@TPG_Telecom If the issue on your end has reconfigured hardware etc. then that is still your issue if the initial issue has been sorted or not. What a waste of a day, I’ve ended up watching the Block for goodness sake

@TPG_Telecom Service is up now after the full night outage but still the service is bad now a days and keep getting kicked off every now and then and require RT s reset or system restart

@TPG_Telecom It still isn’t working. We need a better response than has been provided which is clearly a cut and paste (add name of person doing the cut and paste). There is thousands of people out of service by the looks of it

@TPG_Telecom Thanks Mel. As I mentioned right now the service is up and running fine since morning 9am around but we are noticing a lots of connection issues these days and service is very degraded compared to few months ago
