Dear Mr @TPG_Telecom, I hope you enjoyed your dinner. I didn't. Your idiot support fvckwit kept me waiting all night. Do you care? Of course not. I'll be in touch again

@TPG_Telecom Hi team, there's an internet outage at my address. Nothing on Service Status website or NBNCo to indicate this issue or planned maintenance. Advice?

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Internode, I've been with them since 2003. Wonderful support people. They are owned by iiNet now, but operate independently.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I changed from Optus based Dodo to Telstra based Mate for phone and internet - great service so far.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with Aussie Broadband and have no complaints. They use the Optus network but only give Optus your mobile number, SIM card ID, and date of birth. No data leak by Optus. Australian help desk with people that are more than script jockeys. Excellent internet also.

@TPG_Telecom I have an outage at home. Nothing listed on your site or on NBN, and I can’t access my tpg account either, keep getting an error message! Help, postcode 3071.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Have heard good things about Aussie Broadband although limited technical support on weekends is problematic. But you deal with local staff rather than international call centres.

@TPG_Telecom I know you don't care but you have lost one customer because of your lies. And I will tell the world.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom There are only 3 telcos in Australia- Telstra, FLOPTUS and Vodafone. Any other telcos are just wholesale customers of those 3. For my mobile I use circles which is on the 4G FLOPTUS network.
