Leif Rask (@rask_leif) reportedThe technician said that the line to my house was capped to theoretical max of 79Mbps but the service was throttled below this. Now it’s at 100Mbps (max 127Mbps vs 79Mbps on line) which is what I’ve been paying for all along. @TPG_Telecom - not impressed!

Leif Rask (@rask_leif) reported@TPG_Telecom NBN has been terrible ever since the Feb rains. Recovering slowly, but still multiple daily outages and speeds variable.

Leif Rask (@rask_leif) reported@TPG_Telecom responded extremely quickly & the NBN technician this time around was excellent and actually fixed the problem. We’re now getting the Mbps we should’ve been getting for the last year or more. He said it’s been throttled to max 79Mbps even though I’m on 100Mbps plan.
