@the_scotsman_ @TPG_Telecom Actually I am pretty happy with the service. I am on a 50MB* plan and have been gifted a x4 boost for 6 months. Thats what I am appreciative of. Never has issues, never have drop outs its been sweet since I signed up. I would like this as an ongoing speed for the same $ though :P

@TPG_Telecom So you’ve tested it and know there is an issue, someone called to say an engineer with be in contact yet I haven’t received a call? As I have told you 3 times, this needs to be fixed by tomorrow so i am able to work. Please get this sorted. Very poor service from TPG

@TPG_Telecom no NBN, no answer on your phone since 10am, logged a ticket on your app, no response. Sent message on messenger got a response asking for phone number but no call. Very disappointed, been without NBN for nearly 24hrs! Customer service is unacceptable!

Big props to @TPG_Telecom for sorting out Vibewire and solving our non-install issue. They defended us against the dodgy install crew.
