    @TPG_Telecom Hi there, as a PAYING customer, is there any reason now after our little chat over 3hrs ago that still no 1 has bothered to get in touch or does this only happen if I stop my payments?

    We’re at the point where @TPG_Telecom says I need to make my landlord install new sockets. And won’t refund me for internet service I never received. In fact, they say I owe hundreds of dollars as an early termination fee. Avoid this company like the plague.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.

    Hey @TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Baulkham Hills area? Internet went down for over an hour now without any news or updates on either your and NBN sites.

    @ArkanNovakovic @TPG_Telecom TPG is the worst internet provider I’ve ever come across. I just cancelled my service. I’d prefer to pay money to never interact with the company again. #worstinternetproviderinaustralia

    Trying to get a satisfactory resolution from @TPG_Telecom is impossible. My @NBN_Australia is not working AGAIN, they follow a script and have no idea how to resolve the problem! Customer service is somewhat missing!!!

    @TPG_Telecom Except we had 40 upload which you changed without my permission and will be putting me back on after 3 TPG staff couldn’t help and 1.5hrs of phone call later I finally got onto an incredible retention officer who is fixing the problem. But thank you.
