@TPG_Telecom You might need to got back to internal trial periods... If the solution is to get the customer to reset their Modem back to default setting and then re-configuring their setup.. What happens when the trial ends.. Will I need to reset the modem again ?

@TPG_Telecom Ever since i recieved a mail from you, claiming to have upgraded and bumped up my internet connection and speed, i have had a hard time using the service. Refreshing my mail now takes 5-10mins. Can i please have my old connection back? I no longer want your upgrade

@TheoKyrillidis @TPG_Telecom It's @TPG_Telecom. You need to jump through a few hoops, do a little dance, know the secret handshake and password, call three times, hold for 20 minutes, and speak with customer service agents in at least four different countries.
