    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom how come it’s your box that the issue is with yet we are unable to talk to you about it? Seems like a abit of double handling to me. I talk to TPG, who talk to you and then TPG talks to me again. All I know is this has been over four days without working NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom Are you aware of issues regarding sending incorrect data usage for mobile plans? I got texts saying I was charged for excess data usage, followed by barred data - but the account portal shows no such thing

    @TPG_Telecom My NBN and landline has not been working for over a week. The technician that came yesterday left without fixing the issue. The technician that was due to come today did not turn up. What needs to happen to resolve this issue?
