@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

Hi @NBN_Australia Are you experiencing errors when providers try to book appointments with your techs? This is the reason @TPG_Telecom has given for our service being down since last Thursday and no timeline for it being fixed!

@TPG_Telecom your customer service is terrible! Our NBN hasn’t been working since Thursday & every time we reach out, we’re given the complete run around. We’ve been told that you are unable to book an appt with an NBN @NBN_Australia technician, so what are we supposed to do!?

@TPG_Telecom My e-mail (microsoft outlook) is not working again The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User (address removed) is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse This is ridiculous, twice now in one month TPG servers have failed.
