    @TPG_Telecom TPG is the worst internet provider I’ve ever come across. I just cancelled my service. I’d prefer to pay money to never interact with the company again. #worstinternetproviderinaustralia

    Trying to get a satisfactory resolution from @TPG_Telecom is impossible. My @NBN_Australia is not working AGAIN, they follow a script and have no idea how to resolve the problem! Customer service is somewhat missing!!!

    @TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.

    @TPG_Telecom Still having internet issues. Multiple drop outs and technician has not called back. This has been happening for 4 months now and i’m ready to move on from your company
