@jessmcguire @TPG_Telecom to anticipate stuff they might ask - is it worse at certain times of the evening - does it stay terrible if you connect to your router via cable (otherwise they might blame your wifi)

@TPG_Telecom Ever since i recieved a mail from you, claiming to have upgraded and bumped up my internet connection and speed, i have had a hard time using the service. Refreshing my mail now takes 5-10mins. Can i please have my old connection back? I no longer want your upgrade
