    @TPG_Telecom r u guys down. The nbn outages say it’s all good but your call centre is 60 minutes wait time due to “high volume” of calls?? 2780

    Please help @TPG_Telecom engineering very helpful, but now got put back in the queue with 1 hour waiting time. My problem almost resolved. But mum won't have a phone line for 2 weeks and she needs her phone for medical reasons
