    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom when is the issue for tpg outage and disconnections going to be resolved? I know its going down briefly again anyway on the 7th and 8th for maintenance but this is just outrageous. I’ve lost hours of work because of this. How are you Telco going to compensate?
