@Costy_06 @TPG_Telecom I’m thinking of heading that way myself Nick. We’ve been having intermittent issues for almost a month. Have actually needed to buy a 4G modem so I can keep working thru the regular dropouts/slowdowns. Giving them one last chance to sort this out before I jump ship.

@TPG_Telecom literally worst service. Was told by a technician we would be getting a new modem in FEBRUARY. It never come and now the useless customer service people can’t come up with an answer. Have also upgraded my bundle and you were pretty quick to take the money for that!!!

@TPG_Telecom There is clear evidence of outages in SA. When I called support, I was told there is not NBN or TPG outage in my area and its the nbn box that is the issue. Not happy with being lied to and the poor quality of the customer support

@TPG_Telecom Great. I’m leaving Australia for good this December. I want to know how to stop my service by December 10th. How early should I ask for suspension? What to do?

@TPG_Telecom I’m a customer since 2010. Your relocation service is still the same thing: complicated and slow. Internet should be as easy and quick to connect as electricity.

@TPG_Telecom Finally, my internet is up and running now. But, still have a issue with the phone line. One of the technicians already raised a case. Hope it will be fixed.
