Anyone else experiencing internet issues today around Bondi. My @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia dropped out randomly and even my 4G is super slow. Any known network issues going on?

Having problems with the relocation of my NBN with @TPG_Telecom - when I try and ask questions about the NBN installation or my service, the call centre staff become quite rude. It’s like they are reluctant to answer my questions. Would be nice to speak to someone who can help.

@PrimcessPamcake @TPG_Telecom I'm mad at them Pamcake and I hate how internet and cable companies treat customers because they have have a stranglehold on access. You pay monthly for service and only get credits if the outage is longer than 6 hours! 🤬🤬🤬
