    @TPG_Telecom is there an NBN outage in the Seven Hills area NSW at the moment? Past few days it's been slow, and this evening has been completely useless. Maybe 1mbps at best, but constantly drops out and disconnects.

    @maryakate that's not bad for a cheapest, budget NBN @TPG_Telecom should be proud, unless you're on a 50mb/s plan in which case your being dudded

    @TPG_Telecom TPG has been a very good, today my internet is fixed thanks to TPG team of technicians Brian who fixed it. But you need to train your engineers to b polite nor they were polite n nor they were problem solving. I need compensation for dragging it.

    @TPG_Telecom Telstra>Tpg>Felix Porting request. Felix: We didn't do it. Dodo: we just fulfilled the porting request.... TPG tech call dropped out twice. It's their network. Where's the responsibility. Felix: call back on Monday. No phone until then?

    🙄 @TPG_Telecom something is interfering with our network, NBN won't let any device connect to non 5G network. Yet NBN 5G network dropping out like crazy, nothing will load. Speed tests showing speeds up to 90mbps which I never get yet pay for 100NBN. Getting ridiculous.

    @Optus I’m so sorry, dealing with @Optus is the most frustrating thing ever…call centres useless, messaging service useless. I’m off to @TPG_Telecom
