    @TPG_Telecom any issue with the nbn service in Darwin - my internet just dropped out unexpectedly about 2 hrs ago. I have rebooted and reset everything - called the help desk to no avail yet - desk couldn’t help I keep getting dns server not responding I can connect to my router.

    @TPG_Telecom This have to stop... @NBN_Australia I was glad that net was back up earlier today just to get disconnected again hours later? how long this outage going to be this time around?? this actually affecting my work tremendously..

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia , I have raised and escalate this twice for the last couple of days, about an on-going issue for the last 7 days, I've been trying really hard to be understanding and give you guys time to resolve this issue, the fact that this outage still happening..

    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom can you please get to this issue please multiple outage within a week and still not permanently resolved yet.. this is absurd...

    @TPG_Telecom I am so disappointed at your useless customer service, I’ve been passed around from department to department, hung up on & have been placed on hold collectively for over 2 hrs all for a change of address transfer! I will be looking for alternate providers.

    @TPG_Telecom Day 8 - still no internet, still no progress. @NBN_Australia you guys are the worst!! Your only redeeming factor so far are the lovely people on your social media team doing their best to keep me informed about how no one is in a hurry to resolve our issue!
