    @TPG_Telecom Nope. Not wasting anymore of my time on what you people are lacking. $89/month for some slow fking internet and a customer service that refuses to own up to their faults. I’ve had it with you lot. Straight to the Ombudsman it is.

    @TPG_Telecom - thoughts/suggestions on how to fix this? I'm the only one home, using the laptop to browse the web (not updates running) and on cable 50? Tried resetting the modem and it jumped back up to 45+... for 2 minutes only then dropped again.

    @TPG_Telecom Home NBN service off & on for the past week. Cuts off for hrs. Welland S.A. No service for the day.Still no service. #NotGoodEnough

    @TPG_Telecom The biggest problem. It does not appear to you any problem and the speed is 1M . When is there a problem?
