@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom What is terrible about Telstra... Only terrible part is if you have to deal with them. The network is fine, only one that works in Rural Australia... I bought my last phone through Woolies, (heaps cheaper) & it still uses Telstra network.

@5roosters @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Too bad! Y'all should be more careful out here; well the good news is #dexter_crackz on Instagram will be able to help you out with recovery and refunds. I was victimized too, but all thanks to him I got my asset back

@TPG_Telecom Whoever is thinking of changing to TPG…DONT!!! There service is terrible, they are not trustworthy. I was informed I will be receiving a modem, which I did not receive, TPG confirmed it was returned to them… Long story short - i was still charged $612.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Internode, I've been with them since 2003. Wonderful support people. They are owned by iiNet now, but operate independently.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom With TPG for 10 years now and last 5 NBN in Melb metro. Have not had any issues. However if you can get 5G coverage, speed is almost as good as NBN

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with iiNet and Internode (business connections).. both are excellent (both are now part of TPG).. all my problems except a very technical one about IPv6 have been NBN problems blaming everyone else and trying to hide their own failings.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom The IPv6 technical issue I had a senior support team member (and probably the most knowledgeable in Internode) calling me and we going through the issue together for about 4 weeks.. in the end called a colleague in the USA in to help.. work around was needed, not their fault.
