    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @misullivan @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom When I worked in Cisco, we had a pretty good ideas which ISPs were good, and which were garbage fly-by-nighters. iiNet used to be in the top three we really admired (and BTW, that list didn’t include any of the big three!) How the mighty have fallen.

    @TPG_Telecom my internet has been down for most of the afternoon today & most of the afternoon yesterday and it's dropping in and out constantly outside of that. Modem and wireless are working. Tried calling but after an hour and 20 minutes on hold gave up.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
