@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom I've had to calm by Dad down from the ramparts of "class action law suit" as I feel like it should be able to resolved commercially - but it is a last resort. I'll see if we can get a shibboleet.

@the_scotsman_ @TPG_Telecom Actually I am pretty happy with the service. I am on a 50MB* plan and have been gifted a x4 boost for 6 months. Thats what I am appreciative of. Never has issues, never have drop outs its been sweet since I signed up. I would like this as an ongoing speed for the same $ though :P

I’ve been in contact with @TPG_Telecom several times over the past 24 hours, and haven’t had help. I call-then get hung up on by your team consistently when they pull up my address-I need the internet I pay for to work. no one @tpg seems to care. thinking of switching providers.

@TPG_Telecom I feel for you nice staff overseas that have to put up with people like me waiting for a solution, I know a number of other TPG customers with the same issue! I’ve also heard that you continue to bill whilst this isn’t resolved. It’s the worst #CustomerExpereince I have ever exp
