After @TPG_Telecom pulling its **** today with their surprise NBN100 upload speed halving, I hope to christ someone, somewhere is looking at the viability of an @AmberElectricAU model for wholesale intermediary/direct-to-consumer/whatever it's called reseller of NBN.

@TPG_Telecom cst service is disgusting being told to wait an hour so after waiting over an hour to speak to rep to get help with what YOU have done with my account and stuffing me around just left me on deadair and now I wait another hour to talk

@simonwaight @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had the same problem with a relocation - was on 100/40 and after moving I went to 100/20 and the ISP didn't own up to the fact that my upload speeds would change. Aussie broadband came to the rescue, was happy to pay more for better service

@TPG_Telecom We have had 8x phone calls to @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia Today we were told we would receive an email regarding collecting our photos but it never came. We have filled in this complaint form which would be the 9th time we've had to explain the damage. Let's see what happens.
