    @TPG_Telecom My phone service is dead because I deleted the digital SIM since 12 hrs. Please email me a new setup code so I can get back online, and don't try to text me a code because I won't get it. Very slow service from TPG

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.

    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom So since your planned maintenance on tuesday 17th my internet has been down for over 24 hrs well past your planned maintenance today. I've reset my router and NBN 3 times already in the past 30 mins
