@TPG_Telecom Screaming with frustration. Internet stopping and starting every day for 10 days. TPG customer service polite but no action. Phoned a number of times. Technician scheduled for 1pm to 5pm today didn't turn up. We phoned and told it was cancelled. No one told us. 😖😡
@TPG_Telecom Internet has been down since yesterday. 3rd light on NBN modem is flashing. Ticket#12119830. Haven’t had any update.
Hey @TPG_Telecom thanks for connecting me to the internet so quickly. I placed my order on Wednesday evening (finally after giving up on @BelongAU) and by Monday morning I have WORKING internet connectivity. Technically, I got active service in less than 60 hours. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
@TPG_Telecom Apparently there is a " planned outage" which took your team 2 days to figure out. One word RIDICULOUS. Response: Cancel your connection if you want internet.

@TPG_Telecom have already recharged my account and got notification but balance is showing "0" in TPG app and my card is not working. trying to reach out to TPG team but no satisfactory response from them. very disappointed with services.
