    @TPG_Telecom appreciate times are quite challenging for all right now, however, signal is so so slow and I can’t get hold of you online or on the phone. Trying to work from home is near impossible with this connection speed. Please contact me ASAP.

    I know this is a 1st world problem but it is impossible to work from home #staysafe when we have had inconsistent internet for 3 mths & no internet at all for 3days. @TPG_Telecom & @NBN_Australia are a disgrace. I have DM’d, called hotline, visited community site. No response!

    What a joke TPG support is... they have now moved to online “chat” for support but after 2 hours waiting still no response. Paying for 45mbps and lucky to be getting 2 to 3 MBPS. Would not recommend TPG at this time !!

    My home wifi won't work so I contacted @TPG_Telecom online to fix it but the tech support chat-box keeps dropping out and sending me back to the waiting list BECAUSE MY WIFI DOESN'T WORK... 😤😤😤
