    @NBN_Australia outage in Picton 2571 NSW since 520am this morning, itโ€™s now 320pm @TPG_Telecom tells me they have no further information from you guys. Not what the problem is or restoration time. Whatโ€™s the story?

    @TPG_Telecom Iโ€™m impressed that it got organized so quickly. I thought it would take at least a week. Yet you got on to it and organised it for the next day. Thatโ€™s some good customer service. Thank you

    Donโ€™t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Canโ€™t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh

    @TPG_Telecom my NBN is down again! 4th time this week and I canโ€™t seem to get an answer. Hoping I have more luck here. The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?

    comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

    @TPG_Telecom I have been using Tpg since Oct 2014 and I feel disappointed with the quality of service for such a simple matter.

    @TPG_Telecom is there currently an outage to internet service? NBN not reporting outage but my internet service has been dropping out every few mins all day
