecom funny how you’re ADSL service has gone to shit ever since NBN came in the area. But today there have been nonstop dropouts, and I’ve been on nonstop hold trying to talk to someone about the issue.

@TPG_Telecom But this sucks @TPG_Telecom. Slow connection for days and after the reset it literally stopped working completely.

Y’know, it’d be really cool if @TPG_Telecom DIDN’T cut out every single time I want to stream Netflix or play games online, or do anything that requires an always-on internet connection that we pay for.

@NBN_Australia Yes my provider @TPG_Telecom is never responding on the phones so we are still helpless without any clue of when is it going to get resolved.

@TPG_Telecom What a standard (low) level response is this. I had a long chat with your support engineer who has no idea what could go wrong therefore, he raised a complain for NBN and other teams (which he did not tell me about) @NBN_Australia
