    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom No. From your interactions on this page it's 100% clear that you're trying to take all your complaints offline. I've identified the problem - fix it. Your outages report is false - it shows services are all clear. Why aren't you issuing public progress updates?

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!

    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.
