    @TPG_Telecom My wireless 5G internet is out since Thursday night. No ETA, no updates, no proper service. More than 2.5 days now, how long would it take? Many others impacted but not outcome yet. Area - Kirrawee 2232

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina But not sory enough to improve hey TPG? Cust support starts at a leisurely 8am ... how ordinary for customers who pay for 24*7 and no one to contact when issues arise.

    @TPG_Telecom is there currently an outage to internet service? NBN not reporting outage but my internet service has been dropping out every few mins all day
