@TPG_Telecom We’ll pass on internally is code for “thanks but we won’t be changing anything” There needs to be an easy way for an end user to find out why their service is down. I couldn’t find anything so I assumed it was either my hardware or part of that planned outage.

  • joshua_esn Joshua (@joshua_esn) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom new week... same slow internet

  • jayandp john ross (@jayandp) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra It is a TPG account. Took 6 weeks to fix by last week. Lasted 5 days and totally lost again!

  • xander85 365 | KatyCat Grant 👁 WTT AU💍NZ (@xander85) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom Sorry but that’s not good enough. If an outage is planned you have enough time to plan a notification. My NBN has not connected since last night.

  • Spit_79 Ben Swallow (@Spit_79) reported from Rockhampton, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom the net is out... when you call the help desk number it says something about parramatta then says call back tomorrow. Poor service.

  • joshbow85 Josh Bowman (@joshbow85) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

  • Spit_79 Ben Swallow (@Spit_79) reported from Rockhampton, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom Well that’s great for them... I’m in central QLD and to outages page had nothing for my outage.

  • xander85 365 | KatyCat Grant 👁 WTT AU💍NZ (@xander85) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@psweeney @byzbateson @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia In all honesty, the actual service is fine until something goes wrong. Any provider has the same issue for when something goes wrong. They are all just as bad.

  • ReetuMutti Reetu Mutti (@ReetuMutti) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom SIM card was only sent after I called on two consecutive days to complain about intermittent sim connectivity. That’s a totally separate issue to having to wait 2.5 WEEKS for an internal port that was meant to take “2-4 hours”.

  • _domchantal Domonique (@_domchantal) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom Internet continues to drop out randomly. The outcome of every incident that gets raised is “nothing is wrong” but then obviously there is something wrong because a proper functioning internet connection doesn’t drop out constantly
