    @TPG_Telecom you have sent me a 60Gb SIM to compensate for a HFC network issue, yet there's no way to register this SIM or contact you. I was hung up twice after phoning for a total of 2 hours, private DMs are met with tumbleweeds, and promised callbacks never happen.

    @TPG_Telecom I had a scheduled cancellation for 8/2 as I’m moving home, but you appear to have cancelled the service a week early
