Frank Talking (@TalkingFrankCom) reported@TPG_Telecom Turning router off and on again. Improved speed initially then when down to 60 Mbps on a 250 Mbps plan. Frustratingly terrible. I’ll see if it improves tomorrow

Matt Novak (@paleofuture) reportedWe’re at the point where @TPG_Telecom says I need to make my landlord install new sockets. And won’t refund me for internet service I never received. In fact, they say I owe hundreds of dollars as an early termination fee. Avoid this company like the plague.

Peter Mamo (@PeterMamo) reported@TPG_Telecom the worst customer service and internet provider. My service gets deleted without my consent. I get bounced around from operator to operator (based overseas) getting told the same story. No internet for 6 days. Can’t wait to change providers.

Contact them to demand having days affected struck from the bill. Also we have the Australian telecom ombudsmen investigating them. Lodge a complaint with that crowd bc this will keep happening. TPG is Sketchy
