    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.

    @Internode So, @TPG_Telecom have given me the business support number (not available on the internode site) and transferred me through. How do your residential support people now know this number?

    @sapphirereport @TPG_Telecom It has been happening in my area too but there is no firm action by @TPG_Telecom other than false confirmation that issue was fixed by NBN.
