    @TPG_Telecom Yes reset the router as you suggested and didn’t work. Had to re set the NBN box as well. Still not impressed with 48hrs outage. Actively looking at other providers.

    @TPG_Telecom service in kedron 4031 has been dropping out continuously since we set it up a week ago. Paying for an unusable service - not happy being given the nbn runaround by support either

    @TPG_Telecom 5g home broadband not working. Under 1mbps useless. Multiple calls to support with no fix for 2 weeks!! Horrible company #5g #internet #tpg
