    @TPG_Telecom Internet down since yesterday afternoon. Automated message when you call technical support basically says “get ******” and hangs up with no option to speak to someone. Can’t wait until your phones are back up so I can call and cancel my service.

    @TPG_Telecom @VirajLeanage Yep been unstable for 12 hours now. What is going on. Your Service Status page is returning bad gateway, I could't even get this tweet out first go because it dropped out. This should be an embarassment, but I know TPG doesn't give a toss.

    @TPG_Telecom internet has been down or frustratingly slow since yesterday. Woke up for work and its still down. Any updates on ETA of fix? Hard to WFH without internet

    @TPG_Telecom also tried to call you last night at 9pm and was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally gave up. Customer service fail.
