Following your instructions but sadly with poor @Optus mobile reception & poor @TPG_Telecom internet- it’s a very slow process and could have saved me a lot of time if the engineer had done an effective job in the first place...

@TPG_Telecom - the saga continues... I finally cancelled our account after months of trying, and then of course you continued to charge me after you were supposed to stop. You’ve confirmed your error in writing but weeks later and still no refund. You’re officially THE WORST.

@TPG_Telecom literally worst service. Was told by a technician we would be getting a new modem in FEBRUARY. It never come and now the useless customer service people can’t come up with an answer. Have also upgraded my bundle and you were pretty quick to take the money for that!!!

@adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

@TPG_Telecom She's done this and spent 15 hours on the phone to no avail. She spend $400 to change her provider to Telstra due to TPG'S failure to address the phone line being broken
