    @jessmcguire @TPG_Telecom Comes down to a couple of things, what speed pack are you on? And what modem are you using? Those speeds don’t seem right either way.

    @TPG_Telecom not even 3 months with you guys and I’ve just about had enough. Dark spots all over the house because of a shocking wifi range so I went and forked our money on a new modem only to realise it’s your poor internet service 1/2

    @TPG_Telecom Okay, a technician called me again and solved the problem. He was extremely capable and had lots of patience. Great professional. But I am prepared for the next problem as it happens all the time with this company 😩

    @TPG_Telecom Hi guys. Any word on the FTTC NBN service returning in Spring Hill, Qld? NBN site says there are no issues?! We've had a big storm up here this evening.

    @TasoKatsionis @TPG_Telecom Then the audacity to respond with what loosely translates to "Well sorry, but we're allowed to do that." The issue isn't the whether or not you're within your rights to conduct maintenance @TPG_Telecom, it's the incompetence of the timing.
