    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.

    @TPG_Telecom Hey guys. Is it a coincidence that within 10 minutes of me speaking with your accounts dept about changing NBN providers down the track that my internet is now not working?? Am in St Albans VIC... 🤔🤦
