@Telstra @TPG_Telecom ...were supposed to do, in a reasonable time frame. This mythical 'Covid Excuse' for 1000% piss-poor service, is just that, AN EXCUSE! Almost 3 months...THREE MONTHS... to do a basic number port from one provider to another!!! As you can see, I've lost my patience! 3/-

@TPG_Telecom your service has been down for at least 4 hours. NBN is fine and your IVR simply states that they apologise. No human to talk to. Can you at least provide a public message about what is wrong and what is the ETA? This is poor service.

@TPG_Telecom seriously what a joke of a company you guys are. I just recieved a txt that theres nothing wrong with my service and it was my modem. Except it dropped out 9 times yesterday using the tpg modem and that was when i noticed it.
