.@TPG_Telecom you said on Thursday that I would be receiving a modem in 2 business days. Today is Tuesday, and the courier tells me it was only dispatched yesterday and will be received Thursday. What is your problem?

@NBN_Australia @AAPTHQ @TPG_Telecom could be the worst customer service combo in history. Their service is as crap as the rotten cables they run into our houses. Avoid them both if you can (and I know NBN is a monopoly). Retweet if you have had bad service from NBN.

@TPG_Telecom Thanks @TPG_Telecom, so your suggesting that your service status page is ineffective and not fit for purpose. Good to know. Ive also taken note that I now need to manage your supplier relationships as TPG isn't interested in doing it. Appreciate the update. No eta for recovery?

@TPG_Telecom Yeh, I really don't think you do. I get that your job is to placate but there's just no excuse for this length of outage. The issue is clear cut and could have been resolved long ago had someone cared enough.
