    @TPG_Telecom can you please help to resolve the issue pending with your engineering team for the last more than a week. Also, provide the escalation matrix where customers can approach to your leadership team. Really painful experience so far

    @TPG_Telecom has the worst customer services. Being customer for more than 5 years but you got get any support when require. Called more an 5 times and email 3-4 times but no solution yet.

    @TPG_Telecom My NBN and landline has not been working for over a week. The technician that came yesterday left without fixing the issue. The technician that was due to come today did not turn up. What needs to happen to resolve this issue?
