  @TPG_Telecom tried technical support for wifi range issue ,automatic system does not sllow even call to be connected . Need help . Wifi coverage is a serious problem .

  @NBN_Australia has failed to provide service to 4064 Brisbane and is now having to dig up the road. That doesnt stop @TPG_Telecom charging full whack for part service. Taxation without representation by @PaulFletcherMP

  @TPG_Telecom I try to change DNS setting on my computer but no help. The Web site is good，I can reach it by Optus mobile net.

  @TPG_Telecom haven’t had service all day. No support on helpline and told to use app. Registered a fault eight hours ago and no response. Will I have to wait till Monday for a response?

  @TPG_Telecom low speed and drop off frequently, interrupted service, poor network quality! the only thing good at is charging, no deduction for no service days and will be charging when you switching provider when already outside contract. Hard to believe such term in place.

  @TPG_Telecom I can't access weibo on the TPG network. Is something wrong on your router? Router ip 203.221.3.4 can you please check?
