And can’t access my account to see what’s going on, run a speed test, or log a fault. Also no 24/7 support for tech issues. What is going on?

Carl Sev (@Carlsev21) reported@TPG_Telecom my NBN service has been shocking since latest repairs in the area. All streaming services are glitchy and cut out (music and video). Zoom etc is now barely useable.

Kirk (@kackles74) reportedGot rid of Telstra and Foxtel and signed up with @TPG_Telecom and they have been awesome. Fixed the problem Telstra couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Internet purring like a kitten. They have RANG ME 5 times to check how things are going and had an NBN tech out to my place within a week. 👍
