    @TPG_Telecom Internet down since yesterday afternoon. Automated message when you call technical support basically says “get ******” and hangs up with no option to speak to someone. Can’t wait until your phones are back up so I can call and cancel my service.

    @TPG_Telecom @catspyjamasnz It’s not timeouts for some browsing!!! It’s a major outage. No message re what is happening. No acknowledgement on phone support - “go to the website” (that I can’t access ). Pathetic service. Just tell us what is going on @TPG_Telecom so we can plan our days.

    @TPG_Telecom - anybody working in your call centre? Maybe a call back option when people are trying to get in touch with tech issues?

    @TPG_Telecom @VirajLeanage was working this morning, now flakey again. Your service status page gives a 504 error.

    @TPG_Telecom Is Sydney having internet issues? I’m in Maroubra 2035. When the internet is this slow my family abuse me. If they abuse me I cry and will start abusing you. Why so slow? What’s going on? When will it be fixed? Yes NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom internet is bad here in Pascoe Vale... what's up with that? All the "report fault" options cannot be found.
