@TPG_Telecom @sachi_sam The TPG service status page had up an outage alert for the Rockdale area. This vanished because the estimated restoration time was exceeded. The issue is still unresolved and no update has been given even 4 days later.

@TPG_Telecom @sachi_sam The NBN co page, regretfully, isn't up to date with the latest info. Additionally, and I'm sure this is a shared frustration: There needs to be a way to check unresolved issues on your status page. 1/2

@TPG_Telecom I'm unable to. My concern is that a high priority alert was removed from the TPG status page without a resolution (when other high priority alerts got them). I'm sure you can appreciate how this causes confusion and results in time being wasted.

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I've experienced an issue with the supplied router and NBN connection box not turning on after the thunderstorm yesterday evening. I believe it is a hardware issue as these don't turn on when plugged into other outlets where other devices work fine.
