    @TPG_Telecom just tried to enquire what I need to do to close internet account and customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Kept talking about alternatives when I was quite clear about why I’m closing the account (relocation). Now they say they need to call me back. Not happy.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi Could you please check the connectivity as it gets disconnected in between or gets lagged somehow. This issue is there for quite some time now.

    Such a palaver getting automatic top up and payments sorted with @TPG_Telecom after they changed their system. Husband is on his second call to get it sorted after the first support staff we spoke to said they had fixed our payment issues, but it's still not working!

    @TPG_Telecom We think auto payments is sorted now, but will DM if the latest fix by your call centre staff doesn't work.

    @TPG_Telecom Please refer to previous DMs, you already have my contact details. And if "your records" indicate that this service is performing at an acceptable level you clearly have systemic issues with your monitoring capability. Suggest raising a problem investigation for that also.

    @TPG_Telecom hey guys. You guys sent my mum a msg about coming out to see what the issue is with my modem. However my wifi is working fine atm. So I’ve cancelled it. However if it gets ****** again I’ll let yous know. Cheers

    @TPG_Telecom Yes, apparently some random time between 8.00-12.00, and I need to be here, awaiting their beck and call for an issue clearly outside of my premises. BTW - its now 9.40 and said NBN tech is yet to make contact.
