    @TPG_Telecom Inner Melbourne, internet, pages not loading, really slow. Affected last 2-3 days, worse today.

    @TPG_Telecom my internet has been down for most of the afternoon today & most of the afternoon yesterday and it's dropping in and out constantly outside of that. Modem and wireless are working. Tried calling but after an hour and 20 minutes on hold gave up.

    @TPG_Telecom It will be one week since my 85 year old mother switched her mobile and internet to you. She has not had a phone service as you keep sending verification codes to activate her new sim to her old number. I repeat, she’s in her 80s. She has no phone. I have no
