    @TPG_Telecom @networkoutage My internet is again not working.Same thing happened last week and it’s again down today. I keep on getting the message that “You are not connected to internet “. The increase in the price is not justified because the service is not on point.

    ...I've heard so many people complain about it if this is how they operate! So we're being charged for a service that isn't being provided, been lied to and screwed around while trying to get it fixed -- AND @TPG_Telecom is increasing prices, to cap it all off. Wtaf??

    @TPG_Telecom My internet's down for the second consecutive time tonight. This is getting very concerning. I effectively do work at home, and I don't have the means to work at full capacity while using my phone as a USB tether.

    @TPG_Telecom what is wrong with you guys, I disconnected my NBN connection from you (username-sadri1987) and I was charged 33.67 dollars. i spoke with you customer service team on 19th Augu and they told me no such deduction will happen
