  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is too dear. I'm looking for a telco that uses their network but offers better deals.

  • blue_sti Ivor Carr ✳️✳️ (@blue_sti) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Been through all the majors, Aussie Broadband is so far delivering the service I expect

  • Nikbeat63 Nik I (@Nikbeat63) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom None are good, I have been with Vodafone for some time now and I have only had a couple of billing issues over the years that were quickly resolved. I also have a Telstra pre-paid for when I travel away from the east coast.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom As well, last mobile contract the sales guys talked me into some crap I didn't really need and that wasn't good value. As well as a Samsung S10, which turned out to be well below, say, a Google Pixel in speed, and way up on annoyances.

  • MatthewTerpase gregs omsprmo (@MatthewTerpase) reported

@5roosters @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Too bad! Y'all should be more careful out here; well the good news is #dexter_crackz on Instagram will be able to help you out with recovery and refunds. I was victimized too, but all thanks to him I got my asset back

  • GrandPo39236565 Grand Poobah (@GrandPo39236565) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Still using Telstra infrastructure, but it would be nice to get some service for a change.

  • eddielechat Nelle 🏝🌋🏄🍹 (@eddielechat) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Have been with Amaysim for mobile phone for eight years with no problems at all. Looking to move from Optus for internet. Have been poor for many years. The nightmare of changing email address has kept us welded on. Unlike some others, Optus does not provide email-only service.

  • Melbologi MzNope 🌻🌈 (@Melbologi) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is monstrous. When my Telstra contract ended, I switched to Vodafone. 6 months and I've had no problems 🍻

  • eddielechat Nelle 🏝🌋🏄🍹 (@eddielechat) reported

@dboyrees @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom They are, so sometimes signal in rural areas is patchy, but compared to Telstra with whom I struggled to get a signal in my outer Melbourne metro kitchen, they’re better!

  • michael_reid_IT Michael Reid (@michael_reid_IT) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom @launtel You can provision a free 7 day trial - if you have FTTP, that can be provisioned on a separate UNI-D port on your NBN box so you don't even have to cancel your existing service. Set it up, move your router to it (or plug in a different router) and use it.
