Please help @TPG_Telecom engineering very helpful, but now got put back in the queue with 1 hour waiting time. My problem almost resolved. But mum won't have a phone line for 2 weeks and she needs her phone for medical reasons

Wow.. So the issue with my internet is the router.. And @TPG_Telecom is like.. Nah you pay for a new one.. Even though it's our faulty equipment that's caused you to lose the service you are paying for.. So I ******* have to go buy a new router after I lost $400 on my old one

Please help @TPG_Telecom . a couple of days ago you proised me compensation for the disruption to the adsl and phone line. and today you charge my credit card. disgusted. My elderly mother is beside herself unable to make or receive calls.

@TPG_Telecom my connection has gone down again today, and the last time it went down was two days ago. I've lodged faults in the app, but these issues seem to be happening more and more often. I rely on stable internet for my job. Please help and fix these issues!
