    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom SIMBA is defrauding people in Singapore. Inspite of S$10 plan per month, they deducted S$10 twice from my account for a month's charge. Also, customer experience is the worst. Save yourself from this telecom operator. @TpgTelecom #Simba #Singapore

    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.
