@TPG_Telecom customer service literally the worse out there. We called about our internet being down for over 12 hours and all you do is make my mum reset the whole box and nothings been fixed.

@TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

The service was intermittent Wednesday morning & by Wednesday afternoon there was nothing. @TPG_Telecom I’ve had the nbn for a few months now and everytime it rains the internet cuts out. We’ve called support so many times and y’all just tell us to record when it happens. Literally everytime it rains. Fix this.
