@TPG_Telecom Unreliable provider, unreliable internet. I don’t know why I have to complain so much. Nothing ever changes with TPG. Just constant drop outs and bad service.

@TPG_Telecom Over 3 weeks that I signed the NBN plan, and still not working, 3 NBN technician and 2 TPG came home and couldn’t fix my problem. When I got the plan I paid 89,99 and today they charged me 79,99. Today I finally decided to cancel and I hope at least I can get refund.

@TPG_Telecom I was told the issue will be escalated. Can I provide some feedback about your phone reps? They should listen to customers more closely. They all seemed quite eager to pass off the call to the next rep without confirming that they understand what the customer's issue is.

@TPG_Telecom I'm already on the best nbn tier - FTTP - and I'm still getting issues with your service. I can't imagine how it's like for your FTTN users. If TPG can't or won't resolve this issue speedily, I won't think twice about moving to more expensive RSPs with better customer support.
