@TPG_Telecom what is going on with nbn connection in Semaphore Park, SA? No service since approx 7pm and still nothing.

  • fidzeh GG | fidzeh (@fidzeh) reported

@TPG_Telecom please look into warzone packet loss issue, you may not realize but a lot of people are affected by this just reluctant to contact due to the fact that first contact customer service probably won't be able to assist and finds this useless. Please resolve this asap.

  • Gav_82 TheTwitch666 (@Gav_82) reported

@TPG_Telecom is there high traffic or any other issues for the 5108 area, my upload is non existent atm, even with just my pc on the wifi I get 0 upload

@TPG_Telecom Has your outage been fixed ?

  • bigshaqqqqqqq Pat Wall (@bigshaqqqqqqq) reported

@TPG_Telecom I see a number of other customers mentioning issues with connection to Australian COD Warzone servers and packet loss. What is the problem and why hasn’t it been addressed yet? It has been happening since this time last week.

  • StokesXandra Alexandra Stokes (@StokesXandra) reported

@setoide @TPG_Telecom Same experience different provider if that makes you feel any better. We are on our 3rd Modem now after both provider and NBN visited, and BTW NBN only consider min 30 mins outage an outage. It's an outrage!

  • rubioaldrich Aldy (@rubioaldrich) reported

@GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom Im on the same boat. Me and 2 friends who I played with who is also on TPG are having this packet loss issue. TPG needs to start stepping up and doing something or they will start losing loyal customers!

  • rc2902 Ross Crawford (@rc2902) reported

@TPG_Telecom Simply put, tell me why these issues are occurring or I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t pay for a substandard connection

  • DmelloRakesh Rakesh Dmello (@DmelloRakesh) reported

@TPG_Telecom hello, while it is unfortunate to be in a pandemic and further be in a lockdown, what makes matters worse is working from home and not having an internet connection (not even an outage in the area) and no updates from TPG in the past 12 hours.

  • setoide Javier Turégano (@setoide) reported

Such a terrible experience with @TPG_Telecom support. My internet had regular timeouts and packet drops over the last 5 days. I've raised multiple tickets and calls and provided detailed logs. Every call the best advise I get is reboot/reset your router once again.
