    @TPG_Telecom service in kedron 4031 has been dropping out continuously since we set it up a week ago. Paying for an unusable service - not happy being given the nbn runaround by support either

    @TPG_Telecom Yes reset the router as you suggested and didn’t work. Had to re set the NBN box as well. Still not impressed with 48hrs outage. Actively looking at other providers.

    @TPG_Telecom 2nd time you sent me a link to verify and it does not work. Better call me and fix my issue. Really frustrating

    @TPG_Telecom Morning, my home 5G internet is very slow. Getting 2-15mbps... Should be around 100mbps. Tried rebooting and resetting modem.

    @TPG_Telecom my home internet is down for more than 48 hrs now. Your staff said it should be back 8pm last night but that didn’t happen. Now you said there will be another outage tomorrow. What is going on???

    @TPG_Telecom I switched to TPG and you guys have been great. It’s my former carrier Telstra who have sent me two modems after I’ve left them. No problem at all with TPG
