@TPG_Telecom Turns out it was a billing issue due to a cancelled card but the walled garden wasn’t making it through our security gateway, ping tests were working though so that’s where the confusion was. Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.

@_Michelangelo__ @Optus Now see, I had TPG a while ago and hated it. Terrible connectivity, terrible customer service, tech didn't show up when I took the day off to be home for him, then wouldn't cancel my account. So, yeah. They all suck.

@Telstra @tpg has a advised that the Telstra lines used by TPG have cut/damaged by a worker and won’t be restored until 1st April. Not much TPG can do when it’s a Telstra issue.

Well, I'm a customer, and my money is too good for you if you continue to advertise on @SkyNewsAust . I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

@TPG_Telecom Not to mention that I’m now being charged for a mobile service I cannot use due to faulty sim. The last three weeks dealing with TPG have been incredibly frustrating.
