@TPG_Telecom is the Tiger Air of internet providers. You're sucked in by the bargain price but you don't take into account the cost of the therapy required after being abandoned at the proverbial airport by their customer service.

Do I need a new router (frankly after years of me paying for abysmal connectivity, surely @TPG_Telecom should replace for free?) Or, does anyone around Brunswick East have a provider they recommend? I just need internet, no phone service add ons etc just decent reliable internet

@TPG_Telecom so tried to find out what's happening with my nbn service as it's currently not available at my new place, no one answerd my questions and after the 3rd transfer they randomly hung up on me. I work from home and need more than 55gb SIM card

@TPG_Telecom Nope. Not bothering with going this again, sorry bud. We go through this exact interaction with no resolution at least once a year after which I just try to tolerate the poor connectivity until I get mad on Twitter again. Thanks anyway tho Basil, I know yer just doing yer job 🙏🏻

Our internet connection has been down for 29 days and counting... 8 techs have been out and no resolution. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom , sort this out. This is ridiculous.
