@michfmcdonnell @TPG_Telecom They generally don’t tell anyone. I called them up two days ago, and only then they sent me some messages to keep me updated. At one point, they told me an outage affecting over 80 of their customers had been resolved. It hasn’t.

  • howtoleaveamark clybes (@howtoleaveamark) reported

But I can't get any help because @TPG_Telecom have done nothing about it. So we're forced to use the service but can't actually get any support if the provider is incompetent?

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

@TPG_Telecom Thank you for getting back to me and I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and your services you provide over the years have been really great.

  • JayWright23 James Wright (@JayWright23) reported

@TPG_Telecom Wtf going on with my internet here in Melbourne? My wifi not working and I can’t watch my sport??

  • howtoleaveamark clybes (@howtoleaveamark) reported

@TPG_Telecom our NBN keeps dropping out but the site does not show any planned issues in Melbourne.. I'm in Fitzroy. Is this a known issue?

  • DCAU7 DC (@DCAU7) reported

@TPG_Telecom All good now, Daisy. Also, I sincerely apologise for being rude. The internet is fundamental to a few projects that I provide (for free), and loss of internet is a major thing and prevents a lot of things from happening. Cheers.

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately your app doesn't reflect this nor did you contact me. I've now spent the better part of today chasing this up. A crap customer experience? Absolutely!! The 'active connection' you mentioned is not my concern, and furthermore with iiNet - a company YOU OWN!!

  • cycycychry c money (@cycycychry) reported

@TPG_Telecom cannot make a call using your telecommunications tower. Fix this issue ASAP pls or I will switch providers and make calls 2 the Ombudsman using my HOME PHONE which will charge u $600 each complaint and I got time 2day

  • faysaltanim Faysal Tanim (@faysaltanim) reported

@TPG_Telecom I complained at 9.12pm.. it’s 1.23am already and I haven’t got internet back yet. This is nightmare. What has happened to you guys? If you can not provide service then please let us know ASAP so that I can decide to switch.

@TPG_Telecom Ive PM'd the details. This is the very last time I am trying. Uniti Wireless have offered me the same service with a guaranteed IP address registered in Australia for $10 a month cheaper
