@TPG_Telecom This morning a truck ripped out the overhead copper line to my house and I no longer have internet. Support keeps wanting to do tests on the line, but my house isn't connected to anything obviously

@TPG_Telecom pushing aggressively change from @NBN_Australia to @VodafoneAU #5G broadband. I am NOT changing the reliability of a wired network to an aerial connection. Don't wanna be walking around the flat trying to find a signal. Especially when its for TPG's benefit only

Hey @TPG_Telecom I just spent 1 hour in a queue only to be put on hold again & have it cut out (ironic given your line of work). This is after a week of waiting to hear back re the internet I'm paying for but cant use. I will cancel my account if someone doesnt get in touch asap
