@Aussie_BB continue to say it is not their problem and that there is nothing they can do. At no point do they even bother sending anybody out to look. I tell them I'm cancelling going with another provider. As an experiment, I go with the worst ISP I can think of: @TPG_Telecom

@TPG_Telecom just noticed my email client (thunderbird) isn't downloading new messages from the server. Seems to have stopped around the 24th of last month. I can't figure out why. Any known issues?

So I go through the connection process with @TPG_Telecom. As usual, they send out a technician. The technician goes down to the basement to look at the MDF. And Bob's your uncle, I have internet within a matter of minutes.
