@TPG_Telecom said they can provide #NBN to new address. A week later said NBN or other services not possible and asked me to cancel the contract. Now I am getting a cancellation fee. How is it my fault that #TPG website/@NBN_Australia data/records were incorrect/not up-to-date?

@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately Charm your stepping in hasn’t helped promised supervision call back in estimated 1 hour or 94yo MotherInLaw to contact us. Yet another indication of service not delivered. Like @TPG_Telecom fault dept., that apparently doesn’t work on weekends, giving up waiting😶

Hi @TPG_Telecom Currently approaching 50min. being given the run around trying to find status of installation fault first reported last Sunday. Now waiting for supervisor call back. Hard to recommend ‘service’ when it appears non-existent🤔
