    @TPG_Telecom Perhaps your engineering & provisioning teams should review NBN technician’s notes. Aside from physical changes to wiring to remove some earthing (within tolerance already), it seems clear this was setup incorrectly, throttling wise, & hence service relative to contract.

    @TPG_Telecom it’s BS you guys charge for a intermittent internet at best then blame NBN! Then NBN blame you??? How is anyone getting a good service??? I’m just getting ripped off! I could put 30 pics of my **** service & still nothing! Australia 53rd to Nigeria.

    My internet speed sucks today with endless lag and drop-outs, yet the @TPG_Telecom speed test and @Speedtest both say my connection is strong and steady. Life is a struggle.

    @TPG_Telecom Got message yesterday saying internet maintenance will take place on 05/05. Internet went down at 0020 this morning. Again. And can’t access my account to see what’s going on, run a speed test, or log a fault. Also no 24/7 support for tech issues. What is going on?
