@TPG_Telecom It’s ok. I’m cancelling all my accounts with you guys and going to another provider. I’ve lost 2 hrs and no one can tell me why I don’t have internet. I’ve lost sales since 8am this morning. Your customer service is a joke

Please help @TPG_Telecom . a couple of days ago you proised me compensation for the disruption to the adsl and phone line. and today you charge my credit card. disgusted. My elderly mother is beside herself unable to make or receive calls.

@TPG_Telecom please I really have to get my head around this. Why , when there is a serious outage with tpg you don't admit it online ? You merely sit back and blame @NBN_Australia . There has been an internet failure in this area and your denying it. Which means your lying.
