@TPG_Telecom on hold for an hour only to talk to a representative who says she’s connecting me to technical support where I’m on hold for another fifteen minutes before giving up. Our internet has been off for two days. ******* fix it. Pricks.

Such a palaver getting automatic top up and payments sorted with @TPG_Telecom after they changed their system. Husband is on his second call to get it sorted after the first support staff we spoke to said they had fixed our payment issues, but it's still not working!
