    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?
