    @TPG_Telecom Internet not working for 2nd day. Called customer care - nbn outage but no resolution date. Wanna suspend the connection - not possible to suspend in tpg. Wanna close the connection - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

    @TPG_Telecom 10 days and counting for modem delivery... unacceptable by any standard and more so pathetic customer support ..they too are lost..no resolution yet.. no firm date of delivery..

    Avoid @TPG_Telecom if you can. This is a company with a " i don't care" attitude for their customer, nonchalant,unresponsive
