    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with iiNet and Internode (business connections).. both are excellent (both are now part of TPG).. all my problems except a very technical one about IPv6 have been NBN problems blaming everyone else and trying to hide their own failings.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I changed from Optus based Dodo to Telstra based Mate for phone and internet - great service so far.

    @TPG_Telecom I just had the most traumatic experience trying to connect my customer to the NBN. The hours we have spent with incompetent support it beyond words. We have evidence of manipulation and would appreciate if anyone e could help us lodge a complaint.

    Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent telco. Telstra are bloody awful. It seems that @TPG_Telecom are no better

    @TPG_Telecom The worst internet provider I have ever used. An absolute joke. I've been trying to get help for a week and the foreign call centre keeps stuffing it up
