    @TPG_Telecom Given the amount of times our nbn has been down over the past few months, does tpg provide the option of nbn with 4G backup? If not, is this on the cards as so many companies do it now?

    @TPG_Telecom when is the issue for tpg outage and disconnections going to be resolved? I know its going down briefly again anyway on the 7th and 8th for maintenance but this is just outrageous. I’ve lost hours of work because of this. How are you Telco going to compensate?

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
