@TPG_Telecom Have checked all of these things, this isn’t my first rodeo. Is there no outage on your end or what? Could do without the pointless run around.

I go online to find a solution. I can't. I call Customer Service. So far, I've been waiting on the phone for 45 mins. It appears @TPG_Telecom can spare no expense or effort to get their money, but invest in enough staff at Customer Service? Nah. Takes away from profits, right?

I get my @NBN_Australia through @Internode in Fitzroy. On 13 March my IPv6 connectivity (set up correctly in my router and working since June 2020) stopped. I suspect a back-end problem with parent company @TPG_Telecom. Anyone with the same problem?

@swyx @TPG_Telecom Check if your ISP is doing maintenance. If not, speak to them about your intermittent connection - as they can usually check for signal-noise ratio which can cause disconnects.
