@TPG_Telecom Our FTTP internet in Melbourne has been down for the last couple of hours. No outages listed with you or @NBNCo in this area but it’s definitely down. Have rebooted everything multiple times. What’s happening?!

Wasted an hour on the phone y'day doing factory resets, spent over an hour 2day setting up router 2 how it needs 2 B 2 suit my network. 24 Hours later, same ****... Yesterday it was @ my end, today, u have proved yourself 2 b clowns

@TPG_Telecom @trentdimo Very frustrating, no internet for then a minute at a time! can’t visit your website to check for an outage, your app also won’t load and too top it off customer service won’t take any calls because of high volumes! So what now?? What the hell am I paying for?
