    @TPG_Telecom, I have no problem with technical issues, an NBN outage or whatever because these kinds of things happen. But disabling all your phone lines to avoid speaking with customers is wrong. Also, the interactive voice system didn’t help much tonight before dropping my call

    @dejapanda @TPG_Telecom 3630 - it's very unstable. Many years with tpg, had hardly any issues.

    @TPG_Telecom We are having internet issues in Melbourne since 20:30 tonight. I have tried to power off the modem and the NBN device but no luck. I am unable to access your status website as well. Is there an outage and if so how long will it take to restore
