    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom gee I couldn’t even watch tv or make make face time so slow is it because I canceled my internet? Don’t ask me all the stupid questions it’s just slow.

    @TPG_Telecom Inner Melb 3003 is affected by very slow page loading, some completely blank pages that hang. last 2 days, but today worse.

    @TPG_Telecom had a less than satisfactory customer experience today … any chance I can get some one to contact me? Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think
