Oh! And our shared telecommunications pits (three) are completely flooded. Intermittent service now... So frustrating!! So irresponsible of site manager. FYI: @DBYD1100 @DialBYD @Telstra @Optus @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom @FrankstonCity #MainsWater #Damage #BuildingWorks

I am super surprised to experience the quality of broadband in (or around) Sydney -- it still gets disconnected at least 5 times a week. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom, I'd highly recommend you both to get a better management because it sucks and it really does.

@TPG_Telecom Interesting. I don’t understand how the line went down but I will wait for the investigation. I guess this problem is a stronger symptom of what I reported the other day (very slow connection)

Y’know, it’d be really cool if @TPG_Telecom DIDN’T cut out every single time I want to stream Netflix or play games online, or do anything that requires an always-on internet connection that we pay for.

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.
