    @TPG_Telecom some really shoddy sales tactics and poor service from your team. Really unimpressed. Cold selling wireless internet to replace NBN to someone non technical and then not reverting back when you’ve been found out is plain criminal!

    @TPG_Telecom you are an absolute joke, rang today talked to 5+ people and still have no internet and you expect me to keep paying for something that you cut off for no reason, so un Australian, time for a new internet company🙌 customer service 0/10 unhappy 🖕

    @tpg_telecom anyone there? 42 mins on the phone trying to find out what’s going in with nbn, and counting…There’s no outage detected, but our connection is down. NSW, 2151

    @TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with your mobile phone call centre? Twice I've called - once was a callback, in which case I was called back, but there was just silence for 15 minutes. Next time, I chose to hold on and the call went through, but more silence with no response

    @TPG_Telecom really unhappy with your broadband customer "service". Your business is not for me sorry. Will be porting out this month when I find another ISP who does more for its customers.

    @TPG_Telecom I have had no internet for four days, i rang your ‘customer support’ who gave me a ticket number and said i would hear back in 24 hours and i have still heard nothing

    @TPG_Telecom Why has my business been so impacted by the changes that were put upon me by tpg when you changed my modem out? I was assured there would be no impact and business phone now returned after 5+ days down and now I can’t get WiFi from the new modem.
