@TPG_Telecom I am well prepared to sacrifice my entitlement as existing customer and give up on being charged for my monthly 4G Home Wireless Broadband of $49.99 in order to use my Black tp-link modem that I still have in my possession and return the Cube White 4G modem soon.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom My Dear Sir, I have never turned down an assistance from TPG to fix the problem. I did report that I was very happy with my previous tp-link 4G Black modem, and I did emphasised on the fact that if TPG insists on me using newly sent Cube White 4G modem we won't get anywhere.

@TPG_Telecom, your customer care centre, promised to respond to my enquiry during business hours. However, 4 business days have already passed since I asked for your support. I need a reliable and stable connection. I think you guys should improve your customer care. #horrible

@TPG_Telecom Thanks for the reply. Without IPv6 it is fraud to claim that you provide internet service. Plain and simple. So again, do you claim to provide internet service? And is that without IPv6?

  • DavidW2035 DavidW2035 (@DavidW2035) reported

@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Why the outage in Maroubra Junction tonight. We pay for a service. Where is the service?

  • rozywhitelight Roslyn Ellis (@rozywhitelight) reported

@TPG_Telecom Most have heen polite, but one guy Aarl I think his name was was rude. Now they say the technician is coming today again. I asked them to let him know the gate code but they wont. I have asked them for him to wear a mask as I am susceptible to covid, no real confirmation not hapy

  • isaacmcintyre Isaac McIntyre (@isaacmcintyre) reported

Okay what internet providers have pretty low dropout rates? Have been with @Aussie_BB and much love them and appreciate their attempts to fix issues, but outages only getting worse without resolution and I need connection for work. Was w/ @TPG_Telecom before & will never go back.

  • DariushSALEHI6 Dariush SALEHI (@DariushSALEHI6) reported

@TPG_Telecom There is no problem with White Cube modem, the issue is that the Black 4G tp-link modem has Wu-Fi 6 on it, therefore the signal distribution is enhanced and better for my home. I 'm not sure what would be the purpose of replacing for current Cube 4G modem in my possession?!
