    @TPG_Telecom Turning router off and on again. Improved speed initially then when down to 60 Mbps on a 250 Mbps plan. Frustratingly terrible. I’ll see if it improves tomorrow

    Hi @TPG_Telecom I don't know what's happening for the last few days. Internet has been on and off, but today is worse. It is disconnected not. Could you please check and fix it.

    @TPG_Telecom NBNco planned maintenance ended 6 hours ago. No known outages or service interruptions. TPG looked into and passed on to engineers. How are the Engineers going? Have they made progress? Daughter is missing out on vital school work right now due to at home isolation.

    @TPG_Telecom the worst customer service and internet provider. My service gets deleted without my consent. I get bounced around from operator to operator (based overseas) getting told the same story. No internet for 6 days. Can’t wait to change providers.

    @TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina We’ve had FIVE ‘planned maintenance’ outages in less than a month. Contact them to demand having days affected struck from the bill. Also we have the Australian telecom ombudsmen investigating them. Lodge a complaint with that crowd bc this will keep happening. TPG is Sketchy
