    @TPG_Telecom tpg broadband customer for 6 years. 1.5 hr call with support. 7 different support persons, repeated my issue 7 times and still nowhere. they are just sending me back and forth between billing and technical. HAVING TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    @AndrewCatsaras @Telstra Ari. I had very good response from @TPG_Telecom when I reported problem with my NBN/Internet Access few weeks back. They organised a technician to come and check out everything

    @TPG_Telecom You sent me a text on the weekend about planned outage in my area. But I checked the NBN co website and today’s was cancelled and moved to Friday. I have had ZERO notification from TPG of this. Why can you send some notifications and not others? Not good enough

    @TPG_Telecom Nope. Not bothering with going this again, sorry bud. We go through this exact interaction with no resolution at least once a year after which I just try to tolerate the poor connectivity until I get mad on Twitter again. Thanks anyway tho Basil, I know yer just doing yer job 🙏🏻

    @TPG_Telecom Paid said they would stop cancelation been told that internet will be back on but I’m still waiting for the connection as internet still not working

    @TPG_Telecom I keep getting SMS from you regarding an address I don't live at, and I have never had an account with TPG. How do I stop this from happening, extremely annoying.
