    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @TPG_Telecom very interesting day. I received a call today from one of your reps trying to convince me to stay with TPG. Glad I cancelled my NBN service and decided to switch to @Aussie_BB next week. I can’t stand poor customer service such as this anymore.

    @renzbenz2000 @TPG_Telecom Update your DNS in the router to use cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 - it is the service provider’s DNS services which have failed.

    @TPG_Telecom Pretty much reliable on internet! Are you sure you've not been hacked?? No response from your website/C.service! Last week was Optus, this week TPG! It's like you are restricted going out and using internet! Lol I can't exhaust my data! 😢

    @TPG_Telecom @neve6017 @TPG_Telecom can you give us an ETA on it being resolved? or even what the issue is? also what about reimbursements? because of covid people are forced to work from home relying on their internet for income, you have potentially cost thousands in work loss.
