.@TPG_Telecom had really let me down. I’m self employed and being on the internet is my literal job. I stream on twitch on the weekends and my uploads speed is less than 1mb... probably due for a change. What are some good internet providers?

@TPG_Telecom It's a general query that you could put through to your ops people, I'm not seeking support for my phone. Thanks

@TPG_Telecom they finally called me *after* 24 hrs... &they said it's an NBN issue so they don't know when the technician can come to me to fix the problem. going with a smaller company is at least better because they address urissues straight away rather than put u out of a job for 2 days

@TPG_Telecom hourly dropouts yet again. This has been going on for two years. Any time I try to fix I get the same old call centre support that provides no long term fix. Send a technician out at once! Not good enough!

@TPG_Telecom That is circular - I have already asked them. I need it to move. Not to be escalated etc, We have poor mobile phone service so the quicker it is online the sooner we can stay connected.. no phone no ability for you to call..
