@TPG_Telecom Last Tuesday we got our modem. We can’t connect it due to a issue you have to fix in our building. We have called several times!! We get transferred from department to department. Is Monday, are you guys gonna do something? Not having an answer is unacceptable

Got rid of Telstra and Foxtel and signed up with @TPG_Telecom and they have been awesome. Fixed the problem Telstra couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Internet purring like a kitten. They have RANG ME 5 times to check how things are going and had an NBN tech out to my place within a week. 👍

  • ThorinCom GiftWrapChic (@ThorinCom) reported

@TPG_Telecom Maybe you could improve in others areas like providing multiple payment options instead your stuck in the mud of direct debits or credit cards. What century are you stuck in? @7NewsAustralia or @9NewsAUS such a large service provider and ****** payment options #bpay #EFT

  • rajatdey2 rajat (@rajatdey2) reported

@TPG_Telecom is the worst mobile service probider in Australia .Their netwotk is very poor . DONY OPT . SHAMDLESS.

  • rask_leif Leif Rask (@rask_leif) reported

@TPG_Telecom Perhaps your engineering & provisioning teams should review NBN technician’s notes. Aside from physical changes to wiring to remove some earthing (within tolerance already), it seems clear this was setup incorrectly, throttling wise, & hence service relative to contract.

  • Carlsev21 Carl Sev (@Carlsev21) reported

@TPG_Telecom my NBN service has been shocking since latest repairs in the area. All streaming services are glitchy and cut out (music and video). Zoom etc is now barely useable.

@TPG_Telecom I have been a TPG customer for 10 years and I'm quite disappointed with how bad the service has become for even routine technical issues. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service and would recommend people stay well away, there are many better ISPs on offer.

  • ThelanderJill Jill Thelander (@ThelanderJill) reported

@TPG_Telecom it’s BS you guys charge for a intermittent internet at best then blame NBN! Then NBN blame you??? How is anyone getting a good service??? I’m just getting ripped off! I could put 30 pics of my **** service & still nothing! Australia 53rd to Nigeria.

  • rask_leif Leif Rask (@rask_leif) reported

The technician said that the line to my house was capped to theoretical max of 79Mbps but the service was throttled below this. Now it’s at 100Mbps (max 127Mbps vs 79Mbps on line) which is what I’ve been paying for all along. @TPG_Telecom - not impressed!
