@Costy_06 @TPG_Telecom I’m thinking of heading that way myself Nick. We’ve been having intermittent issues for almost a month. Have actually needed to buy a 4G modem so I can keep working thru the regular dropouts/slowdowns. Giving them one last chance to sort this out before I jump ship.

  • OEFlores Orlando E. Flores (@OEFlores) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom Great. I’m leaving Australia for good this December. I want to know how to stop my service by December 10th. How early should I ask for suspension? What to do?

@TPG_Telecom is there any chance of getting my internet not to drop out consistently everyday? The wait time on your support number is a joke...

  • _carlos_felipe Carlos Felipe (@_carlos_felipe) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom I’m a customer since 2010. Your relocation service is still the same thing: complicated and slow. Internet should be as easy and quick to connect as electricity.
