@TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with your mobile phone call centre? Twice I've called - once was a callback, in which case I was called back, but there was just silence for 15 minutes. Next time, I chose to hold on and the call went through, but more silence with no response

@TPG_Telecom It has not worked the two times I've moved and both times I've had to be contacted. Unfortunately it was a very long call to get to not sending me a modem. I've already got a bundle of unopened TPG, Optus and Telstra devices I've been sent over the years and never needed. 😓

@TPG_Telecom Social media is an excellent way to get assistance from companies but I guess TPG is living in the 90s, every company I am with I can contact them on their website for help and get it, you no long offer this service and in turn people have to ring and stay on hold for hours

  • ab_lather Abhishek Lather (@ab_lather) reported

@TPG_Telecom You guys are worst of the worsts. I am experiencing loss of clients only because of your **** service, even your customer service on phone is disaster.

  • David_J_Harley David J Harley (@David_J_Harley) reported

@TPG_Telecom Umm, interfering with telecommunications equipment would be illegal wouldn't it? I got in enough trouble cutting back Lantana on council property, I don't want any more stupid issues like that. Shame the LNP chose to go cheap. How good is ****** internet!
