You can’t check/manage your mobile plan through @TPG_Telecom’s mobile app. Sounds like table stakes features, but their support forums are filled with disgruntled users and years of “its not compatible but it’s coming”.

Massive thunder nearby earlier to day and now the Internet is down; @TPG_Telecom tech support on overload; hopefully I will get to talk to a human in 30 minutes or so!

I can’t make phone calls because when @TPG_Telecom set up @definatalie'sphone last month they switched my phone to their new system, but they screwed up the payments. It will take 3-5 business days to process a direct debit to fix it. Or I can pay a credit card fee to fix it now.
