@TPG_Telecom ive had no internet since 17/02, tried calling on both 17/2 and 18/2 on hold for over an hour. This is not good enough, can someone please contact me to fix this issue?!

Please help @TPG_Telecom engineering very helpful, but now got put back in the queue with 1 hour waiting time. My problem almost resolved. But mum won't have a phone line for 2 weeks and she needs her phone for medical reasons
