    @TPG_Telecom are your servers down? Or are we getting punished in the community for not being impressed that without a price reduction our upload speeds are being reduced ? Australia has some of the most expensive internet in the world - we should be gaining speed !

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    Tpg Telecom @TPG_Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.
