    @TPG_Telecom my internet has dropped out 5 times in an hour this morning. Think I might stop paying my bill because this is an absolute joke and is an atrocious service and is not worth $80 a month.

    @TPG_Telecom Thank you Basil, I was also transferred 4 times today and then hung up on when I tried calling during the day. I normally get great & prompt service from TPG.

    @TPG_Telecom how does your @VodafoneAU business model of refusing to sell phones to customers help with your profitability?  What do your shareholders think about the value you create for them with this business model?

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve been through this countless times since November and like I said, I’m not wasting more time on it. As soon as the first month is up I’m closing my account with TPG. The “service” you and @NBN_Australia have provided has been shockingly bad. Never again.

    @Optus you probably should pay @VodafoneAU/@TPG_Telecom a commission for all the people they send to you due to their failure to provide customer service. Just saying.

    @TPG_Telecom I have a problem with these messages is the ease how spammers can send messages and it has been going on for a while. How do I block all direct messages?

    @TPG_Telecom Our land line and NBN has not been working since yesterday. I called support this morning and was told that technical team will work out and call or text you. Since then there's still no internet, phone line and no contact.
