    @TPG_Telecom Hi yes slow on my wife phone and same on my phone, couldn’t make videos calls, slow on tv slow on my computer cables connected but I did the Speedtest on my pc and it shows normal speeds,

    @TPG_Telecom Hi TPG, I was with without NBN for 7 days due to your faulty equipment and you have only given a credit for one day of no service. After multiple emails and calls you still haven’t paid the remaining 6 days.

    @TPG_Telecom - getting close to closing all the corporate accounts we have with you because of this issue - your mail servers are rejecting all emails from our domain with the error: 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited. support refuses to help as I don't have a res account
