    @TPG_Telecom I’m a customer since 2010. Your relocation service is still the same thing: complicated and slow. Internet should be as easy and quick to connect as electricity.

    @TPG_Telecom Between these calls, while I was waiting, I was offered the option to receive a callback in 20 minutes. I accepted it and never received a callback.

    @TPG_Telecom You are not the only internet provider in Australia. Keep that in mind. I will consider other possibilities, if you are unable to active my service before 2pm today.

    @BelongAU @ZenithEckhardt The absolute worst!! Says they’ll contact you ASAP and word like they’re all so cool and I’ve heard nothing for hours and my internet keeps dropping out!!! I’m going to switch to @TPG_Telecom they same to care more #BelongSuck

    @TPG_Telecom I gave you a moving order on 13/10 and asked to connect my NBN by 29/10. Today I came to the house and realized that I don't have Internet yet. What kind of customer service is this?

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom It’s 1PM and once again, nobody called me. This is the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had in my whole life.
