  So disappointed with @TPG_Telecom. I’ve been a customer for ten years and can’t believe how shabby their customer service has gotten. Guess it’s off to @Optus for our NBN needs

  @TPG_Telecom TPG my internet FTTN died about midnight. I jumped on 4G and found I couldn't log into the account (time out). My guess gremlins at the accounts / login.

  It’s 1:03 pm. it’s been 3hrs that my internet has stopped working. @TPG_Telecom says on their website that NBN HFC customers may experience problems with internet due to unplanned outage categorised as CRITICAL! @NBN site says ‘All good at my address.’ Who’s telling porkies(lies)

  .@TPG_Telecom with the outage in NBN, at least look into increasing internet data for those of us with mobiles to make up for this, please.
