    @TPG_Telecom My phone service is dead because I deleted the digital SIM since 12 hrs. Please email me a new setup code so I can get back online, and don't try to text me a code because I won't get it. Very slow service from TPG

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
