@TPG_Telecom you know what's really funny? Being told to be more understanding bc your technicians WFH after I told you repeatedly I also WFH. At least they have internet & get paid. Meanwhile, your paying customer wastes hrs each day calling you. Where is your understanding?

@TPG_Telecom What a pathetic service we are experiencing. It is been a month but no resolution, long hold for 3 hours still no resolution. The customer service is pathetic. A tech came to our place and doesn’t understand where and what to install. All are data is finishing off

@DodoAustralia is terrible. First of all, it's a massive pain to get set up and takes weeks even though they said it'd be much quicker. Now that I'm set up, it literally doesn't work at all! Avoid! Go with @TPG_Telecom
