I went to @TPG_Telecom's service status to check but nothing wrong. Switched off/on computer -twice, switched off/on router -twice. Hop to Twitter and search "@TPG_Telecom" and find others there have issues and TPG responds to each. Just put it on your darn service status page!

@TPG_Telecom can you at least give us a time frame when we can expect service to be restored? We are all working from home, internet is essential. Repeating you are aware of the issue isn't really that helpful.

@TPG_Telecom what’s going on with your DNS servers tonight I’m sick of the disconnections over the past 3 months from no internet to can’t even watch Netflix on 1080p to times you cant load a webpage I’m paying $80 a month past 3 months has been trash service

@TPG_Telecom can you give us an ETA on it being resolved? or even what the issue is? also what about reimbursements? because of covid people are forced to work from home relying on their internet for income, you have potentially cost thousands in work loss.
