@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

Stark difference between @TPG_Telecom and @Optus. I can move between plans online within minutes with TPG self-service. With Optus, on the “chat” for 90+ mins, 4 different (real) people, and 5 user validations to change my plan, and it still did not work. I dread trying again.

@TPG_Telecom I want my account to be canceled. Is that that hard of request? I don’t want lemon product that I have been paying for past 5 month! Why are your team passing around one to another and putting hold for 20min? This exactly with your technical support department!

@TPG_Telecom You technical team told me if I don’t like 0.83 map data speed cancel the service 3 months ago! I tried to give TPG chance, every time I call you technical department, can’t get through. Waiting on hold for hours!
