@TPG_Telecom where are the engineers located? Customer service team seems to have given up on contacting them or transfer the call. Why is it difficult to give clear answers @TPG_Telecom or help resolving issues. Surely customers are not expected to call everyday to check. 🧐

I get my @NBN_Australia through @Internode in Fitzroy. On 13 March my IPv6 connectivity (set up correctly in my router and working since June 2020) stopped. I suspect a back-end problem with parent company @TPG_Telecom. Anyone with the same problem?

@TPG_Telecom The problem is not my router. The technician last week said “there is probably water in the street connection after the rain”. And its just dropped out again. So, PLEASE, send a technician to fix it.

@TPG_Telecom Well thank goodness your rep who called me, was alot more helpful than any of these replies. None of that info was given to me when i was told I HAD to start a new contract. I was told by 2 different reps that day that I would have my service back right away. 1/2

@TPG_Telecom any chance someone will contact us any time soon about when we are getting connected? Happy to take our money but not actually give us any service.

@TPG_Telecom I am disgusted with the service, or lack there of! I have called your tech support five times, called to cancel my connection and was transferred to a senior case manager who never answered because the office closed as I was transferred.
