My partner and I both work from home and it’s making life incredibly difficult. We’ll have to switch to another provider if this isn’t resolved properly soon.

Nick veeBee (@enveebe) reported@TPG_Telecom Yeh, I really don't think you do. I get that your job is to placate but there's just no excuse for this length of outage. The issue is clear cut and could have been resolved long ago had someone cared enough.
