    @TPG_Telecom Given the amount of times our nbn has been down over the past few months, does tpg provide the option of nbn with 4G backup? If not, is this on the cards as so many companies do it now?

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.

    @CallofDuty_ANZ do you guys know some ISPs in Australia are giving customers a indirect route to local servers? In my case it's jumped my ping from 30-150 has been for weeks. Not shadow banned not a hardware issue and it's only on call of duty servers. The ISP is @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
