    @TPG_Telecom Been having issues with our internet for the past 2 days. Speeds are fine but all wifi devices are experiencing bad packet loss (sometimes hitting 100% loss) and is causing problems with logging in to online services. Any help?

    @TPG_Telecom hi there why is that the wifi connection is so slow today I couldn’t even watch YouTube on my tv, I did the speed test and it’s normal,

    @TPG_Telecom what is wrong with you guys, I disconnected my NBN connection from you (username-sadri1987) and I was charged 33.67 dollars. i spoke with you customer service team on 19th Augu and they told me no such deduction will happen
