    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @TPG_Telecom Replacement order is OK, however my existing internet is being deactivated by TPG. Who is going to take this responsibility of my loss time without internet, as the deliveries are not same day. Why service been disconnected without new modem not being received yet.

    @TPG_Telecom What is wrong with your company. For 3 and a half months I have been calling you , by my calculations 56 times , and still I wait for my internet to be fixed , yet every month you take my money...I want this **** service disconnected today. Do not charge me again

    @TPG_Telecom what the heck is happening ? 3 days in Brisbane New Farm and little or no wifi .. this is terrible service !!

    Customer support of @TPG_Telecom needs to improve. Was kept on hold for almost an hour with each representative bouncing me from one to another with apparently no solution whatsoever. Extremely disappointed!!!!

    @TPG_Telecom @bunny_09 I have had no internet for 4 months thanks to this **** company..yet they continue to take my money every month , including today , absolutely disgraceful....all good , let's see how things are when they are confronted with explanations on television
