    Hate to be this person but @TPG_Telecom have charged me 612 dollars for a non-return fee for a modem they never delivered. I was told two weeks ago by two different people from TPG that the charge would never leave my account. It did.

    @TPG_Telecom very worst customer service. Your CS neither help nor talk respectfully. They speak very rudely. Ridiculous! I'll never take this internet at any cost. If you don't have prpper customer service who will be interested to join. Please train your customer service reps.

    @TPG_Telecom Why is my Net down ..Unable to Work as suddenly the net has no service .. I called your contact centre and the person says she has escalated 12437167for a fix ASAP..Seems its time to look for another provider #HARRASSMENT

    Having terrible experience with @TPG_Telecom. 3 times they’ve said they’ll call us back and didn’t. Told us they can’t get our wifi set up for a month, but that we need to pay for that whole month. We are ready to switch. Anyone know another internet provider in Melbourne 3011?
