Need internet provider advice. I’m over @TPG_Telecom non existent service and cancelling the wrong accounts. I’m looking at @AussieBroadband. Any feedback or other recommendations would be appreciated. Preferably a company that doesn’t outsource overseas

Please help @TPG_Telecom engineering very helpful, but now got put back in the queue with 1 hour waiting time. My problem almost resolved. But mum won't have a phone line for 2 weeks and she needs her phone for medical reasons
