    @TPG_Telecom Why is it that you TPG always stuff up somewhere and either slows down our internet or just cuts it off? Why? I’ve experienced way too many maintenances, disconnections for the past couple months. I’m sick and tired of it.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom you had a planned outage for my area on the 17th, it's the 19th today. NBN website indicates no outage. Please explain. Yes, I've rebooted the modem and reset the NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.
