Gave up on my previous providers #NBN speed and moved over to @TPG_Telecom #5G 8mths ago. Paid every bill on time and then missed one payment, called for a 6 day payment extension and was told you couldn't help! Working from home using mobile hotspot because TPG_Telecom #failed😠

@TPG_Telecom What’s not sustainable is companies exploiting everyday people for profit! Feels like maybe it’s time for a change considering the amount of drop outs for “emergency work” when your service is that unstable how can you justify this?

@TPG_Telecom How can a customer auto forward their TPG email to another email address? Your "post office" doesn't have an option for this.

@TPG_Telecom If that's the case then I will be advising this and future customers to avoid your email service and use the far superior a more secure @gmail or @Outlook and just redirect their tpg mail to that address. No IMAP, my Gods! You know it's the 2020's right?
