  • Nikbeat63 Nik I (@Nikbeat63) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom None are good, I have been with Vodafone for some time now and I have only had a couple of billing issues over the years that were quickly resolved. I also have a Telstra pre-paid for when I travel away from the east coast.

  • RobynInTheStix Robyn 🇺🇦 #VoteYes #UnionThug (@RobynInTheStix) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Aussie broadband. BUT, if you have an infrastructure issue, none of them can help apart from getting NBNCo to fix it.

  • BongoBunki Pog Mo Thoin 🏴‍☠️🐀 (@BongoBunki) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Very happy with BOOST... ( 2nd tier Telstra wholesale user )... Half the price but still using the FULL Telstra network...

  • bymyers 😷 🌸Debby Myers 🇺🇦💙💛🌻 💉🌱🦜🦘🐨 (@bymyers) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Been with iiNet for years, was with AAPT before that until iiNet bought them. TPG now own iiNet as someone else said. No problems, had upgrade recently to Fibre to the kerb. We only use it for very limited internet though, not business use. Live outside Geelong Vic.

  • tweets3rdeye Sandy Watson (@tweets3rdeye) reported

@SmileyDeee @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Same (although iinet has been owned by TPA for awhile now). Touch wood I have never for over 30 years has to ring them (iinet own previously by ? but I kept continuous service). Any issue I have ever had has been the NBN, not my Retailer, that is iinet.

  • mattsparks88 Matt (@mattsparks88) reported

@TPG_Telecom Good morning, didnt end up doing the reboot modem/router with a good old fashion, switch off and then on - latency issues occurred. Hoping this does work - will let you know. I notice this more for online games than watching netflix

  • FKhnopff Ferdie Khnopff (@FKhnopff) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom It depends what you're after. Better customer service, user friendly access to your account, cheaper prices or access to a more reliable network? What is important to you? Each service is different as well. NBN is more likely to be about price. Mobile is about coverage.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is too dear. I'm looking for a telco that uses their network but offers better deals.

  • eddielechat Nelle 🏝🌋🏄🍹 (@eddielechat) reported

@dboyrees @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom They are, so sometimes signal in rural areas is patchy, but compared to Telstra with whom I struggled to get a signal in my outer Melbourne metro kitchen, they’re better!

  • Hadfickla Marilyn Hadfield (@Hadfickla) reported

@GeorgeL737 @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Coverage poor in regional areas?
