    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.
