    @TPG_Telecom & @NBN_Australia why does Eltham, VIC have no service when there are no power outages in the area? Ausnet have confirmed all power is on in the area.

    @TPG_Telecom you are an absolute joke, rang today talked to 5+ people and still have no internet and you expect me to keep paying for something that you cut off for no reason, so un Australian, time for a new internet company🙌 customer service 0/10 unhappy 🖕

    @reesessippi @TPG_Telecom I am having the same issue with the service cutting in and out, I have now gone to my mobile hot spot for my pc, doesn't help with parents watching netflix

    @TPG_Telecom I talked to 5 people yesterday on the phone and still no internet so trust me when I say this customer service is very poor and unhelpful I'll take it further myself , I don't need to talk to a 6 person just to get no where, tpg is a joke 100% should of left years ago

    @TPG_Telecom It has not worked the two times I've moved and both times I've had to be contacted. Unfortunately it was a very long call to get to not sending me a modem. I've already got a bundle of unopened TPG, Optus and Telstra devices I've been sent over the years and never needed. 😓
