    Hey @TPG_Telecom , I am having my two 5g Home internet services down in the same area in second week in raw and your team is saying that there is no outage or problems from your end. Seriously.

    @TPG_Telecom Gmail support is non existent, its community based at best. Blocking an IP range from the biggest email provider in the world isnt a viable solution. I expect thisll only have people migrate away from your services especially considering it impacts biz. Thats 1.2 billion people.

    @TPG_Telecom Ref no 12665960 still not sorted .Still no action despite matter being escalated to engineering department ..Horrible customer support .

    @TPG_Telecom recently moved house, has been over a week and still no internet. Was on the phone with an engineer who was assisting me and he transferred me to customer service 2 minutes before his department closed with my issue unresolved
