    @TPG_Telecom what is happening with our $125.00 refund ? We cancelled over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. It’s so unprofessional and is the reason we didn’t go with TPG. The service is non existent.

    @TPG_Telecom I try to change DNS setting on my computer but no help. The Web site is good,I can reach it by Optus mobile net.

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks. I can't find the Coverage Checker. Clicking on it just takes me to tpg website and Clicking there still doesn't work.

    No one else in the street has these issue except for us. We are also the only ones in the street with TPG. Looks like it’s all their fault as usual. They will lie and their service is terrible trying to help resolve issues.@TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom haven’t had service all day. No support on helpline and told to use app. Registered a fault eight hours ago and no response. Will I have to wait till Monday for a response?

    @TPG_Telecom Still doesn't work. What does Select your device mean and is Location where there is no coverage or home address? Very complicated!

    @TPG_Telecom hey guys. Listen my wifi keeps cutting out ever couple hours. And then it comes back to life. Now I don’t want anyone to come out to fix it bc I know you guys can fix it from there. My mate had the same problem and they fixed over the internet. Pls lmk what happens
