Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

I know its going down briefly again anyway on the 7th and 8th for maintenance but this is just outrageous. Iโve lost hours of work because of this. How are you Telco going to compensate?
