    @TPG_Telecom are your servers down? Or are we getting punished in the community for not being impressed that without a price reduction our upload speeds are being reduced ? Australia has some of the most expensive internet in the world - we should be gaining speed !

    @TPG_Telecom I'm having the same problem. I also checked my address at the link you provided and it said my area is not affected, but I still can't connect to the internet.

    @TPG_Telecom Is there an issue with TPG FTTB routing ADE-SYD at the moment? Your network status shows no issues. 70ms + 10% loss to syd

    @TPG_Telecom Replacement order is OK, however my existing internet is being deactivated by TPG. Who is going to take this responsibility of my loss time without internet, as the deliveries are not same day. Why service been disconnected without new modem not being received yet.

    @TPG_Telecom you were a week late in connecting my service when I moved home and now you've throttled my speed despite my plan being unlimited! I can't even call your helpdesk until it opens at 8am. Your service is appalling, reactionary and treats customers as an afterthought.
