    @TPG_Telecom What absolute rubbish!!! I've been on phone with you guys for total of 12 hours over the last 3 days! I'm on the phone as I type this... It appears no one is trained well enough at @TPG_Telecom I'm placed on hold for 30 min then they talk stupid rubbish for couple back on line

    @TPG_Telecom you suck!!! 4 days and still without Internet! I took the day off for your technician but wait you incompetent people decided to cancel it without notifying me and I took the day off for this! Shame on you!

    @TPG_Telecom you had a planned outage for my area on the 17th, it's the 19th today. NBN website indicates no outage. Please explain. Yes, I've rebooted the modem and reset the NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.

    WARNING. @TPG_Telecom Does NOT have 24x7 tech support, rather 8am - 10pm. Absolute joke, not worthy of anybody's custom. It's 2023 @TPG_Telecom hellooooooooo 👎😡 Fail.

    @TPG_Telecom I have exteremly slow internet, Twitter, browsing and everything just doesn’t load on Wifi. I use 4G and they all load normally! Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

    @TPG_Telecom That is quite ok. Ignore my question. It was my new provider setting up the modem to connect me. I will contact TPG to cancel my account. Thanks for all the help in the past. Appreciate it. 👍

    @TPG_Telecom have you shut down your services or there is any outage around easter subusts? my Internet is not working at all I restarted many times my router still same please your help asap
