    @TPG_Telecom NBN is down in Cranbourne. While it's not showing up on the NBN outage website, haven't been able to access the Internet for 1/2 hour now

    @TPG_Telecom Is there an update on the outage? Wanted to ask since the link you provided hasn't provided an update since the one posted at 11:43am & my NBN service is still down.

    @TPG_Telecom The Service Status page on your website states that the outage has been 'resolved'. However, I can tell you my NBN connection is still off-line 12 hours after the outage started (2/2)

    @TPG_Telecom Are you aware of issues regarding sending incorrect data usage for mobile plans? I got texts saying I was charged for excess data usage, followed by barred data - but the account portal shows no such thing

    @TPG_Telecom Network maintenance is great- when it runs completely through the work day, 3 days in a row during lockdown. How smart 😑😑😑 good riddance to such a lousy company
